In the Black Forest community of Sinsheim, a naked woman randomly attacked and beat passers-by on the street. According to reports from witnesses and residents, the naked woman, who is a Central African citizen, is supposed to live in a nearby refugee accommodation. The local police were unable – or unwilling – to provide details of the attacker’s identity and whether she was already known to the police despite being asked.
