After the deadly knife attack on Thursday in Wörgl, which killed a 20-year-old Afghan, a 19-year-old Austrian from Innsbruck has now been arrested. According to the police, two other suspects – a 21-year-old with unknown citizenship and a 20-year-old Russian – were also identified. It is not known where the two men are staying, they are being searched for.

When applying for asylum, however, the “19-year-old Austrian from Innsbruck”, the “21-year-old with unknown citizenship” and the “20-year-old Russian” were probably all “asylum seekers from Chechnya”.As a rule, “Russian citizens” or “Chechen asylum seekers” prefer to keep their knives in their pockets in the face of the equally brutal Afghans, as the Afghans would certainly stab back.

Last Tuesday, around 06:10 a.m., a 20-year-old Afghan with two companions, of whom only one is known by name, got off the subway at the station “Theresienstraße” in Munich. There, the 20-year-old suddenly stepped with his right foot towards the upper body of a passenger. The passenger was hit slightly, but went on and went up the escalator. From the left side, the 20-year-old walked towards the woman and suddenly kicked her with his right foot against the left side of her face. The 20-year-old was then held by a companion and pulled a few metres to the side, preventing the 20-year-old from hitting the 32-year-old any further.When the 32-year-old took her mobile phone out of her pocket to call the police, the group fled. Fortunately, despite the massive kick, the 32-year-old was only slightly injured and did not require on-site medical attention.The three persons were spotted by members of the subway guard when they started a loud quarrel with another passer-by. The entire group fled.
However, the 20 year old could be detained by the subway guard and handed over to the police officers. The 20-year-old was extremely aggressive towards the police officers. He verbally insulted two officers and spat at an officer.The investigating judge issued a warrant for the 20-year-old’s arrest. He is being investigated not only for dangerous bodily harm but also for assaulting and insulting police officers.Persons who can provide relevant information about the incident, in particular the unknown man who was kicked by the 20-year-old at the underground station “Theresienstraße” and then went up the escalator, are requested to contact the Munich Police Headquarters, Police Department 24, by calling 089/2910-0, or any other police station.

In the period from yesterday, Wednesday, 09:00 am and today, Thursday, 09:00 am, in the chapel Im Tal in Bullay (photo above) there was a theft and damage to property by hitherto unknown perpetrators. The money for candles lit there was stolen from a cash box and the walls inside were defaced with black paint. Witnesses who can give clues to the perpetrator are asked to contact the police in Zell by calling 06542/9867-0.

On Tuesday evening around 8 p.m. two groups had a physical fight in the Rheinpark in Duisburg. The permissive clothing style of a 50-year-old woman was criticized by a 20-year-old Turk. He found the Duisburg woman’s skirt too short and, according to testimonies, asked her why she had to present her legs in such a way. The woman, on the other hand, also disagreed with the cultural customs of the 20-year-old and his acquaintances:She is said to have wondered loudly with her friends why women and men sit separately in the group. The mutual lack of understanding about the cultural differences of the people involved initially led to a verbal argument and ended in a brawl. Until Wednesday, a particularly serious case of gang rape was tried before the regional court in camera. A 16-year-old Syrian woman and three Iraqis (20, 21, 26 y.o) are said to have planned revenge on a Syrian girlfriend of the same age after a quarrel between the two had broken out.The Syrian Nada lured the unsuspecting ex-girlfriend into the apartment of a 53-year-old Egyptian according to the tabloid Bild. There she was raped by the three Iraqis one after the other for several hours.Nada had been sent to Germany at the end of 2014 by the well-off parents as an underage asylum seeker, the plan worked out as planned – the parents followed their daughter. The verdict for Nada: four years in prison. Mustafa K. (20 y.o) arrived in Norway in 2015, then in Germany in 2016. He received four years and eight months imprisonment. Hussein H. (21 y.o), who came to Germany alone in 2015 and whose asylum application had been rejected, was imprisoned for five years and six months. Ahmed Al-M. (26 y.o), whose child, born in 2017, lives in a home due to neglect, immigrated to Germany in 2015 – he had been sentenced to six years and four months.The Syrian Nada, who insidiously lured the victim into the trap, suffered a nervous breakdown during the sentence. For minutes she screamed sobbing for her mother. She and the three Iraqis were convicted of collective particularly severe rape, although the men denied the crime. One testified that he had been playing table tennis the whole time and “hadn’t noticed”, the other referred to ” drug-related fmental blackout” and the third said that sex had been willingly practiced by the victim. The Egyptian, in whose home the heinous crime took place, was not condemned because there was insufficient evidence against him. The public prosecutor’s office had demanded two years and ten months imprisonment for him. However, he was able to leave the courtroom as a free man.The convicts have one week to appeal. The judge stressed that Nada’s parents could also challenge the verdict because of her daughter’s age.

A 29-year-old Eritrean strolled slowly through the downtown area of Wetzlar on the 11th of August, completely naked except for his shoes. Several calls were received by the police. Officials immediately set off and met the man, dressed only in sports shoes. Since the naked man had no ID documents with him, he was taken to the police station to establish his identity, where it turned out that the man from Eritrea was apparently under the influence of drugs.He is now under investigation for exhibitionist acts. In order to prevent further crimes, the resident remained in custody overnight and was released the following morning.

Because he was sure of the attention of a larger audience – in the courtroom of the Stralsund Regional Court. There the 21-year-old has to answer for the murder of the 18-year-old pregnant Maria K. together with his 19-year-old buddy Nicolas K.. The shocking act had made international headlines.Pure murderous lust has persuaded the young men to kill their mutual acquaintance brutally. At the beginning of the trial, one of the accused described “cruel details of the crime, which should not be further described at this point”, according to an article on the rtl.de website. Why? One wanted to see a person die.Another common feature of the killer pair has so far been suppressed by the otherwise fully reporting press: both Niko G. and Nicolas K. have something “against Nazis”. At least this is what emerges from their publicly visible Facebook profiles.”Nazis are more annoying than wasps,” Niko G. stated on September 1, 2018 via Facebook profile picture.

With the profile picture of Niko G., the intellectually rather undemanding statement is now coming to the attention of a larger audience.Nicolas K. became even more specific. He presents himself masked on a photo uploaded on the 24th of June 2017, wearing a shirt with the inscription ” do-gooder and town-improver”.
The text may be interpreted as a cynical reference to the left-wing extremist culture of violence of the Antifa. The dark picture is adorned with the statement “FCK AFD”. Who would have thought that on an island in the Baltic Sea there would be such courageous resistance against that opposition party?

On suspicion of a sexual offence, the Friedrichshafen Criminal Police Department is investigating two 21- and 29-year-old Nigerian men who are accused of possibly sexually assaulting two young women against their will during the night from Sunday to Monday. According to police findings to date, the four participants, who had already known each other before, had arranged to meet on Sunday evening in an asylum seeker accommodation in Owingen-Billafingen, where they also consumed considerable amounts of alcohol together. Later in the night, according to the women’s statements, the attack took place in the room in the course of which the two men sexually harassed both women.The women then fled the shelter and addressed local residents who called the police for help. The officers succeeded in finding both suspects in the immediate vicinity and arresting them temporarily. At the request of the Constance public prosecutor’s office, the suspects were brought before the responsible magistrate this afternoon, who ordered them to be detained on remand. Police investigations into the exact course of events are continuing.
