Judicial authorities in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia are being accused of incompetence after their decision to release an Afghan migrant accused of raping a young girl who, according to police, then raped another girl who is just 13-year-old following his release.

The 23-year-old Afghan man, Zubyr S., is accused of raping the young girl in Dortmund on Friday, according to Germany’s Bild newspaper.

After his initial arrest rape in Dortmund on June 20, he was released a few days later because according to authorities, he has a permanent residence in the city and therefore was not a flight risk.

On July 3, Dortmund’s public prosecutor, Borge Klepping, who was in charge of the case, ordered the conditional release of Zubyr S. He justified this concession in favor of the suspect by saying that Zubyr had a permanent residence in the city. The suspect was already well known to the police for various other crimes.

Klepping said the reason behind his decision to release the suspect was the lack of grounds for detention, such as a potential risk of fleeing or repeating the crime. According to Klepping, it is required in each case to consider the circumstances in which the suspect remains in custody and whether it is really necessary.

In this case, however, the prosecutor’s decision led to the suspect committing another alleged rape.

According to the latest information, on Friday last week, Zubyr S. lured a girl from a nearby playground into the hallway of an apartment building and raped her there. The girl managed to walk home and then gave the police such a detailed description of the perpetrator that Zubyr S. was arrested shortly after the attack on Saturday at 3:30 in the morning.

The Afghan man is thus once again in custody for a serious felony, but it is unclear how long he will be held for the second rape.

The police already suspected Zubyr of previous child abuse case and police say he is a criminal recidivist who has convictions for physical violence and drug possession on his record.

Migrant sex crimes have been in the headlines in Germany recently. Ten migrants who drugged and gang raped an 18-year-old German girl in Freiburg were all sentenced to prison last week. Eight of them were from Syria.

In February, a 22-year-old Afghan asylum seeker confessed to raping an 11-year-old girl in the Hanover region of Germany along with two other asylum seeker accomplices. The victim was a special needs student with disabilities.

Qatar’s ambassador to Belgium aided a German public relations agency in a complex cover-up of the Gulf state’s financing of the Hezbollah, a security contractor who claims to have worked for Western intelligence services has told The Jerusalem Post.According to the contractor, who has been identified in the German press as “Jason G.” and has spoken extensively to The Post, Qatar’s Ambassador to Belgium Abdulrahman bin Mohammed  Sulaiman Al-Khulaifi allegedly sought to negotiate an agreement to pay Jason G., 750,000 euros to remain silent about Qatar’s reported role in funding Hezbollah. Al-Khulaifi previously served as ambassador to Berlin from 2009 to 2016.

“I never intended to receive the settlement. It was always the intention to draw out who the financiers for Hezbollah were in Qatar and which Qataris were giving them protection,” Jason told the Post.“Jason G.” said he uses the alias to avoid possible retaliation by the Qatari regime. He told the German press this week that he had written a dossier regarding Qatar’s alleged support of Hezbollah. The Post was able to review sections of a comprehensive dossier organized by Jason, outlining Qatar’s alleged finance of weapons for the Lebanese Shi’ite movement. The assumption that young Muslim men in general do not respect the police is of course wrong. In Algeria, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, their respect for police officers is very strong. Because if they do something wrong there in their interaction with the officer, he beats them with a rubber truncheon or shoots them in the leg.That is the language that Muslims understand. It is understood across borders without an interpreter.An understanding, communication-oriented German police officer, on the other hand, is taken note of as a laughing stock. To be a ‘believer’ means first of all to be a Muslim, a member of the ‘best community’ of all times, no matter how devoutly the member of this community obeys the divine commands in everyday life.As a Muslim you are always superior to the ‘unbelievers’, even if you commit crimes, because you remain a Muslim even then. The German police has to stand back. The permanent condemnation of the ‘infidels’ by the Koran does the rest to make integration into Western society more difficult.All these attitudes have not disappeared in the Islamic world during the Age of Enlightenment, but are still alive.”These enlightening words should be carved into pieces of wood and nailed to the foreheads of all those do-gooders who still believe that a multi-cultural society is achievable and the best of all possible worlds.

Early last Sunday morning, a young man suddenly attacked a 27-year-old woman on Dresdner Street in Hanover, tore at her clothes and tried to rape her. Apparently the woman successfully resisted, because the perpetrator let go of her. Instead, he robbed her purse and fled with his prey on foot.A police patrol was able to arrest a suspect shortly afterwards: a 19-year-old Afghan. He’s been in custody since Tuesday. According to the newspaper BILD, the refugee has been in Germany since 2016. He has a police record for theft and drug offences, among other things.

The two large churches in Germany have drawn a positive interim assessment of the 2015 wave of migrants. Around half of those who came at the time are being trained or have jobs today, said the Council President of the Evangelical Church in Germany, Heinrich Bedford-Strohm.

But the clergyman did not mention that integration courses have been ineffective. Less than half of all migrants that completed one of the courses were able to pass even a basic language test in 2018.

The Catholic Cardinal Reinhard Marx from Munich told the Catholic news agency KNA in Munich: “The fears, accompanied by some undertones, that this would increase the crime rate in Germany have not been proven true. Our community is not threatened by migrants, but by the right wing.”

The two clergymen also praised Chancellor Angela Merkel. Her message “We can do it” was “absolutely right,” said Marx. But Merkel herself said that the crisis of 2015 “must not be repeated”.

Germans today have the lowest private wealth in the euro zone, the highest taxes in the world, record electricity prices and the lowest home ownership rate.

Bedford-Strohm also reported to the KNA he had “never received so much positive news” as after the EKD’s decision to launch its own migrant rescue ship. The Sea Watch 4 is scheduled to set sail in early August to bring more illegal Africans to the EU.

Vice president of the Bundestag, Claudia Roth (Greens) had previously warned against mentioning that migrants were more criminal than Germans, but the AfD member of the Bundestag and police officer Martin Hess disagreed. Anyone who still denies the migrant crime problem either has no idea or deliberately lies to the German population, wrote Hess on Twitter.

“Statistically speaking, refugees are more likely to be criminals than Germans, and about ten times as often for crimes that particularly affect our internal security.” Hess insisted that the mainstream media had a political agenda. “The disproportionately high crime rate of refugees can be demonstrated, on the basis of the data collected and listed in the police crime statistics,” he said.

“This is not rocket science at all: crime statistics show the number of suspected Germans, non-Germans and immigrants for certain crimes,” Hess explained to Berlin weekly Junge Freiheit. During the migrant influx, 80 percent of the new arrivals were young men. At that time, the AfD warned that this was statistically a group of people who were disproportionately involved in crime.

“The point is that the refugees who have come to us – mostly young, single men from Islamic cultures – are significantly more criminal than the average German,” Hess added. The AfD politician previously served in the police in Baden-Württemberg, and lectured at the University of Police in Baden-Württemberg.

In the past few weeks, rioting mobs of young men, the majority of them with a migration background, had made headlines after clashes with law enforcement in Cologne, Stuttgart and Frankfurt am Main. The police were often violently attacked.

Worse still, the Berlin police record an average of around a dozen sexual offenses… every day. From March 1 through July 7 this year, officials recorded more than 1 600 cases of sexual harassment, rape, pornography and assault, according to a parliamentary response to MP Marcel Luthe (FDP). In the case of rapes in particularly serious cases – if they were particularly humiliating or gang rapes – the majority were foreign suspects (54 percent). The migration background of German suspects was not specified, suggesting the numbers may even be higher.

It is a sad day at The Nordic Pineapple. We have decided to no longer fly The Norwegian flag on the front of the inn. This flag is so often mistaken for the Confederate flag and people are often offended by it before they realize that they are mistaken. I am very proud of my Norwegian heritage and will fly it on special occasions like Norwegian Independence Day and maybe I will find a less conspicuous place to fly it but, for now we feel that it is the best decision to take it down.

I urge people to slow down and see the world through less jaded glasses. When we think of the worst before we have all the facts, we lose sight of all of good that out there that we should find. If you got to know us you would see that we are very proud Americans and very patriotic. Greg served this country in the Navy during Desert Storm and was a proud employee for the Department of Homeland Security. We have 2 adopted children who are both black and we have tried to teach them not to judge on first glance or outward appearances. We love being members of the St Johns community and are heartbroken to have had to make this decision. Given the current cultural climate and the idea that people are judging us based on the misconception of the national Norwegian flag vs. the Confederate flag, this is what is best for our family and our Inn.

This is a stupid story from a stupid time. But those are the only kind we seem to have anymore.

Offbecker said she was trying to represent her heritage, but it’s not worth the frustration. She said they have received cruel emails and phone calls over the confusion of the flag.

“What we’re getting is so much more negative now,” she said. “It’s not just, ‘hey you’re flying the Confederate flag.’ It’s, ‘you should be ashamed to fly the Confederate flag. You’re a bigot because you fly the Confederate flag.‘”

Some people are even convinced the home was built by Confederate leaders. In fact, it was built by union workers for the daughter of the Saint Johns founder.

People have asked the couple to remove the flag, confronting them directly and online. The Offenbeckers have never been threatened, but they have been accused of promoting racism.

The latest person to email the Offenbeckers about the flag on their property informed them that they should be “ashamed.”

“How could we be so bigoted and close minded, this person wrote, and I was really hurt because I feel like we’ve done a lot to integrate into this small community and be part of St. Johns,” Kjersten Offenbecker said.

Progressives are truly a noble breed. Their tolerance knows no boundaries. And they’re the smarest people around.
