Turkish serial rapist together with his three cousins raped numerous underage German girls

A 17-year-old Turk raped a 15-year-old girl in Loebau (Saxony) together with his three cousins and recorded the crime on video. The trial is scheduled to take place on October 13.The incidents already took place in 2018 and 2019, but they only came to light now because next Tuesday the trial at the regional court of Görlitz (Saxony) against the 17-year-old perpetrator is to take place, as the newspaper “Bild” reports. Police and the public prosecutor’s office had not yet reported on the crimes. But what the 15-year-old girl had to suffer on December 25, 2019, can hardly be imagined.Near the König-Albert-Bad public swimming pool in Loebau, the German-born Turk is said to have performed sexual intercourse on the girl “despite her clear resistance,” as court spokesman Joerg Kuesgen said. But this did not end the suffering for the 15-year-old. “Afterwards he is said to have brought in three of his cousins, who are said to have raped the girl as well, taking advantage of the “numerical superiority”. The actions had been recorded on video,” Küsgen added. However, the 15-year-old girl was not the first victim of the Turkish sex offender. According to the public prosecutor’s office, which accuses him of rape and gang rape, he is also said to have raped another child (13 years old) in 2019. And in 2018/19 he is said to have forced another 14-year-old victim to oral sex under the threat of beatings – this abuse is also said to have been recorded on video by an accomplice. The suspected serial sex offender has been in custody since February. Because of his juvenile age, the public was excluded from the proceedings to protect the perpetrator. In the event of a conviction, the 17-year-old Turk faces a maximum of ten years in prison.

Immigration: half of the youths in the Maghreb, Middle East want to leave

Almost half of 200 million young Arabs in the Mena region would like to leave their country, an Arab Youth Survey revealed.

At least 42 percent of young people aged 18 to 24 from countries in the Maghreb and the Middle East would like to try their luck in another country. This is one of the results of a recent poll by the agency ASDA’A BCW based in Dubai.

Some 63 percent among youths in Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Yemen and Palestinian Territories, want to pack their bags.

Almost half of the youth would therefore like to go abroad. Only 15 percent of them have already taken steps to emigrate. It is therefore 30 million candidates out of 200 million. Most are motivated for economic reasons.

Unemployment has affected one in three young people. This is twice the world average. In addition, 35 percent of young people are said to be in debt, especially after having financed their studies.

This vast survey was first carried out in January 2020 with a panel of 4 000 young men and young women. However, the investigation was repeated in August, after the coronavirus crisis. The desire to leave the Arab countries have since increased for two thirds of them.

In the rankings of the five most sought-after countries according to a survey carried out in 17 states in North Africa and the Middle East, the United Arab Emirates was the favorite destination for young Arabs ahead of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany. Since 2013, however, France has dropped out of the top five destinations. Tunisians and Algerians stood out as those attempting to cross the Mediterranean Sea.

Social Democratic Party (SPÖ) mayor allows radical Muslims in the city hall of Linz, Austria

The Social Democratic Party (SPÖ) mayor of Linz, Luger, apparently has no problem with the city hall becoming a stage for fundamentalist Muslims. A similar event was banned in Wels two years ago. In Linz the SPÖ apparently fears for the favor of its new voters.Already in 2018, Milli Görüs’ chairman, Kemal Ergün, should hold a speech at the ALIF annual general meeting in Wels. When vice mayor Rabl ( Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) asked specifically who supported these organizations, everyone was alarmed. Because the Milli Görüs is considered anti-constitutional in Germany by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution. The municipal Austrian People’s Party ( ÖVP ) and the Social Democratic Party ( SPÖ ) agreed at that time to prohibit the dangerous Islamist event at the exhibition center. In Linz, where the SPÖ is in power, everything seems to be different. There, radical Muslims, who in some places are also accused of Islamism, are allowed to hold their event in the city hall – including a speech by the Milli Görüs boss. In a report in the newspaper Oberösterreichische Nachrichten, SPÖ Member of Parliament Peter Binder justified himself by saying that city halls and people’s houses are there to allow associations to hold events.Who remembers the egg dance in order to organize a meeting of peaceful patriots in the community center Harbach, can only shake his head.FPÖ club chairman Herwig Mahr is strictly against this meeting, “because the IGMG openly advocates an Islamic order in Germany”.FPÖ club chairman Herwig Mahr is strictly against this meeting, “because the IGMG openly advocates an Islamic order in Germany”. (Wochenblick reported). Also FPÖ municipal party leader Markus Hein now expressed himself via Facebook: “The fact that this event is to take place in the Linz municipal council hall is an invitation to political Islam, which I categorically reject. Criticism also came from ÖVP leader Bernhard Baier: He described the SPÖ as a “pioneer for the creation of parallel societies. Both demand that the promise to be allowed to use the city hall as a venue must be withdrawn immediately. It is also explosive that already one ALIF association became a feared corona cluster in the alleged second wave of the alleged corona pandemic. The ALIF mosque in Freistadt is said to have been a major factor in the spread of the virus.

German politicians slam MEP Barley over her remarks about starving Hungary and Poland

Katarina Barley, the German Vice President of the European Parliament, has been sharply criticized by other German politicians for her remarks that Hungary and Poland should be “starved financially” for their alleged rule of law transgressions.

Katarina Barley is forgetting about history and adopting a pose which will not do any good for Europe’s future,” said Michael Kretschmer, the prime minister of Saxony.

“We need to convince with values, arguments and debate looking into each other’s eyes. Blackmail is unacceptable,” continued Kretschmer in his social media post.

Paul Ziemiak, the secretary general of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), agreed with Kretschmer. He tweeted that “Katarina Barley’s verbal derangement is unacceptable. Debate should consist of arguments done clearly and with care, never using offensive and hurtful words.”

The Polish deputy foreign minister, Paweł Jabłoński, noted in a Twitter post that there are critical voices coming from Germany and opined that good relations between Berlin and Warsaw “must be based on mutual respect”.

According to Twitter account of Cezary Gmyz, Polish state TV’s Berlin correspondent, the hard stance taken by German politicians is a result of a meeting at the Polish Embassy in Berlin with deputy Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk. The minister, in his Twitter post, confirmed that he had spoken to the premier of Saxony on the matter and that the German politician had agreed with him about the inappropriate nature of Barley’s comments.

Speaking on Polish state news channel TVP Info, Błażej Spychalski, the press spokesman for President Andrzej Duda, said that he expected an apology from Barley as statements such as hers do not help Polish-German relations.

“Anyone who has any awareness of history must be conscious that for a German politician to talk about starving Poland or Hungary must lead to repercussions and strong actions by our representatives,” he concluded.

Afghan refugee beats young mother to death with a hammer – Before that, the Saxon state government had called the murderer a prime example of successful integration and appointed him ” Ambassador of Saxony”

For the public prosecutor’s office it was a planned revenge killing. The trial of Edris Z. who is said to have killed a young mother in April in the Auwald forest started today, Wednesday, at the Leipzig Regional Court. The refugee aid worker had previously denounced the Afghan-born man under the Protection Against Violence Act – apparently this was her death sentence!

Hiding his face behind a file folder, Edris Z. enters the courtroom in the morning. Four police officers guard him. In front of the courthouse, almost 100 people demonstrate simultaneously against femicide – the political term for the killing of women for their sex.

Without a word, the Afghan, who emigrated to Germany with his parents in 1995, takes a seat next to his lawyers. In 2006, former Saxon Prime Minister Georg Milbradt (75, Christian Democratic Union) called the accused an “ambassador of Saxony” as a prime example of successful integration and granted him German citizenship in 2015.

Flashback: In the morning of April 8, Myriam Z. (37 years old) changed her sling, carefully put her two and a half month old daughter Ava in it and went for a walk in the southern Auwald forest.

According to the prosecution, Edris Z. also was staying there. Not by chance. But having a hammer in his backpack and the plan to kill a human being.

Edris and Myriam were once a couple. Both worked as social workers in the refugee aid department. It is said that the young Afghan never got over the fact that the self-confident woman eventually separated from him. According to the investigations, Edris Z. has been stalking his ex-girlfriend ever since.

And he became violent: In August 2018, when Edris Z. saw Myriam in the company of another man, he allegedly attacked him.The prosecution mentions a wild biting attack, and the accused is also alleged to have attempted to gouge out the eyes of the migrant rival (25 years old) with his fingernails. The victim suffered severe injuries to his eyeballs, bite wounds all over his body, and a piece of his ear was also missing afterwards.

Myriam then reported the stalker to the police and obtained a ban on approach against Edris Z. via the Protection Against Violence Act.

Apparently this was her death sentence. In the murder charge, the prosecution assumes that Z. killed his ex-girlfriend to punish her for reporting him to the police.

The stalker approached the young mother from behind and smashed her skull with a hammer.

Even when Myriam fell to the ground, lay protectively over her baby and therefore had no hand to protect her head, the accused is said to have continued to beat her. At least ten blows, four of them on the head, are listed by the prosecution with reference to the forensic medical examination.

Two days after the violent crime, Myriam died of her severe injuries in hospital. The trial will continue next Wednesday.
