“We are all teachers”? Revealing the school emails preceding Paty’s beheading
by Giulio Meotti
“Je suis enseignant”, we are all teachers, says the slogan brandished after the beheading of Professor Samuel Paty in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine for showing the cartoons of Mohammed during a course on freedom of expression.A Le Monde investigation revealed a less edifying reality.
The newspaper accessed Paty’s and the school’s emails. Reading them, the life of a middle school on the outskirts of Paris emerges, traumatized by a story that everyone believed would soon be forgotten.
These are the emails from the week before the murder. There is the support of the principal and many parents, but also the many criticisms by the teachers who attacked Paty.
It is the story of Western cowardice in facing Islam.
Discussions begin on Thursday 8 October, two days after Paty showed Mohammed’s caricatures. “The situation has worsened”, the principal writes to Paty: “An individual threatened to bring Muslims to the college.”
Paty replies: “The absurdity of the situation is comical!”. The teacher sees the accusations, the hatred: “It is malicious gossip,” he writes. “I deconstruct the Islamist arguments. There is no blasphemy because the Republic is secular “.
Then the teacher surrenders to the hate campaign: “I will no longer have sessions on this topic”. The principal writes to the faculty: “I think I can say that Paty has had a difficult week and that it is important that he can count on each of us.” She calls for a joint response from the teachers to protect their colleague, building a wall against intimidation.
Paty gets messages of support from parents. But contrary to the wishes of the principal, no solidarity from the teaching staff. “I feel the need to say that I don’t support our colleague,” writes a teacher to the principal. “I refuse to be complicit with my silence. This situation alters the bond of trust that we try to strengthen with the families who have chosen public school and, given the context in which it takes place, endangers the entire community “. So it’s Paty who puts everyone in danger.
Another teacher attacks him in even more petty terms: “Our colleague not only failed to serve the cause of freedom of expression, but he provided arguments to the Islamists and worked against secularism by making it look like intolerance and committed an act of discrimination. My ethics forbid me to be an accomplice ”.
Meanwhile, the campaign of an extremist imam and some parents had already set in motion the infernal mechanism that would lead to Paty’s beheading. It is Friday when the teachers receive a last email from the principal. “Terrible news”. Paty was beheaded by Abdouallakh Anzorov, an 18-year-old Chechen who wanted to “avenge” the Prophet of Islam.
A teacher from the Parisian suburbs, like Paty, in Ouest-France said: “A third of the class questions school programs, it’s scary.”
On November 2, two weeks after the attack on Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, this teacher submits a questionnaire to the students. Three questions: “What happened on October 16?”, “What did you understand about Macron’s speech about Paty?” and “Are there any points you want to raise?”.
A full third responds thus: “It is not normal to criticize Islam”, “It was better when there was no freedom of expression” and “I see no reason to talk about all this”.
Then, at the end of the email lesson, the professor asks (is he serious?): “Reassure me, will you behead me?”. A student replies: “Don’t worry. Not you…”.
Close to 400 incidents of terrorism glorification reported in French schools last month
There were nearly 400 incidents relating to the glorification of terrorism reported in educational institutions across France last month, according to the country’s education ministry.
The French Ministry of National Education reported 393 of such incidents taking place between the Nov. 4 and Nov. 30, with most of them relating to provocations, protests, or apologies for terrorism, 20 Minutes France reports.
The ministry also noted that from Oct. 16 — the day French teacher Samuel Paty was beheaded outside of his school by a Chechen Islamist migrant after showing a cartoon of the Islamic Prophet Mohammad — to Nov. 3, 400 incidents relating to the glorification of terrorism were recorded.
While nearly half (48 percent) of the recorded incidents taking place at middle schools, 23 percent occurred at primary schools, 18 percent at high schools, and 11 percent at vocational colleges.
Ninety percent of the of incidents were carried out by pupils, while the rest involved the parents of pupils or other individuals outside of educaitonal institutions. There was even one incident which involved municipal staff.
As of Nov. 18, the reported incidents had resulted in 44 permanent expulsions, 131 temporary suspensions, 4 formal reprimands, and 48 warnings. Additionally, 286 incident reports were referred to the police and gendarmeries, while 136 reports were referred to public prosecutors.
As previously reported by Remix News, a number of Muslim students, some as young as 10 years old, have been arrested for threats made to teachers or other acts in support of Islamic terrorism. In another incident, 14-year-old students threatened to cut off a teacher’s head as they “did to Paty”. Investigations also continue into the students at the school that was directly connected with the murder of Paty, including into leads that a large number of students were involved in aiding the terrorist act.
In its report, the General Inspectorate of Education (IGAENR) noted that schools responded adequately to the incidents. At the same time, however, the state’s education inspection body emphasized that schools had failed to monitor students’ social media posts closely enough.
“The reconstruction of the course of events tends to show that, both at the level of the establishment, as well as at the departmental and academic levels, responsive measures were taken to manage the disturbance initially caused by the course on the freedom of expression of Samuel Paty,” writes the General Inspectorate of Education.
The 22-page report underlined the significant role social media played in the dissemination of information about Paty after he had showed his class cartoons which depicted the Islamic Prophet Muhammad.
“It appears necessary to set up or increase the power of monitoring cells for social networks,” the report says.
Lastly, the report recommended that the “fluidity and reciprocity of the exchange of information between the different levels of the services of the Ministry of National Education and those of the Ministry of the Interior” are both increased in such a way that it allows for the “degree of seriousness of an incident” to be properly assessed.

Austria: Syrian set attack dog on chained sheep and recorded the perverse crime to upload it to Instagram
In June, Upper Austrian Instagram users raised the alarm: they discovered a video on which a sadistic animal torturer had a sheep bitten to death by his dog. Later he tortured another sheep – allegedly for the number of hits on Instagram. The culprit is a 24-year-old Syrian from Linz. Tomorrow morning he is to be brought to trial. The 24-year-old Syrian rode with his American Staffordshire Terrier from Linz to Gramastetten. On a sheep pasture he finally grabbed one of the animals and tied its legs with cable ties. Then he set his attack dog onto the defenceless sheep. He arranged for the sadistic torture martyrdom to be recorded by a friend. He set the dog onto the animal until the dog finally bit that animal to death and later uploaded the video to Instagram. But that was not the end of the torture. The Syrian, who is also said to have regularly beaten and tortured his dog, wanted to torture even more animals.
Another sheep was to be the victim of his torture. Again the Syrian tied it up with cable ties. Then he threw himself on the tied sheep and slid down an embankment, as if the poor animal was a sledge. It is not known whether the second sheep survived the torture.
On Thursday morning, the 24-year-old Syrian and his friend, who is also 24 years old and who recorded the perverse scenes, will have to stand trial in Linz. They face up to two years in prison.

A woman is raped every ten hours in Berlin – The majority of perpetrators have an immigration background
Not every crime is reported to the police. But even so, on average a rape is reported every ten hours in Berlin. Last year the police recorded 871 victims. Twelve of them were under 14 years old, 19 over 60 years old.
Of the 561 suspects, one child was not even of criminal age and 17 suspects were close to retirement age or older, according to an enquiry by the AfD party to the Senate of the Interior.
And: 51 suspects are in the group of 14 to 18 years of age, the majority of 156 in the 30 to 40 age group. An analysis of the crime scenes shows that by far the most rapes are committed in buildings (386) – on the street or pavement (26), allotment gardens (3), in the forest (2), by the lake (2), in underground or suburban railway stations (2), in the fairground (1).
Of the 561 suspects, 256 were foreigners, not including migrants with German passports.
The phenomenon of rape by gang rape is apparently on the rise: the previous peak of gang rape was in 2014 (82 cases), in 2019 it will rise to 94.

Germany takes in Syrian White Helmets ex-leader Saleh
Germany has taken in an ex-leader of the Syrian White Helmets aid group and his family, despite earlier suspicions that he had jihadist links.
Khalid al-Saleh and his family flew to Germany on a German government plane on Monday, Spiegel news reported. They had been living in a Jordanian camp.
Their arrival was confirmed by the German foreign ministry.
He was among 422 White Helmets and family members who fled southern Syria during a government offensive in 2018.
In a clandestine operation, they were evacuated via the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, at the request of the UK, Germany, Canada and the US. Jordan agreed to accommodate them temporarily.
Spiegel reports that since that evacuation the German interior ministry had refused to let Mr Saleh move to Germany, suspecting him of sympathising with jihadists, but his arrival on Monday followed pressure from the German foreign ministry.
Forget fancy language. Trump’s re-election is all about killer instinct.
By Jay Latimer
How do you fight an obvious election fraud? It’s a matter of political will. Who has the strongest killer instinct?
That’s really what it all comes down to. Never mind the fancy legal arguments; don’t bother learning the tortuous logic of constitutional law. This is a rough-and-tumble battle, a street fight.
The forces arrayed against Trump and his supporters are awesome, possibly insurmountable. The various mainstream media are telling everyone that the election is over, and that anyone saying otherwise is indulging in baseless conspiracy theories. Silicon Valley has been aggressively censoring any news item or video that purports to show that fraud actually did occur.
Then you have the Storm Troopers, the Black Lives Matter and Antifa crowd, who threaten to doxx and intimidate anyone willing to stand up to the Narrative. At least one whistleblower is already in the hospital. Who wants to be next?
Trump’s lawyers are under unbelievable pressure from the media and are being threatened by other lawyers with disbarment for the simple act of representing the president of the United States. Imagine that!
And the government officials charged with ensuring that the elections are fair? They’re in on the steal! In many cases, it appears that the election officials are the ones who conducted the fraud. They’re part of the scheme, so of course they will swear that nothing was amiss.
Try calling the cops? The FBI, when called to “investigate” a truck full of ballots driven across state lines, focuses instead on the whistleblower, a truck-driver who had the guts and temerity to come forward. They couldn’t care less about the illegal voting; they want to threaten and intimidate the whistleblower.
The bias is self-perpetuating. Would you want to be the one “principled” investigator at the FBI who dug up enough dirt to swing a state against Biden? What do you think would happen to your career if he won anyway?
Every major institution is out to stop Trump. So far, it’s working.
Our constitution has a straightforward remedy for unfair elections. Theoretically, our state legislators have the right to challenge the election results and force a recount or, if they so decide, appoint an alternate set of electors. But who of them has the bravery and will to do so?
Imagine yourself as a state senator. These guys do not make big bucks — a Georgia state senator has a salary of $17,342 a year, in Arizona it’s $24,000, and Nevada gets a per diem only. You think someone like that is going to put his career in limbo and family into danger by standing up to the combined forces of the media, the mob, and corrupt government officials? We should thank God for the few willing to do so.
In fact, none of the swing state legislators makes over $100,00 per year, guaranteeing that many do it as a part-time job, basically a hobby. Would you really put your life and livelihood on the line for that?
The higher you go, the more intense the pressure. The Supreme Court can dress up their arguments in as fancy language as they please, but it really comes down to a yes-or-no decision. Will the election stand?
We already know what a squishy coward like Chief Justice Roberts will say; he has no political will whatsoever. And it’s a given that the liberal judges will side with Biden — no one even contemplates otherwise. Will the remaining justices see fit to exercise their political will, assuming they agree with the premise that the election was tainted?
Imagine the pressure against Amy Coney Barrett, who might be called upon to cast the deciding vote in one of the most important decisions of our lifetime — in her first few weeks on the job. Does she have the guts to do what she feels is right and risk becoming an avatar for left-wing hate for all time?
I have no doubt that Joe Biden has the killer instinct in spades. A guy who used his diplomatic contacts in Ukraine, Russia, and China to get millions in bribes for his family wouldn’t think twice about cheating to get ahead. He knew that the fix was in; that’s why he never left his basement.
President Trump has the political will, but it’s unsure if he has the requisite killer instinct. For better or worse, Trump is a nice guy who wants to do what is best for his country. Ideally, he should fire Bill Barr and FBI director Chris Wray, then start a real investigation into the election fraud. Plow full speed ahead, despite the howls from the media and elsewhere that he’s staging a coup.
Trump may very well decide that the potential harm to the country is not worth the battle. I sincerely hope he doesn’t.
Timss: Efforts to advance migrant education in Germany show no results
In Germany, the differences in performance in math and science between students with and without a migration background are particularly alarming. In the natural sciences children with foreign roots are 60 points behind.
The difference corresponds roughly to a learning gap of two years. Immigrant children lagged about a year behind with their arithmetic skills, according to the international Timss study (Trends in Mathematics and Science Study).
“The results presented do not allow us to draw a positive conclusion for 2019 either,” warned study director Knut Schwippert. The results of the study showed that the various efforts in Germany to reduce the differences in performance between German and foreign children have not had any success.
German students have thus performed below average in math and science compared to other EU countries. In the past year, a quarter of fourth graders had only rudimentary or low numeracy skills.
According to this, only six percent of German students who attended fourth grade had the highest proficiency level. The EU average was 9,4 percent. In East Asia the value was significantly higher. Singapore took first place with 54 percent. This was followed by South Korea and Russia. The average for the OECD countries (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) was 11,5 percent.
The mathematical competence of German students remained unchanged. In the natural sciences, however, there was a slight deterioration. Around 27,6 percent lacked the basic principles for learning. In addition, only 6,9 percent achieved the top level of competence.
