Study warns of influence of Islamist, racist Turkish Grey Wolves in Germany
The American Jewish Committee (AJC) Berlin has called for a consistent approach in dealing with the right-wing extremist Turkish movement of the Grey Wolves in Germany.
It is alarming that the Union of Turkish-Islamic Cultural Associations in Europe (ATIB), for example, is under observation by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution on the one hand, but at the same time is a dialogue partner of the Federal Government through its membership in the Central Council of Muslims in Germany (ZMD), said Director Remko Leemhuis at the presentation of a study on the activities of the movement. The Office for the Protection of the Constitution sees a close connection between the Union and the right-wing extremist Turkish “Ülkücü” (Grey Wolves) movement.
Kemal Bozay, a social scientist from Cologne who wrote the study “Türkischer Rechtsextremismus in Deutschland – Die Grauen Wölfe” (Turkish Right-Wing Extremism in Germany – The Grey Wolves) on behalf of AJC Berlin, referred to demonstrations of power by rocker clubs from the movement’s spectrum in German cities. Problematic are also several German-Turkish rappers whose anti-Semitic, nationalistic and Kurdish-hostile lyrics are very popular among some young people of Turkish origin.
The Office for the Protection of the Constitution estimates that around 11,000 people belong to the movement in Germany. They describe themselves as “idealists” (Turkish: ülkücü). The 2019 report of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution states: “The different manifestations range from classical racism to the fringes of Islamism”.
Last November, the German Parliament had approved a joint motion by the CDU/CSU, SPD, FDP and the Greens calling on the federal government to consider banning the associations of the Ülkücü movement. It is racist, anti-Semitic and anti-democratic and threatens internal security in this country.
According to the report of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the “Grey Wolves” are supporters and propagators of nationalist-right extremist ideas. The organisation also has links to the ultra-nationalist MHP party in Turkey, which forms a government alliance with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s AKP.
905 police operations a year at refugee home in Giessen, Germany – Police complain about the high criminal potential of North Africans
There is trouble in the Hessian first reception centre for refugees in Gießen. Assault, drugs, theft – the police station Gießen-Nord is called out to the accommodation repeatedly every day. Police officers feel abandoned by politics and their own leadership and report a worrying situation, backed up by cases from their daily work. The regional council in Gießen, which is responsible for the initial reception centre, says that the majority of the 1,800 residents of the asylum centre on Rödgener Street, which has a capacity of about 2,000 people, are behaving inconspicuously and in accordance with the rules. The incidents described by the police officers, however, “largely correspond to what happened”.
The bare figures reflect an increasing escalation. 905 times the police officers of the northern Giessen station were called to the first reception centre last year, the police headquarters confirmed upon request. In 2019, there were 451 calls, and 330 the year before. This list only includes the so-called ad hoc alerts. In addition, there are scheduled operations such as deportations or requests for investigations. On paper, the northern Giessen police station is responsible for the towns of Biebertal, Wettenberg, Lollar, Buseck and Staufenberg. But sometimes he and his officers do not have time to be there for weeks because all their officers are busy at Rödgener Street, one police officer complains. Both verbally and in writing, they have contacted their superiors about the catastrophic situation, but their efforts have come to nothing.
For some years now, more and more residents of the refugee centre have originated from the North African Maghreb countries, mostly young men. They cause much more problems and are much more prone to violence than the Syrians and Afghans who came in greater numbers in the years after 2015 and who are hardly more conspicuous in terms of criminal offences than their German peers, report Giessen police officers. New arrivals are regularly attacked and robbed, women are threatened with sexual assault. The facility’s security service is completely overburdened. Many crimes are committed under the influence of drugs, and disputes often involve their possession.
Internal police documents, quoted by the newspaper “Gießener Anzeiger”, show a frightening picture. In an incident report of January 13, for example, it says: “A 19-year-old Algerian asylum seeker was initially admitted to the Protestant hospital with a suspected wrist fracture. Here he resisted the treatment, so that the attending doctor informed the local police station. The person was calmed down on the spot, so that he was brought back to the HEAE (Hessian Initial Reception Centre, editor’s note), also because he was not wearing appropriate winter clothing. The patrol had not yet properly left the building when the 19-year-old had injured another resident in an argument using a scalpel stolen from the hospital. This time, the accused could no longer be calmed down, so that he had to be taken into custody to prevent further offences.
Search & Seizure at Home of Judge Who Rendered the Sensational Weimar Mask-Judgment

As 2020News has just learned, the judge at the Weimar District Court, Christian Dettmar, had his house searched today. His office, private premises and car were searched. The judge’s cell phone was confiscated by the police. The judge had made a sensational decision on April 8, 2021, which was very inconvenient for the government’s anti Coronavirus measures policy.
At the suggestion of a mother, the judge had ruled in a child welfare proceeding pursuant to Section 1666 of the German Civil Code (BGB), Ref.: 9 F 148/21, that two Weimar schools were prohibited with immediate effect from requiring students to wear mouth-nose coverings of any kind (especially qualified masks such as FFP2 masks), to comply with AHA minimum distances, and/or to participate in SARS-CoV-2 rapid tests. At the same time, it had determined that classroom instruction should be maintained (full text of the ruling in German including three expert opinions – English translation will be available soon).
This was the first time that evidence was presented before a German court regarding the scientific reasonableness and necessity of the prescribed anti-Corona measures. The expert witnesses were the hygienist Prof. Dr. med Ines Kappstein, the psychologist Prof. Dr. Christof Kuhbandner and the biologist Prof. Dr. rer. biol. hum. Ulrike Kämmerer.
After examining the factual and legal situation and evaluating the expert opinions, the judge came to the conclusion that the measures he had forbidden posed a present danger to the mental, physical or psychological well-being of the child to such an extent that significant harm could be foreseen with a high degree of certainty in the event of further development without intervention.
He wrote: “…the children are not only endangered in their mental, physical and spiritual well-being by the obligation to wear face masks during school hours and to keep their distance from each other and from other persons, but, in addition, they are already being harmed. At the same time, this violates numerous rights of the children and their parents under the law, the constitution and international conventions. This applies in particular to the right to free development of the personality and to physical integrity from Article 2 of the Basic Law as well as to the right from Article 6 of the Basic Law to upbringing and care by the parents (also with regard to measures for preventive health care and ‘objects’ to be carried by children)…”
The judge agreed with the experts’ assessment that the masks were not useful for viral protection, that the PCR test could not detect a disease-causing infection with the necessary certainty, and that asymptomatic transmission played no detectable role epidemiologically with respect to SARS-CoV-2. On the contrary, the masks would have a negative impact on children’s health due to handling-related contamination. Testing in school classes would be unnecessary, harmful and also extremely problematic in terms of data protection.
The judge’s ruling confirms the mother’s assessment: “The children are harmed physically, psychologically and pedagogically and their rights are violated, without this being offset by any benefit for the children themselves or third parties.”
In conclusion, the judge stated, “100,000 elementary school students would have to put up with all the side effects of wearing masks for a week in order to prevent just one infection per week. To call this result merely disproportionate would be a wholly inadequate description. Rather, it shows that the state legislature regulating this area has fallen into a factual disconnect that has reached historic proportions.”
The decision, which 2020News analyzed – in English – in more detail here, had caused quite a stir. It had been downloaded about two million times from the 2020News website alone.
In a side note on the sidelines of proceedings with other parties, the decision in question had been described as unlawful by the Weimar Administrative Court without any comprehensible justification.
Shortly thereafter, in a similar case, a judge in Leipzig had imposed court costs of € 18,654.00 on a single mother for an amount in dispute of € 4,120,000.00 – capped at € 500,000.00 – which can only be described as fictitious, while at the same time rejecting her legal request. It seems obvious that the Leipzig judge may have been motivated by extraneous considerations in his determination of costs, which deviated so blatantly from the actual amount in dispute of €4,000.
The house search with judge Dettmar, whose independence article 97 I GG guarantees – judges are independent and only the law subjected – took place obviously for political reasons.
Judge Dettmar is represented by Hamburg defense attorney Dr. h.c. jur. Gerhard Strate.

French author Michel Onfray tears into Sarah Halimi verdict
The criminal irresponsibility of the author of the anti-Semitic murder of Sarah Halimi is not justified. This is the view of French author Michel Onfray. He pointed out the general impunity of those who decide to no longer respect the law.
Onfray was invited on April 25 to LCI to comment on the farcical verdict pronounced in the case of Sarah Halimi as well as that of the police officers burned alive in Viry-Châtillon.
According to him, “smoking joints [cannabis]” cannot be considered a mitigating circumstance. Indeed, during the investigation, the psychiatric experts concluded that a “delirious episode” had befallen the murderer of Sarah Halimi, probably caused or aggravated by his heavy consumption of cannabis.
Emphasizing the absurdity of such an argument, the essayist explained that it is as if driving “dead drunk” could be considered a mitigating circumstance.
“He is not a madman, he is someone who is said to have had a delusional episode following a joint,” he insisted. And it was not the use of cannabis that made him anti-Semitic: “I don’t think that made this guy anti-Semitic, I think he was already anti-Semitic.”
On April 25, demonstrations in tribute to Sarah Halimi took place in Paris and in several French cities, but also in Tel Aviv. The same day, Minister of Justice Eric Dupond-Moretti promised to present a bill at the end of May to fill this “legal vacuum”.
Onfray also criticised the verdict of the case of the police officers burned alive in Viry-Châtillon, another sensitive issue which has surfaced in recent weeks.
On April 17, the Paris Assize Court for minors sentenced five young people to 6 to 18 years’ imprisonment, and acquitted the other eight accused; a less severe verdict than the previous sentence.
“There are some who have to stay behind bars for 18 years, and then there are people who are told: […] maybe you are one of those who could have killed, but there is too little proof, we’re not sure it’s you. So, you can go home. The case is over for you,” Onfray said.
“We have only one problem in France, and that is that the law is not respected. […] If we enforced the law, if there was indeed a fear of the gendarme, of policemen, then these problems would be solved,” he continued.
“We are now afraid of people who have decided that they will no longer respect the law, to whom we say: ‘you can, you are in the suburbs, you are Muslims, you have smoked joints,’” he remarked.
Onfray is known in France and Germany for speaking his mind. On July 23, 2019, Michel Onfray publishes a post on climate activist Greta Thunberg after her speech in the National Assembly in which he called her a “cyborg”.
On August 14, 2019, Michel Onfray gave an interview to the German newspaper Die Welt explaining his positions on Greta Thunberg.
“I want us to talk about astrophysics, magnetic storms, solar cycles, that we register nature in the cosmos and the multiverse. I would like us to talk about geology and remember that there were periods of warming and cooling of our planet when men had not yet appeared there. I would like us to talk about history and that, by reading Histoire du climat depuis l’an mil by Leroy Ladurie , we see that before the invention of the engine and cars, of the airplane and of diesel, the variations climatic conditions were considerable. In addition, the anthropogenic cause is obviously to be taken into consideration, but with others.”

“The left are useful idiots”: Islam expert criticises false tolerance towards Islamists in Germany and Switzerland
Terror, beheadings, propaganda: followers of radical Islam continue to work unswervingly to establish a worldwide caliphate. But who are these people? And how dangerous are they? Saïda Keller-Messahli has been dealing with this issue for years: “Islamists are infiltrating our society,” says the expert who fights against radical imams and mosques. She demands that politicians take stronger action now, otherwise this will have serious consequences – for Switzerland, Germany and all of Europe.
In the latest video of “NZZ Standpunkte” with NZZ editor-in-chief Eric Gujer, Keller-Messahli therefore does not hold back with criticism. She never does. For some she is “one of the most courageous women in Switzerland” (” Newspaper NZZ am Sonntag”), for others “an out-of-control bulldozer who flattens everything that gets in her way in terms of arguments” (TV show “Sternstunde Religion”).
She leaves few people unimpressed. In the programme, Keller-Messahli talks about misogynistic schoolchildren, police protection – and she says why itinerant preachers are so dangerous.
Criticism of political Islam is still only voiced behind closed doors, says Keller-Messahli. This is becoming a problem in schools in particular. Muslim children often already have precise ideas about how girls should dress – preferably with a headscarf. “The children are bringing their ideology into our schools.
This leads to tensions, says Keller-Messahli and gives an example: “Female teachers are told: ‘I won’t listen to you anyway because you are a woman’. That is unacceptable.” Instead of meeting school friends and socialising, she says, Muslim children spend their free Saturdays and Sundays in mosques. “There they are indoctrinated.”
Radical itinerant preachers are a big problem. “They go from mosque to mosque in Switzerland and spread inhuman, anti-freedom and anti-women propaganda,” she says. The Salafists take advantage of the fact that freedom of religion is guaranteed in a democracy. Keller-Messahli therefore calls for controls. Every doctor needs a licence to practise. “Why not imams too?” She therefore advocates training in Switzerland. Switzerland has no overview at all of who preaches and where, but that is absolutely necessary: “When Islam becomes political, we have to react.
Keller-Messahli therefore expects support from politicians, but sometimes the opposite is the case. There are leftists – mostly Greens or socialists – who reflexively defend political Islam, even if the people preach against equality and freedom. “The leftists are useful idiots,” says Keller-Messahli. “They serve the Islamists, not only in Switzerland but in many countries in Europe.
For example, most of her fellow allies in Germany are under police protection, she reveals in the broadcast. “That is sad and a scandal.” Keller-Messahli co-founded a liberal mosque in Berlin that is run by the female lawyer and Imam Seyran Ates. There, men and women have equal rights, and same-sex couples are also accepted. Since then, Seyran Ates has been threatened by Islamists. They do not get real help from the authorities: “Liberal Muslims are abandoned by politics.
But they are decisive. If there is to be an improvement, it must come from the Muslims themselves in Europe, says Keller-Messahli. They have the chance to develop something new and to practice a criticism of religion that really deserves the name – but the critics still censor themselves too often.
Germany: Syrian stabbed his wife to death in front of his three small children in the car – He murdered her to purify his honour from shame
The three sweet children (4, 5, 5 years old ) were sitting in the back seat when their father reached for the knife!
The Paderborn Regional Court is dealing with a horrific act of blood. Wahid S. (30 years old) is accused of murder (insidiousness, base motives). The prosecutor is certain: On November 3, 2020, the pizza delivery driver killed his wife Nuha († 20) insidiously and for base motives.
The children they had together (two girls, one boy) had to witness all this.
That day, the Syrian couple had arranged to meet at the home of relatives. Previously, there had been marital problems because he insinuated that the wife was having an affair with a cousin. In long talks, the couple finally reconciled. The prosecutor: “She got into the car overjoyed.”
But suddenly Wahid S. pulled out a knife that he had secretly taken from the relatives’ kitchen. Apparently he had only agreed to the reconciliation as a pretence. As if in a frenzy, he stabbed the woman, hitting her in the head, neck and upper body.
Nuha S. bled to death on the passenger seat of the VW Golf car.
Shortly afterwards, Wahid S. rang the relatives’ doorbell covered in blood. He was overpowered by police officers at the scene and is in custody.
A relative told the tabloid BILD: “After the crime, Wahid told me that she had lied and betrayed him. He had killed her and his honour had been cleansed of the shame.”
It is unclear whether Nuha S. actually in fact had an affair with her cousin. There are allegedly contradictory accounts in the family. The three children are in the care of the Youth Welfare Office.
On the next court hearing day ( on May 6th), Wahid S. wants to testify, the verdict is to be announced on July 13th.

UK: Gang of ‘youths’ try to set fire to 10-year-old girl in park
Authorities in the United Kingdom have launched an investigation into an incident last week which saw a gang of “youths” attack and attempt to set fire to a 10-year-old girl in a park.
The attack, which is said to have been “completely unprovoked”, took place last Sunday afternoon in Wirral — a borough in the greater Liverpool metropolitan area in Northwest England — as the young girl and her friend walked through the park, the Liverpool Echo reports.
According to a spokesperson from Merseyside Police, the young female victim and her friend had been walking through New Ferry park in the early afternoon hours on Sunday when a gang of youths aged around 12 and 13 set upon them. Both girls then had drinks thrown at them before the attackers attempted, unsuccessfully, to set the coat that the 10-year-old had been wearing alight.
Following the attack, the victim was left shaken and suffered minor injuries to her face.
Responding to the incident, Darren Taylor, the chief investigator for Merseyside Police, said: “This was a completely unproved attack and was a horrible incident for the young girl and her friend to endure.
“This type of behavior is in no way acceptable and I would ask parents of children living in the local area to speak to them and ask if they have any knowledge of the incident or those responsible so that we can take action.”
The incident has prompted widespread outrage both in and outside the local community, with hundreds of individuals sharing information online in an attempt to track down the perpetrators.
“This is vile behavior,” said Jackie Duddle, a parent who is local to the area, in response to the attack. “These monsters need to be punished, never mind saying they are only 10 and 12 years old, they are old enough to know what they are doing.”
Sara Devereux, another local parent, also expressed shock over the disturbing attack, saying, “I hope the young girl is okay. What is it coming to when young kids can’t go to a park, when we get nasty horrible little rats thinking they can go round abusing others?”
In his closing statements to the press, Detective Inspector Darren Taylor said, “We are carrying out inquiries in the local area, and I would ask anyone who was in the park or the surrounding area who saw anybody or anything suspicious to contact us.”
Investigators say they’re carefully reviewing CCTV surveillance footage and have requested that anyone with information about the assault immediately come forward.
Since 2017, Wirral has taken in more asylum seekers than any other borough in Merseyside county. According to figures released at the end of 2020, Wirral took in a total of 144 asylum seekers between January 2017 and March 2020.
