Last Tuesday evening at about 11 p.m., a man was speeding his car towards a woman in the street Reichsmarkstraße area in Dortmund. The 40-year-old woman managed to save herself by jumping into an embankment and thus remained unhurt. The driver then fled in an older Mercedes car in an unknown direction. Investigations led the police to a 39-year-old Iranian suspect living in Dortmund. There is a former partnership between him and the woman.The night before yesterday the suspect, who was deemed violent and dangerous, was arrested by special police forces in Dortmund’s Nordstadt district. He was injured during his arrest, against which he offered considerable resistance. The 39-year-old was brought before a magistrate today ( November, 28). The public prosecutor’s office in Dortmund demanded an arrest warrant for him. The Dortmund District Court did not order an arrest warrant due to a lack of grounds for detention. On Wednesday, a woman was raped in a car in Essen by a suspected Syrian refugee. A randomly passing police car arrested the man. “When a patrol car accidentally drove past the parked car, the victim used the opportunity. The woman (31 years old) jumped out of the car into the street, asked the police for help,” reports the Bild newspaper about the incident on Wednesday night, which is not yet recorded in the Essen police report. The woman told the police that she had just been raped by the Syrian. The officers then arrested the suspected rapist (35 years old) in the car. He is a refugee from Syria known to the police. The open question is who owns the car and how the woman or the Syrian got into it.

Yesterday, Wednesday, around 02:35 pm, two young girls (13/16 years old) became victims of a sexual offence and a bodily injury in the Botanical Garden in Mönchengladbach. The two girls had previously travelled with a twelve-year-old boy in the area of the main railway station. There they met the previously unknown, who later became the perpetrator and who approached the girls looking for contact. The 16-year-old purchased something with the young man in a shop. The group then went to the Botanical Garden together. Here the perpetrator expressed sexual intentions, which were rejected by the girls. Nevertheless, the young man touched both girls indecently above their clothes and showed himself to them in an indecent manner.He also knocked the 16-year-old to the ground. Then he fled. The immediate search for the previously unknown perpetrator was unsuccessful. He is described as follows: 20-24-year-old man, thin stature, about 180 cm tall, dark brown skin color, possibly North African phenotype, had a plaster on his left little finger. The man was dressed in a thin black Nike jacket, cargo pants with grey-white camouflage patterns and Nike shoes in white with red-black lines. On his left hand he wore a silver ring with a red stone. The two young girls were given into the care of legal guardians. During the examination of the twelve-year-old boy it turned out that he was reported missing and that he came from the district of Heinsberg. He was given into the care of person in charge. Eicholzheim (Neckar-Odenwald district): A 22-year-old is suspected of having threatened a 56-year-old last Monday evening at 7 p.m. at Eicholzheim station. According to previous findings, the Afghan suspect suddenly approached the 56-year-old on the platform and verbally threatened him with death. The man, who was known to the police, then climbed into a suburban train, but was temporarily arrested shortly afterwards at Osterburken station by an alarmed patrol of the state police.In the meantime, the Federal Police Heilbronn has started investigations on suspicion of a threat and is looking for witnesses of the incident. Abu Dujana was a man of courage who used to stand proud and brave in war. He had a red headband that he wore round his head. Whenever he was head-banded everybody knew that he was determined to fight to death. Therefore as soon as Abu Dujana took the Prophet’s (s.a.w) sword, he banded his head and started strutting proudly amongst the Mujahideen. Upon seeing this, the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said, “This is a sort of walking that Allah detests except in such a situation (Jihad).”

A school in Wil in canton Sankt Gallen is under fire after staff stopped the children from singing traditional Christmas songs that celebrate the birth of Christ.The songs include the traditional ‘Go tell it on the mountain’ and ‘Fröhliche Weihnacht überall’. The staff say it was a decision taken by the new head teacher, Tobias Mattes. He told the press the celebration should be inclusive for everyone. The school does have many Muslim students – but Islamic leaders say they have no problem with the songs. The head of Islamic Organizations in Switzerland, Farhad Afshar, says its unfortunate if Christian songs are not sung in a Christian country and points out Muslims celebrate Christmas with Christians in many areas of the world.

The student body of the Vienna University of Applied Arts (hufak) protests against an invitation of the German journalist and feminist Alice Schwarzer.Schwarzer was invited by a dean to a panel discussion followed by a discussion on the 25th of November.In a statement, the student body explained in an initial statement that the founder and editor of the women’s magazine “Emma” was spreading her anti-Muslim racism “under the guise of feminism”.
