Today, Wednesday, around 02.30 pm, a 27-year-old woman and her two sons were walking near the Massing cemetery. In the area of the church square, a previously unknown man first asked the 27-year-old woman for cash. When one of her two sons stood still for a moment, the woman called out to her son in Hebrew language. The suspect then shouted “Jew” to her in Arabic and threw a stone at the 27-year-old woman that hit her in the head. The 27-year-old woman was slightly injured by the throw of the stone. The two children remained unharmed. After the woman returned home, she called the police from there. The man escaped unidentified, the search for him had so far been without result. The Passau Criminal Investigation Department has taken over further investigations and is asking for information from witnesses. Who observed the incident this afternoon, around 2.30 p.m., and can provide any relevant information? The unknown man is described as follows: About 40-50 years old, black, short hair, he spoke broken German with a foreign accent, all in all the man had an unkempt appearance, also the clothes, a dark jeans and a grey shirt, were worn out recognizably and besides neglected. According to police, on Sunday morning a Moroccan (33 years old) allegedly sexually abused a young woman (21 years old) in the Dresden scene club “Objekt klein a”. According to the report, the Moroccan attacked the 21-year-old woman in a toilet. According to tabloid BILD information, the 21-year-old had only met the Moroccan Fauzi B. in the evening at the club. However, she had kept him at a distance, which he is said to have ignored. Afterwards he is said to have raped the young woman in the toilet. Policemen arrested the suspect on the spot. The Dresden criminal investigation department is currently investigating the 33-year-old man on suspicion of rape. The magistrate at the Dresden District Court issued an arrest warrant. Radio Dresden reports that the suspect is in pre-trial custody in the Dresden prison on Hammerweg.

Last Sunday, around 05:35 am, a 29-year-old tourist from Norway was on her way home from the Oktoberfest in Munich.She went to a pub she was not able to name any more. There she met a 26-year-old man unknown to her. Both left the restaurant to continue their pub crawl together. In the street Landwehrstraße the 26-year-old pushed the Norwegian into a house hallway, pushed her to the ground and sexually assaulted her. The lady fought hard and screamed for help. An uninvolved witness became aware of her cries for help and called the police.The man was temporarily arrested at the scene of the crime and imprisoned. He is a man from Uganda who comes from the Röhrmoos district. The investigating judge issued an arrest warrant against the 26-year-old man.

Early last Monday evening, a pedestrian in Frankfurt’s Ostend district was attacked and injured. The perpetrator was held by witnesses and arrested by the police. At 5:54 p.m., the 31-year-old Frankfurt woman was on her way home on foot in Ostparkstraße when she was suddenly and without reason kicked sideways into the abdomen by the perpetrator, who was approaching her from behind. The 31-year-old woman then fell to the ground and had abdominal pain. Witnesses who became aware of the incident were able to follow the perpetrator and finally catch him, whereby the perpetrator threatened two witnesses with a beer bottle. The police, who had been alerted in the meantime, finally arrested the man, a 25-year-old Syrian citizen. As the 31-year-old is currently pregnant, she was taken by ambulance to a hospital where she was admitted as an inpatient.Initial findings indicate that there is no relationship between the 25-year-old offender and the victim. Nothing is known about the perpetrator’s motivation and is part of the further investigation. He was not under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crime. The results of a blood test will show whether the perpetrator was under the influence of drugs. Investigations have been initiated for dangerous bodily harm and threat. In the absence of any justification for imprisonment, the suspect was released after the conclusion of the criminal proceedings, but subsequently placed in the psychiatric department of a hospital.

Thousands of Dutch farmers are heading en masse to the Netherlands capital, the Hague, to protest against environmental policies being inflicted on them by their coalition government. Hundreds have converged on the capital by tractor, causing total tailbacks in excess of 1,000 km (620 miles) and bringing the city to a standstill. 

The demonstration has been prompted by a suggestion from coalition party D66 that Dutch livestock farming should be slashed to meet commitments on reducing nitrogren emissions. Farming organisations say their members are sick of being described by politicians, the media and activists as pollutors and animal abusers.

Because he allegedly raped a female colleague last Saturday afternoon, a 28-year-old Afghan has been in custody since the weekend. The criminal investigation is being conducted by the Traunstein police. Late Saturday afternoon, a young woman filed a personal complaint with the police station in Prien am Chiemsee. According to her statements, she had met with the Afghan in his apartment in a small community in the district on early Saturday afternoon to discuss joint activities for Saturday evening. During the conversation, the man is said to have suddenly laid down on her and sexually harassed her against her clear will.However, the suspect did not let go of her, tied her up and raped her under threats. After the crime, the young woman left the man’s apartment, contacted a confidant, and finally filed a complaint with the police. Police officers from Traunstein arrested the 28-year-old Afghan citizen shortly afterwards. He was brought before the investigating judge yesterday, Sunday, at the request of the Traunstein public prosecutor’s office. After issuing an arrest warrant, the man was remanded in custody in a prison.
