The Election is Not Over

The election is not over. President Trump may wish to put down the golf clubs and get back to rallying his supporters.

As predicted and explained in “How to Steal an Election” – Parts III and III – the Left has manufactured an Election “season” (as opposed to “Day” as required by 2 U.S.C. §7), and the “journalists” of the news media have begun the relentless drumbeat of proclaiming “President-elect Biden.” That is make-believe.

The media does not determine the outcome of the election. Governors of states will send electors to Washington DC in early December. That is the Electoral College, and their vote will decide the presidential election. So, the string of reports and stories and projections and suppositions about the new Biden administration is all part of an information operation to psychologically condition the public to accept Biden/Harris as a fait accompli.

It does not help that President Trump has gone golfing at one of his clubs in Sterling, Virginia for the past two days. That is not a confidence-builder for the campaign staffers and party operatives out in the states he needs to legally challenge and flip. Rudy Giuliani is in Philadelphia, screaming. The president is golfing. You cannot make someone want the presidency.

In the intelligence world, we called that sort of activity “indications and warnings.” Demonstrated behavior is an indication (though not a guarantee) of intention. Perhaps President Trump is “done?” Maybe he has really had enough? I do not know.

What I do know, is that if President Trump were serious about challenging the outcomes in Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan. Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona (maybe even Virginia), then he would be back on the campaign trail, holding rallies in those states. The best way to motivate the electorate, and the vote counters and the judges making rulings in the legal cases pending in the courts and jurisdictions of those states, is to show up. Woody Allen is credited with saying, “80 percent of life is showing up.” Thomas Edison is credited with saying, “Ninety per cent of a man’s success in business is perspiration.” Very different men, but there is a consistency in the wisdom. President Trump may wish to reconsider his leisure time should he wish to successfully challenge the currently scripted outcome of the election.

Meanwhile, there is lots of talk of “concession.” That is more nonsense. Think of it as when your larger, older cousin would demand you cry, “uncle” during a wrestling match. There is nothing legally or formally significant, relevant or binding about a concession. This is the media’s puerile fixation on humiliating Trump. They want him in front of the cameras, admitting defeat. Forever. And ever. The American public will see that video clip played and played, over and over for the next decade in order to make sure everyone knows that no political outsider will ever be allowed to become president ever again. You got that straight? Not ever. Americans will not know that the Japanese surrendered to General MacArthur in WWII, but they will see Trump’s concession speech. A lot.

We will continue to look at the lessons coming from this election and the consequences (intended and unintended) – but in the next month, look at what President Trump does, personally, to advance his claims and remedies for election malfeasance and gamesmanship. The consequences go beyond the outcome of this election – and reach all the way to whether we can have any faith in any electoral system without a radical overhaul to 21st century standards for veracity and surety of election results.

The president MUST get personally involved and FIGHT.

Pennsylvania Swears to SCOTUS It’s Properly Separating (And Counting) Late Ballots – After Installing COVID Infection Election Rules

Pennsylvania’s Democrat secretary of the Commonwealth says that of course they’re doing everything right and honoring the Supreme Court order to separate mail-in ballots received after Election Day from all others – but they’re still counting them even though the Trump campaign demanded those ballots be set aside for the time being.

President Trump isn’t wrong to be skeptical about the shady practices underway in Pennsylvania vote-counting. He’s got plenty of company in legal circles. He’s known about the possibility of easy voter impersonation and fraud since the Keystone State installed its lax COVID infection election rules.

Among the concerns are allowing mail-in ballots—without a proper postmark or signature verification—to be received up to three days after the election. The GOP went to court before the election to stop the lax voting rules, but Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberal contingent on the court to create a 4-4 tie, which allowed the state Supreme Court decision approving the rules to stand. That meant the shady rules were held in place because Roberts apparently didn’t want the Court to involve itself in the election. Now, as feared and predicted, the Court is involved in the election. On Friday night, Justice Samuel Alito, who wanted the court to intervene during the first lawsuit, ordered the ballots to be separated in accordance with the guidance issued by the secretary of the Commonwealth. He also called on the full court to intervene.

Trump’s legal team wants the ballots arriving after the November 3 election to be frozen until litigation sorts out the rules.

Pennsylvania officials on Saturday responded to Alito saying there was “no evidence that any county is disobeying” the order to separate out the ballots. But they’re counting them anyway.

The order is related to an ongoing Republican appeal to the Supreme Court to try to keep ballots received in the mail after Election Day from being counted. The state’s top court granted a three-day extension, and the Supreme Court refused to block it.

Election boards around the state received guidance from the Secretary of State to segregate mail ballots that arrived between Election Day and the Friday deadline. However, the guidance also allowed the votes to be counted, the application said. It’s unclear whether all election boards are handling the ballots in the same way, the application said.

Despite the ambiguity about how each county is handling the ballots, Pennsylvania’s attorney general and Secretary of Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar issued a memo to the Court claiming they’re playing by the rules.

“There is no evidence that any county is disobeying that clear guidance to segregate these votes, and the Republican Party offers only speculation that certain unidentified counties may ignore that repeated guidance or that the Secretary will inconsistently change course,” the memo said.

As of Saturday afternoon, 63 counties had confirmed their prior compliance with the guidance, including Allegheny and Philadelphia, according to the memo. The votes received after 8 p.m. on Election Day were being tallied separately, the memo said.

She claimed there was “no evidence” of shady dealings instead of swearing there were no shady dealings, which might make more people feel a bit better about the vote count.
It would also be more confidence-inspiring if the Democrat in charge of elections sounded less like a party hack and more like a representative of the people of the Commonwealth.

America is unraveling

By Carol Brown

Did Joe Biden steal the election or has a large swath of the electorate become hopelessly brainwashed and dumbed down?

As to whether Biden stole the election, one doesn’t have to be a lawyer to have cause for concern.

Among other things, why would Democrats block Republicans from observing ballot counting unless they had something to hide? And why would the left be unwilling to agree that we must count every legal vote?

And then there were the technical “glitches” that skewed results in favor of Biden, huge spikes in votes for Biden with none of Trump, suitcases of ballots delivered in the middle of the night, and sudden halts in ballot counting when it appeared Donald Trump was going to win, among countless other examples that suggest corruption in multiple battleground states.

So, the President and his team of lawyers are going to court. What will come of this is anyone’s guess. My feeling right now is not hopeful, though I agree that he must see this through for the sake of the country.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, the propogandists announced that Joe Biden is the winner, as they increasingly marginalize the president and silence his voice.

And they, of course, have conveniently omitted that it was the Democrats who told Biden not to concede and it was the Democrats who amassed a huge team of lawyers and hundreds of millions of dollars to contest the election results, if (by any means) necessary.

But now that Trump is challenging the results, he is painted as someone seeking to disrupt free and fair elections.

If by some miracle, President Trump is able to prove massive voter fraud and have court rulings that reflect an honest vote count that makes him the winner, he will be framed as overturning the election results and the fallout perpetrated by the left will be unthinkable.

But unthinkable as such consequences may be, he must pursue the truth and we must stand by him. Because this is not just about President Trump, it’s about the presidency itself, it’s about America (or what remains of it), it’s about trustworthy elections, it’s about 71 million American voters (record-breaking for a sitting President) who cast their vote for him, and it’s about the rule of law.

And speaking of the rule of law, is there much of it left in America anymore?

Antifa and BLM rioted for months with impunity. Public figures (including the woman who may soon be President of the United States) raised money to bail criminals out of jail, law enforcement was told to stand down, the media lied, and the madness just kept rolling.

Now, here we are a few days after the election, and the public shrugs (at best) at the idea of election fraud.

At locations where votes were, and are, being counted, and in defiance of the law, corrupt Democrats have refused Republicans access. It’s been heartbreaking to see small bands of patriots having so little power, even with legal documents in hand, as they confronted corrupt Democrats who’ve denied them access. Where were the federal Marshalls and where was AG Barr?

So now Trump stands increasingly alone as he takes the fight to the courts. I anticipate that as the days pass, more and more Republicans will distance themselves from him. The process has already begun.

Meanwhile, the streets are filled with people celebrating a Biden victory with some saying the jubilation is more than when Osama bin Laden was killed.

(See what they did there?)

The celebrations also include a lot of hate toward Trump and those who support him.

All of this suddenly-covid-is-gone-and-we-can-pour-into-the-streets-screaming-and-singing-and-sharing-glasses-of-champagne-because-as-leftists-we-are-not-super-spreaders joy is for the shell of a corrupt demented man who they claim beat a President who ushered in four years of peace (don’t they like peace?), brought our troops home (don’t they like the end of endless wars?), created an environment for the economy to grow to record levels (don’t they like a booming economy and low unemployment?), championed the black community (don’t they like a thriving black community?), negotiated brilliant deals that finally put America first (don’t they want our country to be strong?), made us energy independent (don’t like energy independence?), listened to and cared about the forgotten men and women of America the left claims they care about (don’t they want the middle class to thrive?), and put God and country first.

I could go on.

But the main points about the paragraph above are that far too many Americans are uninformed, brainwashed, and/or want to transform our exceptional country into something else. Something bleak. Something tyrannical.

Which brings me to the second question I posed at the outset: Have we passed the tipping point where there are not enough informed patriots (and that includes elected officials) to salvage what’s left of the country?

In my view, the answer to that question is: we have probably passed the tipping point. And I see no end in sight.

I hope and pray that I’m wrong.

But we’ve had a cultural revolution in America and as long as the left has a lock on our educational institutions and the media, there will be more and more lemmings and fewer and fewer informed citizens. As such, the Republic cannot stand. And this transformation (that Obama accelerated) will now kick into high gear by the crazed, power-hungry left who aim to take this nation down and every single one of us along with it.

What is unfolding before our eyes is terrifying beyond words.

Without Trump, the West is much weaker

Now that Trump seems to have lost, something must be said clearly.

Trump was elected to end so-called “humanitarian” interventions and he did it.

He eliminated Caliph Baghdadi and General Soleimani without being drawn into new Vietnams.

He canceled Obama’s “deal” that would give Iran nuclear weapons, a new Munich.

He got out of the ridiculous Paris climate deal.

He strengthened Israel’s position in the Middle East and forced – or convinced – the United Arab Emirates, Sudan and Bahrain to make peace with the Jews.

He opposed the UN.

He told Europeans that they had to contribute more to their own security, in addition to their own social amusement park.

He elected important judges to the Supreme Court, nemesis of the progressive culture that progressive America would like to make similar to Sweden (I think of Amy Barrett and her wonderful family).

He has changed the way Americans think about China. Never before has China felt a threat to its global economic dumping. An advanced industrial country unable to produce surgical masks and aspirins during a pandemic means that globalization has gone too far.

During the first three years of his presidency, a large share of wealth went to the poorest American workers. That’s why voters in the forgotten areas of the country, the “forgotten men” I described a few days ago, voted for him in 2016 and even more in 2020. That’s why a surprising number of African Americans turned to him this year. With “social justice,” minorities do not put food on the table..

Trump might return to his golf club in Florida. What America loses is a certain idea of reality. It is what led many hard-working immigrants, people of color, Orthodox Jews and even the Amish to vote for Trump and almost all wealthy whites to vote for Biden. The old, hands-on human relationships lost, the Silicon of social media won.

The nation lost and the “global village” won. The idea that America’s own culture counts lost and multiculturalism won.

If I have to choose between the world of Oprah, of those who knock down statues and academics who work for a society of indefinite individuals, and the world of a tobacco-toothed American worker and a rule-abiding Mexican, I have no doubts where “the West” stands tpday..

Syrian marries 14-year-old girl and cuts her throat in Germany

It is shortly before midnight in the Paderborn district of Sennelager. Police action in the street Am Heilandsfrieden. A man lies on the ground, a policeman ties him up.
The man on the ground is a murderer. He has cut his young wife’s throat in the passenger seat of her VW Golf car! In front of their three little daughters. The crime that took place outside the door of the house where the family lived reflects the tragedy of a Syrian refugee family.
The killer, who has been in custody since Thursday on suspicion of murder, is Wahid A. (29 years old). The victim, Nuha (20 years old), was his wife.

The two come from Idlib, a rebel stronghold in northern Syria, and got married at the end of 2014, when Nuha was less than 15 years old – and shortly afterwards pregnant.
In May 2015, Wahid A. left his wife behind in Idlib and made his way to Germany as a refugee. Nuha gave birth to twins and was allowed to go to Germany with the babies in October 2015 as part of the family reunion.
In 2017 Nuha gave birth to another girl at the age of 17.

What has now caused this disaster?
Djamal H. (name changed), a relative of the murderer who lives nearby, tells the newspaper Bild am Sonntag about the reasons. The marriage broke up a few weeks ago. Djamal: “Wahid was convinced that his wife was having an affair with her cousin. He then brought his children to me so that they would not have to witness the quarrel.”
Then relatives of the young wife, who live in Belgium, came to Paderborn. They tried to mediate to convince Wahid A. that there was no affair.

“On Tuesday, Wahid and his wife picked up the children from me. He told me that he had forgiven her,” Djamal H. told Bild am Sonntag. “Then they went downstairs.”
It is not a happy ending. It is the sheer horror!
Djamal H.: “A few minutes later Wahid rang my doorbell. He stood in front of me with the children and covered in blood. He said: ‘She has lied and betrayed me. I killed her and washed my honour clean of shame.”

Wahid A., who had last worked as a delivery man, called the police himself after the murder, led them to the corpse in the car.
According to the autopsy report, Nuha bled to death. The perpetrator slit her neck, stabbed her several times in the upper part of her body and head.
Wahid A. remains silent now.

Wait Just a Minute! Some Very Good News May Be Coming

By Jay Valentine

Like many, I spent the last few nights waking up at 2:03 A.M., no reason, then looking at my phone for news, any news, that might be positive for President Trump.  I survived on Rush, Bongino, Mark Levin.  When the news continued to be ugly, I even checked in on ridiculous bloggers promising that ballots were watermarked and D.J. (our household name for a president we love) was actually launching a sting on the Deep State.

Enough already.  Stop the madness.

Hey, I have a degree in statistics, and I have some level of critical thought.  If there is such pessimism in my tribe, I am not going along.

So today, I started to dig into the numbers, and as I did, I fought my confirmation bias at every step.

I realized that I, like millions of others, had been numbed into despondency by the overwhelming press, media, social media push to certify President-Elect Biden.  (I put that in there so you can see how repellent it is.)

Hey guys, this thing is not only not over; it is scary for Biden.  I mean really scary, and most of all, the media know it.  Thus, the rush to get everyone in line with the narrative that a 78-year-old, early-dementia former V.P., who could not draw a crowd larger than a dozen, just beat D.J. in a fair election.

Process that for a moment.

Start with Pennsylvania.  Biden, as of this writing, is at 290 electoral votes.  Pennsylvania is 20.

I read the Justice Alito opinion, and it is pretty clear that he wants the after election night at 8:00 P.M. votes separated for a reason.  Biden is going to lose at the Supreme Court, and they know it.  Four justices already said the Pennsylvania Supreme Court cannot adjust voting rules.   A new arrival, Justice Barrett, says she is there to apply the rules in the Constitution.  OK, wanna bet she does?

Remove the after 8:00 P.M. ballots, and Biden loses Pennsylvania.  Biden 270.

Let’s visit Nevada.  I have lots of friends in California who have condos in Nevada to evade state taxes.  There are not a couple of people doing this; there are tens of thousands.  Everyone knows it, and California seeks them out.

Our old pal Harry Reid knows it as well, and he apparently has them voting in droves in this election.  Probably not a big D.J. constituency.  Within 72 hours of the election, the Trump team found, validated over 3,500 of them.  I do not suspect that Trump’s people stopped counting.

Every one of these is a ballot reduction for Biden

Nevada, as of now, is well within reach for DJ and the Trump team — particularly when the California crowd is reduced.  And a few of them may testify since a false vote is a very bad thing, with jail time if convicted.  Maybe a bigger story here.

Remember where we are, people.  Biden is at 270 after a highly probable Supreme Court decision (read Alito and concurring opinions).

Lose Nevada, lose the election.

But wait: it gets better.

Let’s visit Wisconsin.  Right now, it is 20,000 votes in Uncle Joe’s direction.  Lots of stories out there, well below the Google fold, that there are way more Wisconsin votes than there are registered voters.  OK, maybe the dead can vote up there — probably a Midwest thing.

Well, last night, we found that Wisconsin election clerks were told, and followed the direction, to modify mail-in ballots and fill in the blanks where witnesses left out critical info.

I am sure it was just a good customer service thing and they meant no harm.  The problem is every such ballot is now toast.

There were “thousands” of such prima facie wrongful votes.  Oops.  Biden up 20,000 — now that number is in question.  No more truckloads of votes coming in, so every ballot D.J.’s team eliminates gets President-Elect Biden on step closer to former V.P. Biden who lives in a basement.  Not good here.

North Carolina.  That one pretty much looks like as though it is over and D.J. won it.  Fox News is rumored to call it for Trump around April 2021.

Remember where we are here.  Biden is probably going to lose Pennsylvania, so if he loses even one state, even one Electoral College vote, ouch!

Either D.J. wins outright, or it goes to the House, which means that D.J. has four more years.

We’re not done yet.

Michigan.  Oh, yes, the land of the “glitches” in the voting machines.  Six thousand votes for Trump given to Biden in one of 47 counties where that software is used.  About 150,000 votes in Biden’s favor right now.

Google the 130,000 Biden votes that showed up in the middle of the night, and you can see how the wonderful people at Google are fact-checking this “debunked” story.  In fact, for fun, Google “Michigan voter fraud,” and you get literally three pages of “this was fact checked and proven to be false.”  Why would Google be so assiduous?

They too see that if Amy votes with the four, Biden is one vote away from the basement.

Lawsuits in Michigan and the other states are being launched, and discovery will take place.  Google will not be there.

Voter fraud is kind of like larceny.  A little is OK.  It is even kind of entertaining.

Dead people have been voting for a hundred years in Democratic cities.  It is such a constant that one would think the Republican Party would consider a Dead Voter Outreach program to get their share.

But voter fraud on this scale is just not sustainable.  It does not pass the common sense test.

We have bloggers with lots of time on their hands going through voter rolls and showing that person after person who voted in a swing state also fought in the Civil War or maybe the War of 1812.  It was funny at first, but the overwhelming number now goes beyond humor and rubs our faces in it.

I think D.J. has to swing one state.  Actually, one electoral vote.  Not only is this thing not over, but the Biden team must be sweating bullets.

Voter fraud at scale seemed like a really cool idea until D.J. went to the mattresses.  Now that he is fighting it out one voter at a time, with the Supreme Court likely to create the starting point at Biden 270, Biden has everything to lose.

Perk up!

Intelligence services: Islamic terrorism has never disappeared from Europe

According to intelligence services, the threat of terrorist attacks in Europe is “long-term.” Radical Islamism has not disappeared in recent years, but most attacks have not become known to the wide public due to the low number of victims. Rather than extensive attacks, the current problem is the terrorist acts of individuals that are difficult to predict.

The murder of the teacher in Paris, the massacre in the church in Nice, and the terrorist attack in the center of Vienna on Monday are just a few examples of attacks in recent weeks. Besides them, there were several other incidents, which have since been forgotten, such as the machete attack in Dresden or violence and murders in the French suburbs.

With the number of terrorist attacks increasing, the question often arises: Is a new wave of violence motivated by radical Islam coming to Europe?

Intelligence services agree that, in principle, this is not the case, as Islamic terrorism has never actually disappeared from Europe. According to them, the perception that there have been less attacks in the last two to three years has merely been due to the public not being aware of the real numbers and ongoing threat. Although there have been less large-scale and organized attacks, as in 2015 and 2016, they have been replaced by several smaller terrorist attacks, which, due to the low number of victims, have often not become known to the wider public. On top of that, security forces have also managed to prevent many attacks.

The intelligence services point out that the mood among radical Muslims has recently reached a boiling point. Terrorist organizations are increasingly calling on their supporters to organize attacks and die a martyr’s death. Encouragements to attack also take place in mosques and on online platforms. According to experts, the propaganda of radical Islam is still spreading fast, regardless of the defeat of the Islamic State in the Middle East. Furthermore, various instructions on how to make explosives are circulating freely on the internet, along with motivational texts so that jihadists are not afraid to use the weapons against “unbelievers.”

According to German counterintelligence, the chance of a terrorist attack in Europe is “long-term high.” In Germany alone, authorities expect there are 30,000 followers of radical Islam. Also, at least 300 jihadists returned to the country from Syria and Iraq after the defeat of the Islamic State.

One of the current issues is that European authorities often register more potential terrorists than their intelligence services are able to track. Another problem is that attacks have become less and less predictable in recent years. Whereas until a few years ago, terrorists were connected to terrorist organizations in Syria, Iraq or Afghanistan, now they are more likely to be independent individuals who radicalize on their own discreetly, in mosques, or over the internet. Also, many are not even on the list of dangerous people, and to carry out an attack, all they have to do is go to the nearest shop and purchase a kitchen knife.

But Monday’s attack in Vienna also showed a failure on the part of the Austrian government. The attacker, a 20-year-old Albanian from North Macedonia with Austrian citizenship, was already sentenced to prison last year while trying to cross into Syria and fight for the Islamic State. He was released prematurely as a juvenile, underwent a deradicalization program, and was to remain under strict supervision. Nevertheless, he murdered four people in the center of Vienna and wounded 23 others, at least seven of them seriously.

It is also unclear how he obtained the two firearms, also seen with him in a photo he had posted on a social network before the attack. Traces led to Slovakia, which claims it warned the Austrian authorities about a suspicious trip this past summer.

Intelligence services also predict that radical Islamists have been recently encouraged to increase their activity by the cartoons of the Charlie Hebdo satirical weekly as well as by the assurance of President Emmanuel Macron that France will not restrict art, satire, and freedom of speech. After all, it is Macron, together with Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, who is now calling on other European states to take firm action against Islamic terrorism and to reconsider “false tolerance.”
