Police Apologises To Tousi And Other Journalists
Only 4.5 years imprisonment for a Turk who killed a German fireman, but 10 years imprisonment for a German who set off a firecracker outside a mosque
The case caused quite a stir in Germany. On December 6, 2019, a “young man” known to the police, who was in possession of travel documents for Turkey, Lebanon and Germany, beat a 49-year-old family man to death for no reason. Now a court in Augsburg, where the crime took place, passed the sentence:4.5 years imprisonment for the notorious perpetrator of violence. The manslaughterer attracted negative disciplinary attention a total of 32 times while in remand. The 17-year-old was on his way with two accomplices at the time of the crime. They scrounged for a cigarette from the German Roland S., who did not feel like it and apparently pushed one of the migrant hobby boxers aside. The main perpetrator hit him so hard on the head that a cerebral artery ruptured. He died shortly after the attack, any help came too late. The “young men” smashed half the face of the man’s companion, he survived. The German’s death particularly shocked the public and his former colleagues because he had served as a rescuer in the fire service for a long time. He was considered to be loving and helpful, and would never have spoken out negatively towards migrants. He left behind a wife and a daughter. The pictures of the mourning firefighter comrades circulated all over the world. There was no sign of remorse in the accused. He pleaded self-defence and assistance in the case of emergency. In prison he boasted that he had already beaten someone to death. In ten months in custody, he had to be disciplined for 32 offences. Finally, the defendants apologised and blamed their behaviour on their alcohol consumption. The main perpetrator already had a court record, he was “given a judicial warning” for assault and theft. The raised index finger and a loud ” Naughty, naughty, naughty ” were not likely to have been of any real use to the hot-blooded migrant scion. The judge considered that a sentence of 4.5 years imprisonment “in the name of the people” would be appropriate, and the accomplices got away with probationary sentences. Soon the Turkish-Lebanese “German” will be able to boast of his heroic deeds again in freedom. The maximum sentence for manslaughter in Germany would be 10 years imprisonment, even under juvenile criminal law. In that case, however, the crime would probably have been particularly serious and the perpetrator would have had to be particularly unreasonable or even at risk of recidivism – a fact which the judge could probably rule out.Or else, the Germans who have been living in Germany longer than the new citizens have to accept that one of their own lives is worth a maximum of 4.5 years in prison. Nor should they get the idea of doing “stupid things”, because in Germany you go to prison for 10 years for lighting a firecracker in front of a backyard mosque. This is to make clear the priorities of the German justice system.

Erdoğan’s Jihad on “Infidel Europe”
The jihad against Europe by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is probably based on both ideology and opportunism. Fierce anti-Western rhetoric is an ideological sine qua non for Turkish political Islam; it is also a secure vote-catcher targeting conservative and nationalist masses.
Erdoğan’s jihadism is not seasonal or a newfound system of political ideas. It is also not a reflection of peaceful sufism. Erdoğan comes from the ranks of Turkey’s militant political Islamism that emerged in late 1960s under the leadership of the ideologue, Necmettin Erbakan, Turkey’s first Islamist prime minister and Erdoğan’s mentor. In Erbakan’s rhetoric universal politics is simply about a struggle between the righteous (Islam) and a coalition of Zionists and racist imperialists — all else is just details. In his thinking, the Zionists support Turkey’s membership in the European Union in order to “get Turkish Muslims to melt in a pot of Christianity.”
In a 2016 speech, Erdoğan talked of European countries: “These are not just our enemies… Behind them are plans and plots and other powers.” Also in 2016, he said that jihad is never terrorism. “It is resurrection…. It is to give life, to build… It is to fight the enemies of Islam.” In 2017, Erdoğan added that the German government’s actions resembled those of Nazi Germany.
Last month, the Gaza-based leader of Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), Dawood Shihab, said that Turkey was the bravest Muslim country to fight French President Emmanuel Macron’s hostility toward Muslims. Turks thought flattering words from PIJ were not enough crucify an infidel disguised as the president of a big European nation.
Erdoğan had to take the stage. Venue: A party convention in the heart of Anatolia. Décor: Huge posters of Erdoğan and Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev. Two more photographs: Azeri landscape and the Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. Slogan: “Karabakh and Al-Aqsa mosque [in Jerusalem] are waiting for us!” [Nagorno-Karabakh is a disputed territory under Armenian occupation since the 1990s.]
The sultan speaks: “What is Macron’s problem with Islam? What is his problem with Muslims? Macron needs some sort of mental treatment.” Erdoğan apparently thinks that Macron has gone clinically insane because the French president vowed to crack down on radical Islamism in France, after the country was shaken by the beheading of history teacher Samuel Paty on October 16.
Erdoğan also accused the West of supplying arms to one of the warring parties only, Armenia, in the most recent military conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Nevertheless, a bit hypocritically, Erdoğan is also proud that Turkey has been equipping the Azeri military with drones, various other weapons systems and training.
Middle Eastern politics is always a trap for radical ideologues. In Erdoğan’s mindset, the “infidel West” is militarily helping Armenia (the evil) and Turkey is militarily helping Azerbaijan (the righteous). Fine. What other nation is militarily helping Azerbaijan? A nation on the side of the righteous? Israel, a country Erdoğan deeply hates.
In 2016, Azeri President Aliyev said that his country acquired military equipment worth $4.85 billion from the Jewish state. An Azeri presidential advisor has said that Azerbaijan, in Nagorno-Karabakh, was using Israeli-made drones, including so-called “suicide drones” that can destroy a target on impact. So, Turkey and Israel are equipping the same military which is in an armed conflict with another.
That unwanted coincidence, however, will not deter Erdoğan’s jihadist ambitions. From a report in late October:
“Western intelligence agencies have revealed that Hamas’ leadership has been operating a second clandestine office in Istanbul for cyber operations and counter-espionage against its enemies, including the Palestinian Authority and Hamas dissenters…
“The Hamas headquarters were established approximately two years ago in order to purchase equipment that can be used to manufacture weapons, to implement cyber-attacks against enemies, including embassies of hostile Arab states such as Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in the Middle East and Europe, and even against the Palestinian Authority in Gaza, as well as for surveillance and cracking down on dissenting members within its own ranks.”
Turkey’s latest jihadist export zone appears to be the Caucasus: Nagorno-Karabakh, to be specific. Although Ankara and Baku categorically deny accusations, press reports and independent human rights observers have confirmed the arrival of hundreds of jihadists in Azerbaijan to fight Armenia. Hydrocarbon-rich Azerbaijan could surely afford thousands of fighters, not just hundreds. But that could also mean angering Moscow which, as Azeris know very well, will not do any good to their infant state.
After the Turkish military’s direct armed engagement on Iraqi and Syrian territories, proxy wars in Syria, Libya and Yemen, and military tensions on the Aegean and Mediterranean seas, Erdoğan’s new jihadist adventurism has found a new theater of war in the Caucasus. What’s next?

Germany: Ex-wife beaten with a pipe because she does not want to go back to Iraq
One year probationary prison sentence was imposed on the wife-beater Hassan ldris H. on Thursday at the Dresden district court. (39 years old) – for serious, dangerous bodily injury.
The then nine-year-old son had to witness the attack.
While the Iraqi denied everything: “I didn’t do this”, the victim Shivar B. had at the time testified to the police and the investigating judge.
According to the police report, her ex had disowned her according to Islamic custom. “He wanted me to go back to Iraq.” But because she refused “because of the shame” and fear of her relatives, Hassan probably wanted to “solve the problem in a different way”.
But in court, 30-year-old Shivar B. suddenly refused to testify. “I no longer have a problem with him.”
For Judge Harald Römmelt (52 years old) the case was nevertheless proven. Sentence: one year in prison on probation – by the way, for H. this means that he must now expect deportation – theoretically.

German authorities allow a dangerous Islamist to leave for Sudan
Saxony-Anhalt’s most notorious Islamist extremist perpetrator, the 19-year-old Syrian Ayman N., has left for Sudan.
This was confirmed by the State Office of Criminal Investigation (LKA) and the General Prosecutor’s Office to the newspaper MZ on Friday. The terror suspect previously lived in Friedersdorf (Anhalt-Bitterfeld), was permanently guarded by police forces and wore an electronic tag.
According to MZ information, the surveillance measures had so far amounted to around five million euros. Proceedings are currently underway against the perpetrator at the Berlin Court of Appeal, further investigations are being conducted by the Naumburg Public Prosecutor General’s Office.N. is said to have tried to make contact with like-minded people in Germany as early as 2015. He is regarded by the authorities as an IS sympathiser. In the ongoing terror proceedings in Berlin, one of the cases is that he had the construction plan of an AK47 assault rifle ordered. He is also reported to have made enquiries about the construction of explosive belts. To date, the investigations against N. have been continuously expanded. As recently as June 2020, there had been another raid, Klaus Tewes, spokesman of the Attorney General’s Office in Naumburg, confirmed to the MZ on Friday. “There may be more serious crimes in question.”Behind the scenes, security authorities in Saxony-Anhalt are breathing a sigh of relief that N. voluntarily left the state this week. “We have agreed”, said Tewes for the Attorney General’s Office. According to MZ information, this is also the opinion of the experts at the State Criminal Police Office. According to authorities, the man has the freedom to travel. Ayman N. travelled to Sudan via Turkey. According to MZ information, the German state paid for his ticket and visa. The departure of the dangerous man was coordinated nationwide by security authorities. In cases like these, people leaving the country are usually refused entry. This is not the first case in which German authorities have proceeded accordingly.Furthermore, prosecutors in Saxony-Anhalt obviously do not expect a severe punishment in the current proceedings before the Higher Regional Court, as the Islamist was still a youth at the time of the accused crimes. The concrete accusations against him did not even suffice for an arrest warrant. The newspaper Volksstimme was the first to report on his voluntary departure to Sudan. However, the proceedings against N. are not closed when he leaves the country. “We will continue the new investigations, that is as sure as eggs in the basket”, said Tewes. A new charge against Ayman N. and a new arrest warrant are possible. In case of a new arrival, authorities would then take the Islamist into custody.Interior politicians in Saxony-Anhalt welcomed the departure to a large extent. “I think this is absolutely correct”, said Social Democratic Member of Parliament Rüdiger Erben. Permission to leave the country had been a difficult question.”The investigators have been struggling with this case for years – but in the end there is a danger of a rude awakening in court and the man will be released immediately. It would be better for the security of the Federal Republic of Germany if this dangerous man were at “the greatest possible distance”. Chris Schulenburg, Christian Democratic Party (CDU) politician for domestic affairs, said about the N. case: “We wish you a nice voyage and hope we never see you again!AfD faction leader Oliver Kirchner sees things differently. The state should have been waiting for a court ruling, “so that the man would serve his sentence”. Kirchner criticised the high costs of monitoring dangerous persons. He called for “preventive detention” for Islamist perpetrators suspected of committing serious crimes. “For this, perhaps the law would also have to be changed,” said Kirchner.

Many reasons for optimism as Election 2020 rages on
By Ed Timperlake
It has often called a battle for the White House when, in fact, in this 2020 presidential election, it is a campaign, made up of many skirmishes and battles. Make no mistake: it is a campaign for the future of America, and so far President Trump, has handily won two significant early battles.
The first was the rallying of Trump Nation pre-election to send a powerful message of hope and aspiration for a better life for all America. Trump relentlessly pressed home his vision with truly historic rallies and also a successful get-out-the-vote effort. That battle was so successful that a record number of minorities heard his message and made history by trusting him to make their and their children’s lives better and more secure.
The Democrat party lost that battle of hope and goodwill for America by the simple fact that its message of socialism failed because Democrats had to cheat to win. The anger of decent Americans’ betrayed by Democrat political hack operatives will burn white-hot and will be forevermore a stain on their legacy.
The second battle won is also historic: President Trump, with the able assistance of Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell, managed to place Justice Amy Coney Barrett on the U.S. Supreme Court just in time. This is hugely important because Chief Justice Roberts has been seen as a jurist with no integrity and cannot be trusted. The evidence of his perfidy is overwhelming. The addition of an honest, brilliant judge on the Court as a potential tie-breaker enforcing the rule of law cannot be underestimated. This matter will go to the Supreme Court.
It is important to recognize that making a solid legal case takes time and due diligence. When I was investigating Clinton Inc. for corruption in 1998 as staff investigator for the House Committee on Rules, I visited N.Y. D.A. Robert Morgenthau, which was a great honor in my life. I left that meeting with him and his chief of staff with a profound understanding of how to make a criminal case. It requires a law to be violated, as much hard evidence as possible, and witness and victims.
Consequently post–Election Day, there is a huge P.R. fight raging, which ultimately means nothing unless it produces additional hard evidence. Derivative posturing by Democrats is whistling past the graveyard. The facts are the facts, and the truth is the truth, and it does not look good for them. The weakness in their grand theft election strategy is that it is ultimately built on a conspiracy of epic proportions.
Although Speaker Pelosi has an Italian name, her Democrat mob does not have an enforceable code of omertà. It takes just one early triggering moment, and names will be named and conspiracies unraveled. That moment has already arrived, driven by the Republican Party of Nevada, aided by the Honorable Ric Grennell and former attorney general Laxalt of Nevada.
The Nevada Republican Party announced Thursday evening that it has sent a criminal referral to U.S. Attorney General William Barr with allegations that the state had 3,602 cases of voter fraud.
“Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud,” the Nevada Republican Party wrote in a tweet. “We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”
Be of good cheer, Trump Nation. Let the P.R. war rage. President Trump has a well thought out and brilliantly executed campaign to ultimately win against nasty, nasty bullies who cheat.
“Like” for Islamist statement – German Muslim Football National Players Support Anti-Macron campaign
The deputy AfD party chairwoman Beatrix von Storch has called for the exclusion of Antonio Rüdiger from the German national team. “The German Football Association (DFB) must react immediately and exclude Mr Rüdiger from the national team. He does not represent the values of the German national team, but opposes them,” von Storch told the newspaper JUNGE FREIHEIT on Friday. “There can be no place for such a man in the DFB team.”
The background is a post on Instagram by MMA professional Chabib Nurmagomedow, which Rüdiger marked with “I like”. In it, the UFC world champion and self-confessed Muslim agitates against French President Emmanuel Macron for his fight against political Islam. Among other things, Nurmagomedov published a photo of Macron’s face with a footprint on it. In addition, the MMA fighter demands that Allah humiliate Macron and all those who insulted the feelings of Muslims.Rüdiger has marked the article, which is written in Cyrillic script, with a “Like”.He was also marked with a Like by former national player Mesut Özil.
Even if neither of them could have understood the content, the photo of Macron with the footprint on his face should be unmistakable. Posters with the motif had already been shown at anti-Macron demonstrations in recent days, which also called for a boycott of French products.
At the request of JUNGEN FREIHEIT, the DFB has so far not commented on the incident and possible consequences for the central defender, who is under contract with FC Chelsea.
Rüdiger apologised to the tabloid Bild-Zeitung for using the Like and deleted it: “That was a mistake. Of course you shouldn’t read articles written in languages you don’t understand. I reject any kind of violence and would therefore like to distance myself clearly from these contents”.If there was one overarching theme in his life, it was the fight against violence and racism. “Believe me that I will continue to follow this path from the bottom of my heart. I would therefore want to make it clear once again that I am a devout believer, but also a determined opponent of all violence. I apologise for my like, that is why I have withdrawn it in the meantime. Of course I do not support such contents as in this Instagram article at all,” the national player told the paper.Rüdiger had recently called for tougher penalties for racist incidents in stadiums. He also believes that spectators and fans who remain silent or turn a blind eye to racist incidents should be punished. “I have a very clear message for these people: they are accomplices, quite simply. I think these people should be punished. Those who cover up or silently tolerate racism are also part of the problem”.

Europol conducts massive anti-free speech raids across EU, including Germany, France, and the UK
Europol, the European Union’s police agency, carried out widespread, coordinated anti-free speech raids across seven countries earlier this week as a part of what it claimed to be a clampdown on online “hatred and incitement to violence”.
German prosecutors and the EU law enforcement agency said on Tuesday that 96 suspects are being investigating for alleged “hateful” online posts. During the raids, police searched 83 buildings in Germany and seized individual’s private property, including laptops and mobile phones.
The United Kingdom, France, Norway, Italy, and the Czech Republic also took part in the anti-free speech raids under the direction of the European Union’s law enforcement agency.
A spokesman for Europol told Reuters News Agency that Tuesday’s raids focused on online posts that promote xenophobia and racism. The raids come at a time when Europe is dealing with a wave of Islamic terror attacks in countries like France and Austria — which police failed to prevent — along with rising crime in many European countries such as Sweden, Denmark, and once again, France.
According to a German prosecutor in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate, one of the suspects under investigation had insulted a female politician online while another allegedly made anti-Semitic comments.
Among countries throughout the western world, Germany, without a doubt, has by far the most draconian anti-free speech laws. The German government regularly hands out prison sentences to those who are alleged to have “incited hatred against minorities” or who have denied the Holocaust. At the same time, foreigners convicted of brutal sex crimes are regularly handed light sentences.
In 2017, German lawmakers introduced the Network Enforcement Act, which ended up being adopted the same year and was enacted into law in early 2018, the American news publication Foreign Policy reports. The law allows the German government to fine social media networks with over two million users up to €500,000 for each day the platform fails to delete a story deemed to be false news. Facebook relies on a variety fact-checking organizations to determine whether news is true, with many of them funded by progressive billionaire George Soros.
Many have asserted that Berlin’s anti-free speech law is nothing less than reproduction of similar laws enacted by authoritarian regimes like Russia and Venezuela to stifle free speech and debate.
A 2019 survey carried out by the Institut für Demoskopie Allensbach revealed that just 18 percent of Germans feel free to express their views in public.

Another USPS worker steps forward amid widespread reports of voter fraud
Another United States postal worker from Erie County, Pennsylvania, has stepped forward on Thursday with evidence of fraudulently back-dated election ballots.
The USPS worker said he first witnessed a postmaster ordering his supervisor to back-date ballots. This is the second postal worker to step forward with evidence of election fraud at the USPS.
“This morning I was casing my route, and I saw the postmaster pull one of our supervisors to the side,” he told James O’Keefe, Project Veritas founder. “And I heard him say to the supervisor that they messed up yesterday…And he told the supervisor they had postmarked one of the ballots the 4th (November) instead of the 3rd. Cause they were supposed to put them for 3rd (November).”
“Ballots that are coming in today, tomorrow, yesterday, are all supposed to be postmarked the 3rd,” he added.
The USPS worker said he was even ordered to postmark mail ballots from November 6 for November 3. “They still want us to pick up ballots tomorrow (the 6th),” he explained.
According to James O’Keefe, “Americans want to trust the integrity of our elections and the postal service—if our voting is going to be trusted to the post office, we have to be able to trust the post office.”
In Las Vegas, Nevada, a postal worker told a Project Veritas undercover journalist that he agreed to collect “legal ballots sent to the wrong address,” O’Keefe said. “This is yet another example of real concerns when it comes to voter fraud across this country,” he added.
Also in Nevada, a Department of Motor Vehicles whistleblower said unregistered voters were allowed to cast their ballots anyway. They were then instructed to register to vote by Friday so election officials could claim their ballots were legitimate.
According to the whistleblower, people without a Nevada driver’s license or ID card were allowed to vote, even though Nevada law stipulates that voters must be registered to vote before the election.
If confirmed, this would explain why some Nevada counties has been very slow in counting ballots, since they have been stalling for time.
The question remains as to why a Nevada DMV office would be so concerned about expediting people’s voter registrations… after the election?
In Detroit, a video was released of Democratic election counters cheering as Republican election monitors were thrown out of the counting facility.
Twitter user “US Rebel” (@USRebellion1776) has revealed that the number of votes cast for Joe Biden far exceeds those cast for that state’s Senate candidates in swing states, while those cast for Trump and GOP Senators follow a normal pattern.
In most elections, the majority of votes are cast “down the ticket” which means that a voter typically supports both the party’s presidential nominee as well as the state Congressional candidate. In fact, according to Pew Research, “overwhelming shares of voters who are supporting Trump and Biden say they are also supporting the same-party candidate for Senate”.
This suggests that the number of votes for a presidential candidate and the same party’s Senate candidate should be quite close, but in these swing states, this is expressly not the case.
Another United States postal worker was caught at the Canadian border on Election Day with a trunk full of absentee ballots. He was charged with delay and/or destruction of mail after Customs and Border Protection intercepted the cargo.
“This Office is committed not only to ensuring the integrity of the mails but also of individuals’ rights to vote in a free and fair election,” said US Attorney James Kennedy in a statement. “The criminal conduct with which this defendant is alleged to have engaged, undermined both of those interests.”
Several states — Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Georgia — have not been called yet, as neither Trump nor Biden have reached enough electoral votes to be elected president.
On social media, visuals of voter fraud were also circulated.
In Pennsylvania, mail ballots from the military serving overseas were found in the rubbish. The ballots – with all the votes cast for Trump – were discovered during an investigation into election irregularities.
On Thursday, the US Attorneys Office Middle District of Pennsylvania released a statement on the find:
On Monday, September 21, 2020, at the request of Luzerne County District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis, the Office of the United States Attorney along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Scranton Resident Office, began an inquiry into reports of potential issues with a small number of mail-in ballots at the Luzerne County Board of Elections.
Since Monday, FBI personnel working together with the Pennsylvania State Police have conducted numerous interviews and recovered and reviewed certain physical evidence. Election officials in Luzerne County have been cooperative. At this point we can confirm that a small number of military ballots were discarded.
