Last Saturday evening, a 31-year-old Turk harassed several women at Ostkreuz station in Berlin.When a witness intervened, the man, along with another perpetrator, beat him. Around 7:40 p.m., the 31-year-old Turkish citizen allegedly first harassed several women and then grabbed a 17-year-old girl by the arm and pulled her across the platform. When an acquaintance of the young girl tried to rush to help, the 31-year-old struck and kicked the man jointly with another person. Alarmed federal police arrested the aggressive 31-year-old shortly afterwards and brought him to the police station for further investigation. The officials initiated preliminary proceedings against the Turk for bodily injury and dangerous bodily injury. In addition, he has to answer for resistance against police officers and insults. After all police measures had been completed, the officers handed the 31-year-old man, who had complained of pain after kicking and hitting the cell door, over to the ambulance service.
