According to tabloid BILD, a terrible gang rape by ” non-Germans ” in Düsseldorf was cleared up three months after the crime by police and public prosecutor’s office.The serial offenders known to the police are between 15 and 17 years old.A woman (51 years old) from Wuppertal was lured to the Hofgarten at Whitsun 2019 after a visit to the old town, where she was raped and robbed. Now the police have arrested four youths ( non-Germans) as suspects, the police announced at a press conference on Thursday. The victim had left a disco that night from June 7th to 8th due to malaise and wanted to go to a public toilet. She was addressed by a young girl who acted as a decoy. The just 14-year-old accomplice had offered the woman her aid and led her to the nearby courtyard garden to “get some fresh air”.There the girl had called the three other youths who were already lurking for prey. The North African group had then pushed their Taharrush victim into the park and finally ” cruelly raped “The victim’s handbag and mobile phone were also stolen.The woman from Wuppertal fled from the refugees to a nearby hotel on the street Inselstraße, asked for help and asked the staff to call the police, who had the traumatised woman admitted to a Düsseldorf hospital.
“All four, regardless of their age, are in custody,” said prosecutor Britta Zur at Thursday’s press conference: “Investigations into serious rape, robbery and assault are ongoing.” The question “whether the crime was planned by the youths” is to be clarified (BILD).

Eleven men are on trial. On October 14, 2018, they allegedly drugged an 18-year-old woman and raped her several times in a bush for hours. Last Monday at about 2 pm, a previously unknown male person took pictures of the victim in a ladies’ toilet in a neighbouring closet. The scene of the crime is the school premises of the vocational college in Eschweiler. When the victim spotted a mobile phone under the toilet partition wall, she opened the door to the neighbouring closet and discovered the perpetrator lying on the floor. She then left the sanitary area and faced the perpetrator outside the door. Shortly afterwards, the perpetrator left the ladies’ toilet and the school premises in a hurry.The perpetrator can be described as follows: approx. 15 – 20 years old, dark-skinned, 170 – 180 cm tall, slim. He wore black sweatpants, a black jacket, a black cap with white Chanel emblem and dark blue sneakers. At Hauskamp street in Mülheim district of Styrum, a concerned citizen called the police yesterday morning at 10:15 am. He reported that an aggressive man with his upper body exposed was walking across the lanes of Hauskamp street.On Friedrich-Ebert Street, the police spotted the man who spoke English and was also aggressive towards the police. The police managed to calm the 41-year-old immigrant from Nigeria, as later investigated. The police suspected a mental disorder and ordered an ambulance to the deployment site. When the paramedics arrived, his behaviour changed by leaps and bounds. Already running to the junction at the street Sandstraße, the man reported in the Essen district of Kettwig broke two glass bottles and tried to stab the policemen.For the security of the emergency forces and uninvolved citizens, the policemen secured the situation with drawn firearms. At the same time, they tried to regulate public transport (public transport, vehicles and pedestrians), as the man continued to walk towards the downtown area of Mülheim.Before the highly violent and confused man could get into the more crowded downtown area with schools, homes and pedestrian areas, he was ultimatively ordered to disarm. Without the broken bottle necks he had laid on the ground, the man massively resisted his arrest. He could finally be overwhelmed using the baton as well. Policemen accompanied the paramedics, who drove the apparently ill man into a hospital ward.  Specialists and the informed public order office now look after the man. The officers confiscated the mobile phone of a passer-by who presumably recorded the operation. The recordings will now be checked and possibly used to preserve evidence in later criminal proceedings.

Already on Friday afternoon, at 4:35 pm, there was a fight between several persons in Hagen’s Altenhagen district. After Romanian gypsies and another group of local residents had got into a dispute about the storage of bulky waste, the groups, a total of about 10 people, attacked each other. A baton was used. Witness statements spoke also of a knife, this could not be found by the police on site. A total of four people suffered injuries during the brawl. There were no injuries caused by a knife. The police took a 40-year-old and a 45-year-old into police custody. The criminal investigation department is now investigating dangerous bodily harm.
