Neger (in English language Nigger) is a district of the German city of Olpe.

Neger is divided into the villages Unterneger, Mittelneger und Oberneger (Lower, Middle and Upper Nigger. photos below). BLM activists are already there and have left their mark on the town sign.But I am not sure if the friendly black man on the photo knows what the word ” Abfallentsorgungszentrum” on the town sign means.It means: waste disposal facility !

John Milton understood evil.  Some say he understood it so well that he made Satan, not Man, the most interesting character in Paradise Lost(1667).  Regardless, what he recorded in that epic of Man’s fall from Grace is one of the central and enduring myths of mankind.  It is also a good explanation for what’s going on in Seattle, Minneapolis, New York, and a dozen other cities hit by radical protests.

Milton tells of Satan’s rebellion against God and his defeat and banishment to Hell.  After his defeat by a band of angels loyal to God, Satan travels from Hell to Earth in order to corrupt Adam and Eve.  He tempts Eve into partaking of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge.  Adam and Eve are then expelled from paradise into a world of suffering and pain.

The crucial point about Satan has to do with his motivation.  Why should one of God’s most capable and valued followers wish to rebel in the first place?  The answer is that Satan is swollen with pride and incapable of submitting to authority of any kind.  He views the universe in the way today’s anarchists do.  They see themselves as godlike creatures who should not have to submit to authority.  While today’s radicals claim to be struggling for racial justice or equality, they are really interested in something very different: the illusion of total free will and limitless power.  That was Satan’s motive as well, and Milton understood the danger it posed.

It is impossible to know just what goes on in the mind of a young protester while he is looting, setting fires, and engaging in other violent crimes.  But it is possible to know what he is attacking.  He is after those who are affluent, those who believe in goodness and decency, and those who support law and order.  One of the primary objects of attack is the police.  So far in 2020, over 30 police officershave been murdered by gunfire or other means.  Far more have been seriously assaulted, many of them by Antifa or other protesters.

Based on calls to defund the police in many cities, our police officers have become a special focus of attack.  Obviously, there have been cases of excessive force, but those rare events cannot explain the animosity of the young toward the police.  Most adults realize that the police are all that stand between themselves and criminal violence, and most of us deeply respect the men and women who protect us.  But there are thousands of protesters who truly despise those same police officers.

To a person attacking others, looting, and burning, the police are all that stand in his way.  They are the equivalent of God’s army of faithful angels preventing Satan’s takeover of Heaven.  They are also, in some cases, the only persons who have ever set limits on their behavior.  No wonder the protesters are enraged and seek revenge.  Those who throw bricks and bottles, or who gather around to beat a fallen officer in the street, are expressing their wrath because, for once in their lives, someone has told them “no.”  The police may be the only real authority they have known, and they are filled with rage.    

In the absence of the police backed up by strong city and state government — not the kind that exists in our liberal states — radical protests would literally burn down our country.  Decent Americans would cower in their homes, defending themselves as best as they could and waiting on help that never comes.  The weak — the elderly, the disabled — would become the particular targets of roaming gangs of thugs.  More and more “autonomous zones” would spring up, each ruled by a murderous warlord heading a small legion of heavily armed predators.

That was Satan’s vision of what the world should look like.  When he was stopped, he corrupted Adam and Eve and led them to violate God’s trust.  After their expulsion from the Garden of Eden, Adam was condemned to labor for a living and Eve to suffer the pain of childbirth.  Worse yet, their innocence was lost.  Afterward, they lived with suspicion and doubt and with the knowledge of their own corruption.

America, I believe, was once close to the Garden of Eden.  There were justice and opportunity for all, or nearly all, and the basis of that happy condition was a shared moral code.  Looting, vandalizing, murder, and rape were uncommon.  Even when adjusted for a higher population, the number of violentcrimes soared during the 1960s and 1970s and has remained high to this day.  There were 9,110 murders in the U.S. in 1960, rising to 16,000 in 1970; 23,040 in 1980; and 23,440 in 1990.  By 2010, that number had declined, but it began rising again in 2015.    

There was a time when the police were respected for their role in maintaining law and order, and they could operate with a light touch because of the cooperation they received from the public.  Traffic stops did not often turn into shootouts, and arrests did not often involve suspects struggling with and fleeing officers.  Nor did the public accuse officers, or anyone else who stood in the way of criminality, of racism.  That tactic itself is another arrow in Satan’s quiver.

At the heart of Satan’s rebellion as depicted in Paradise Lost is the sin of pride.  Satan rebels against God’s authority because his sense of self-importance will not allow him to bow to any authority outside himself.  Milton understood that pride, in this negative sense, creates an endless cycle of resentment and hostility.  For those who truly believe they possess unlimited free will, there is no end to their rebellion. It may begin with George Floyd, but it soon leads to smashing windows, looting, and burning.  It may begin with the statue of Jefferson Davis, the president of the Confederacy, but it quickly takes aim at George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and even Abraham Lincoln.

At the heart of today’s protests is a refusal to accept authority.  It may feel godlike to swarm through the streets, smashing, burning, and assaulting the police, but that sort of criminality can only lead to worse things.  When Satan was defeated in his rebellion against God, he was condemned to spend the rest of his days in Hell.  He spent eternity as a bitter outcast, seeking revenge and plotting against God.

That gives us some idea of what’s in store for the radicals protesting in the streets today.  While many will be saved, others will spend decades joining whatever protests arise, acting out their hatred of authority.  Their story is not so different from that of Satan in Paradise Lost.  Milton understood what happens when an individual is eaten up by pride and when he rejects every form of authority, even that of those who wish only to protect him.

An employee of Germany’s Federal Press Office was found to have worked for an Egyptian secret service for years, according to a report presented on Thursday by Interior Minister Horst Seehofer.

“We are not commenting on ongoing investigations or on personnel matters,” said Steffen Seibert, Chancellor Angela Merkel’s spokesman and the head of the Federal Press Office.

The man is said to have been working for the visitor service of the press office as a mid-level employee, according to the German daily Bild. This means he would have completed an exam and at least two years of vocational training to obtain the job.

According to the report, German police carried out “executive measures” against the man in December 2019. The premises of the visitor service were searched as part of the investigation, Bild reported.

The Federal Public Prosecutor confirmed that the man was charged for suspicion of espionage and that the investigation is still ongoing.

“There are indications that Egyptian services are trying to recruit Egyptians living in Germany for intelligence purposes through their visits to Egyptian diplomatic missions in Germany and their trips to Egypt,” the report said.

The German government believes that Egyptian secret services seek to gather information about Egyptians living in Germany who may be members of the Muslim Brotherhood, but also members of the Coptic Christian community.

It happened in broad daylight, in the middle of “colourful”, cosmopolitan, multi-cultural Cologne. Cologne’s assistant mayor Elfi Scho-Antwerpes (67) was confronted with the harsh reality of a society that lacks universally accepted values. The well-known politician from Cologne quickly called… the police.

The well-known Social Democratic Party of Germany representative, who was also a member of the Bundestag for a time, had been walking through the cathedral city. Fortunately for her, the forces of law and order were not far away – one scream was enough to alert them.

But what happens to ordinary women who do not travel with a large entourage in the city? All they can do is call 110 and hope that help will arrive in time.

One New Year’s Eve in 2015, help from the police did not arrive in time for thousands of women who were being sexually assaulted by migrants. Two-thirds of the identified 153 suspects in Cologne of various sexual crimes were originally from Morocco or Algeria, 44 percent were asylum seekers, another 12 percent were illegally in Germany, 3 percent were underaged migrants.

This is possibly why the politician did not venture out alone without a security detail on Friday evening when the assault took place at Mauritiuswall, on the corner of Schaafenstraße.

Scho-Antwerpes has become a victim herself of the policy of open borders of her party – joining the plight of many women in Germany. But she nevertheless expressed surprise at the assault.

Scho-Antwerpes had attended the Christoper Street Day parade for the LGBT community. This day was originally created to fight for the rights of homosexuals, but ironically this same group has been totally silent when it comes to the rights of women.

Moreover, she was being groped by migrants, young men who were not interested in practicing social distancing nor in wearing masks.

“When I pointed this out, one of them came at me with a crazy look in his eyes. Our nose tips touched and suddenly he touched my breast. It was incomprehensible,” she said.

Even though at first she called the perpetrators “young men”, she did not reserve this polite description for the man who had grabbed her breast. According to Scho-Antwerpes, he was a gender-specific “immigrant” – a man.

“I then called in policemen nearby for help. The perpetrator could be identified immediately. […] It was a man around 30, apparently with an immigrant background. The man didn’t even apologize,” she complained.

It is quite rare for a leftist politician to point out that a suspect is from an immigrant background. Until recently, they were called members of the “party scene”. But being a victim herself, Scho-Antwerpes, did not hesitate to describe the suspect quite clearly.

Cologne mayor Henriette Reker in a press conference had previously categorically stated that there were no indications of “refugees” being among the perpetrators of the sexual assaults and that presumptions of that sort were “completely intolerable” and she judged it “completely improper (…) to link a group that appeared to come from North Africa with the refugees” who had arrived in record numbers in Germany in the year 2015.

German political scientist Klaus Schroeder in an interview on 6 January 2016 confirmed that mainstream German newspapers and public broadcasters also refused to name the perpetrators who had sexually assaulted thousands of women in Cologne and other cities, to avoid driving the public “into the hands of extreme right”.

The police meanwhile confirmed to German tabloid Bild that sexual harassment charges had been brought against a man (34) who had groped the assistant mayor. The Kölnische Rundschau had first reported on the incident.

Unlike the victims of 2015 who were discouraged from speaking out, Scho-Antwerpes said she wanted to speak “openly” about the attack. “I will go public to encourage women to defend themselves in situations like this and not fear the consequences.”

Unsurprisingly, the incident deeply marked Scho-Antwerpes: “Experiencing something like this is a drastic experience, simply ugly. I am deeply hurt. You don’t count on such a disrespectful attack.”

Data in a German city shows that when violence is used against the police, the suspects are foreigners in 40 percent of the cases.

More than 40 percent of all suspects in attacks on police officers in Hamburg last year were foreigners. The regional chairman of the AfD in the hanseatic city revealed that 497 of the 1 217 men and women were not German citizens in such incidents. Notably, the proportion of foreigners in the city-state was 16,5 percent in 2019.

According to a response from local government, suspects came from Turkey (35), Afghanistan (31), Romania (21) and Syria (20). Almost 50 of them were asylum seekers, a further 28 were entitled to protection or asylum or were quota refugees and 29 were tolerated in Germany.

Compared to 2018, the number of suspects rose by eight percent. Persons with an immigration background and a German passport were not recorded separately, suggesting that the percentage may even be higher.

“The numbers show an increasing willingness to use violence and disrespect towards our police officers. This frightening development is promoted by a contempt for police that seems to be becoming more and more socially acceptable in some parts of society and political parties,” warned the chairman of the AfD parliamentary group Dirk Nockemann. Police officers should be better protected, he said.

“Anyone who treats our police violently and without respect is trampling on the values ​​of our society,” emphasized Nockemann, a jurist who is also the political spokesman for his parliamentary group. In addition, he called for legally convicted foreigners to be deported.

The Chief Rabbi of Munich, Rabbi Shmuel Aharon Brodman, was attacked on Thursday evening by four Muslims who shouted derogatory remarks toward him.

Rabbi Brodman, a member of the Conference of European Rabbis, called the police who launched a manhunt for the attackers.

Yaakov Hagoel, Vice Chairman of the World Zionist Organization, responded to the anti-Semitic attack, “Anti-Semitic incidents have become routine and part of the daily routine that Jews around the world are going through.”

“Unfortunately, as I have said, once we can roam the streets again after the coronavirus passes, anti-Semitic incidents will rise and become even more physical and violent, and here we are witnessing an anti-Semitic attack. I urge the authorities to deal with the perpetrators. Jewish blood is not cheap,” added Hagoel.

Last year, a rabbi and his two sons were spit on and verbally attacked as they left a synagogue in Munich.

In 2019, Germany recorded the highest number of anti-Semitic crimes nationwide since 2001. Police registered 2,032 anti-Semitic crimes, including two killings, up 13% from 2018.

Set aside the specifics of the incident. This is not about whether people should wear masks.

The point of the shaming viral videos, which are invariably out of context and filmed/edited by people who have an agenda, is to make their subject look terrible. Relying on them to make a decision about an incident, especially when they’re missing crucial information, is something that only terrible people who don’t care about basic honesty and fairness would do.

And these days that’s all of us. 

Any decent critique of social media would begin by ending the torrent of public shaming videos and no legitimate news organization would republish them. Obviously, none of that is happening. If anything, the media has joined in to keep getting people fired.

And the people being fired violate the media’s preferred values, whether it’s opposing Black Lives Matter or not wearing masks.

Does this make the media a cyberbullying/cyberstalking organization? The arguments for that are pretty solid.

A raging mask debate during a Gulf Coast Town Center Costco yelling incident was captured on video June 27 and went viral Monday night with almost 10 million views. The tirade appears to have cost the man his job.

A man wearing a red, “Running the world since 1776” T-shirt, dark shorts and flip flops was seen yelling “I feel threatened!” and “Back up! Back the (expletive) up and put your (expletive) phone down!” He glared at the camera after a female shopper had asked him to comply with Costco’s mask policy at Gulf Coast Town Center in south Fort Myers. 

So, of course the cyberbullying/cyberstalking commenced, his name was obtained, and he was fired.

“Thank you to everyone for their comments and messages raising awareness about a former employee at Ted Todd Insurance,” the statement from Charley Todd said. “Their behavior in the video is in direct conflict with our company values and their employment has been terminated. Threatening behavior and intimidation go against our core mission to be trusted advisors in our community. We are also committed to immediately reviewing our internal existing culture at TTI.”

Uh-huh.

This is not about the specific incident. It’s about the pattern of getting people fired who violate the media’s set of chosen values.

As a thought experiment, do you think that if Person X had behaved the same way, but in defense of wearing a mask, would any of this have happened? Instead, the media helps spur fundraisers for people who behave obnoxiously in defense of mask-wearing.

This isn’t about his conduct or his attitude. It’s about enforcing a certain kind of conformity by making examples out of people.

And the willingness of companies to fire employees for violating that conformity and lefty values, outside work is a major civil rights crisis. A crisis that’s much bigger than the false claims of police racism.
