Now Islamic parallel justice is mediating between Chechens and Arab criminal clans in Berlin, Germany
The fear of a gang war between Chechen groups and Arab clans in Berlin is growing. The gangs from the Russian autonomous republic are apparently increasingly trying to challenge the influence of criminal clan members, for example in drug trafficking. According to the newspaper Berliner Zeitung, this was triggered by a violent clash in front of an open-late store in the street Wildenbruchstraße in the district of Neukölln.
Chechen henchmen are said to have attacked members of an Arab clan there on Saturday evening. According to insiders, they also stole drugs from them, which were intended for sale.Among other things, the attackers were armed with hammers. “We have been expecting such clashes between Arab groups and Chechens for some time, as the latter no longer want to be hired as mercenaries that work for the clans but want to profit from the crimes themselves,” said Benjamin Jendro of the Police Union (GdP) on Tuesday. “We are dealing here with people for whom violence and combat experience are part of their education and who have already been to war themselves in some cases”. The fact that the perpetrators are attacking a notorious extended Arab family practically in their own homes in the district of Neukölln shows that they have no scruples about taking the fight for lucrative business areas of organised crime to the streets.
According to investigators, a number of the thugs who were involved in the open-late store in Neukölln had been brought in from Magdeburg. This is because the Chechens are numerically at a disadvantage to the clan. That is why they are highly mobile and strongly networked to assist each other.
For this Tuesday evening, a so-called justice of the peace has invited both parties to a hearing. They met in a mosque in Neukölln. Clans try to solve their conflicts without the rule of law and keep the police out. Heads, mediators and so-called justices of the peace have established parallel justice for decades.”Against the background of their actions based on the extreme use of violence and deterrence and the strong desire to expand their influence in all directions, Chechen groups have noticeably expanded their influence here in recent years and have thus become increasingly influential,” states the Berlin State Office of Criminal Investigation in its situation picture of organised crime. According to the authors of the Situation Report, there are links between certain individuals from the Chechen scene and Islamist organisations.Chechens also formed part of the jihadist militia “Islamic State” and have been battle-hardened in several wars against Russia. They do not shy away from shootings on German streets either, for instance in March 2017, when a machine gun was fired at a café in the district of Gesundbrunnen. In August 2018 there was a large shoot-out in the street at the Chechen Cultural Centre in the district Märkisches Viertel. At least 20 shots were fired at each other. According to the Federal Criminal Police Office (LKA), the background to the dispute is likely to be the long-term rivalries between two Chechen gangs from the districts of Wedding and Hohenschönhausen. In Berlin, the shooting was the first open confrontation between Chechen gangs amongst themselves so far and, according to the authorities, shows “in addition to the absolute violence up to the willingness to kill, also the absolute disregard for persons not involved”.

Arabs: “Westerners Must Stop Appeasing Islamists”
The recent terrorist attacks carried out by Muslims in France and Austria should serve as a warning to Europeans who have long been appeasing and endorsing extremist Muslim politicians and organizations.
This warning was sounded in the past few weeks by a growing number of writers, political analysts and politicians in Arab and Islamic countries. The main message they are sending to the Europeans: Political Islam is a threat not only to non-Muslims, but to Muslims and Arabs as well. Europeans need to wake up and start confronting the Muslim extremists.
“Political Islam organizations are the reason for spreading hatred and terrorism in the world,” said Saudi writer Mohammed al-Sheikh.
“Political Islamic organizations are the reason for perpetuating terrorism and hatred. These organizations are banned in most of the Islamic countries, while Europe, especially Britain, embraces them and allows them to operate freely. Europeans can only blame themselves.”
Abdel Moneim Ibrahim, a prominent political analyst from Bahrain, wrote that France is paying the price for its “courtship” of political Islam.
“Is France really paying the price for its complacency and its lax security grip on the dozens of terrorist organizations operating under the cover of charitable or Islamic societies, Quran memorization or teaching the Arabic language, as well as scores of imams in French mosques who incite violence and hatred and sympathize with jihadist terrorist groups?
“This is true. France bears part of the responsibility for not closing these suspicious associations under the pretext of freedom of expression and freedom of religions…
“The French government knows very well that there are suspicious Islamic governments and organizations currently supporting terrorist acts in France. It knows very well that Turkey — specifically the government of [Turkish President Recep Tayyip] Erdogan — and Qatar — are the ones that feed terrorism and support it with money from France and the rest of the European countries. Turkey and Qatar rely on suspicious associations supervised by the Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorist organizations such as al-Qaeda and ISIS.”
If France continues to flirt with political Islam, Ibrahim cautioned, “the innocent French will continue to pay a very high price.”
Palestinian political analyst Adli Sadeq pointed out that in many Western countries, the Muslim Brotherhood organization was still being treated as a “moderate political movement.”
Many countries, Sadeq said, have refused to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization because they falsely consider it a “moderate” group. “It makes no sense to say that the Muslim Brotherhood is centrist and moderate,” he argued. “There is no difference between them and the jihadist groups.”
Tunisian newspaper editor and political analyst Alhashimi Nawiri called onWestern countries to re-evaluate their relations with Islamic organizations:
“It has become clear that these [Islamic] organizations, in their ideological depth, are fascist groups that have nothing to do with democratic values.
“The damage that the West has begun feeling is having a severe impact on the cohesion of its societies and states. This is the result of embracing and nurturing these [Islamic] political movements. The presence of these groups in Western countries has begun to cast a shadow over millions of Muslims living there and who are required (after each terrorist attack) to prove their innocence and clarify that Islam is innocent of these groups and their actions.”
Hailah al-Mashouh, a Saudi columnist and political analyst, also took France to task for its conciliatory policies toward Islamic organizations:
“There is no doubt that France’s previous policies, lenient with [Muslim] extremists, contributed to the current wave of terrorism, as well as legislation that guarantees the right to asylum and immigration to every expatriate on its soil.”
She advised the European Union to outlaw and criminalize all political Islamic groups, especially those affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, and said such a move would be an effective weapon to combat terrorism.
“There is no decisive solution to the [terrorist] attacks except by criminalizing and expelling extremist groups,” al-Mashouh emphasized. The Western countries, she added, should learn from the Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates crackdown on the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated groups, which were expelled from the two countries. Failure to expel these groups from France and other Western countries, she warned, will lead to more violence and bloodletting.
The Muslim World League, a pan-Islamic group whose declared goal is to clarify the true message of Islam by “advancing moderate values that promote peace, tolerance and love,” warned that political Islam is an extremist, dangerous and violent ideology.
“The ideas of political Islam are based on spreading hatred, interfering in the affairs of states and influencing their national cohesion, as well as inciting violence in it in order to pass its political agenda,” the group said in an apparent message to France, Austria and other Western countries and those who embrace and empower Muslim Brotherhood groups and figures. The group warned that Islamists have succeeded in implementing their political projects in non-Muslim countries under the umbrella of training mosque preachers and funding Islamic charities.
Several other prominent Arab and Muslim media personalities and political analysts advised the Europeans to be wary of the financial and political support the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated groups receive from Turkey, Iran and Qatar.
Faisal Abbas, editor-in-chief of Arab News, said that the “malicious hands” of Turkey are aiding the Muslim terrorists in Western countries.
“The misuse of religion to score points has always been the preferred method of these malicious regimes, and perhaps Iran is a professional in this field,” Abbas commented. “They are using religion for political gain and to stir hate and incitement. “We are living through difficult and dangerous times.”
Abbas’s warning about the role of Turkey, Iran and Qatar in financing and supporting Islamist groups and individuals in Western countries was shared by Tunisian writer Al-Habib al-Aswad, who wrote that “terrorism has turned into an industry run by Islamists aspiring to rule the world and who still think in the logic of Islamic conquests and infidels.”
Al-Aswad warned that Turkey and Qatar have been funding Islamist organizations, militias and media outlets in the West and said: “We are nearing a new wave of terrorism that could be more violent than the previous ones.”
We are now seeing a large number of Arabs and Muslims warning about the clear and present danger Islamism poses to many different societies. These individuals are demonstrating courage and conviction in taking this public stance. Their advice, that Western states must eradicate Islamist organizations in Europe, is vitally important. Further appeasement of terrorists will have a direct result: more beheadings and murders on the streets of European capitals and cities.

BREAKING: Huge Legal Victory for President Trump in Pennsylvania
A judge in Pennsylvania has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign after concluding that ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day that were segregated should not be counted.
The judge also determined that Kathy Boockvar, the Pennsylvania secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked the “statutory authority” to change election law days before the election.
“[The] Court concludes that Respondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Board of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline in Section 1308(h) of the Pennsylvania Election Code […] for certain electors to verify proof of identification, based on Secretary Boockvar’s interpretation and application of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision in Pennsylvania Democratic Party v. Boockvar,” Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt’s ruling reads. “Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that Respondents County Boards of Elections are enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated.”
Last week, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate those ballots that came in after 8 p.m. on Election Day.

Romania: 5000 Euro compensation for a criminal Muslim – Right to have Halal food in prison
The case concerned the provision to a prisoner of meals compatible with the precepts of Islam.Mr Saran was held in five Romanian prisons (Botoşani,Codlea, Deva, Iaşiand Miercurea-Ciuc), between 2016 and 2018. He complained that he had not received meals compatible with the precepts of Islam in two prisons (Iaşiand Miercurea-Ciuc) which had required him to furnish written proof of his adherence to that religion, although he had declared that he was a Muslim when he was admitted to prison and the ethical and religious assistance records in Iaşi Prison had stated that hewas a Muslim. The applicant, Ion Saran, is a Moldovan national who was born in 1983. He lives in Braşov(Romania). Between May and December 2016 he was held in Iaşiand Miercurea-Ciuc Prisons, where herequested access to a place of worship and meals compatible with his religion. His requests wererefused by the management in both prisons and by the competent courts. The latter observed, among other findings, that Mr Saran had initially declared himself to be an Orthodox Christian andhad not subsequently produced any document proving that he was a Muslim. In December 2016 Mr Saran was placed in detention in Codlea Prison, where he was served with meals compatible with the precepts of Islam. He was subsequently transferred to Deva Prison where, from 7 April 2017 onwards, he also received meals compatible with the diet prescribed forMuslims. In view of that finding, the Court considered it unnecessary to examine the applicant’s allegationsconcerning the authorities’ refusal to provide him with a suitable place of worship in IaşiPrison. The Court held that Romania was to pay Mr Saran 5,000 euros (EUR) in respect of non-pecuniary damage.
Surveying the Aftermath of a Stolen Election
By Jay Schalin
I drove to Chapel Hill to meet a friend for lunch the other day. As I turned onto the main drag, I was beset by carloads of students shrieking with joy, shaking their fists, and honking their horns. I was startled at first, but quickly realized it was in response to the mainstream media declaring Joe Biden to be the new president-elect.
My friend said that he doubted they would be celebrating for long, and we agreed that there is much to feel hopeful about. After all, media gaslighting and student victory celebrations are not the means by which the USA chooses a president after a contested election. The real decisions will be made in court, using facts instead of rhetoric, and with the U.S. Supreme Court having final authority.
Even so, there is a lot hanging in the balance.
The facts are on our side. The evidence of cheating is so overwhelming that any honest person would seek to correct it. There is no shortage of outrageous statistical anomalies, videos, first-person testimonies, voting machine “glitches,” abuses of authority, and much more.
Furthermore, there are ample means to correct the problems. Just for starters, we can force recounts, review individual ballots for evidence of fraud (such as dead voters), examine ballot machines, press lawsuits, and, in states where fraud is rampant and with legislatures controlled by Republicans, we can send Republican electors to Congress that reflect the true vote of the people.
Through these methods, President Trump should be declared the winner of an election that he so obviously won.
Of course, correcting the election results will not mean that all is well; the serious question of how to repair the national rift remains. The left will not simply accept the corrected results and play nice. Should Biden be denied the presidency, their response will be intense violence, perhaps at levels not seen since the 19thcentury.
Violence can be stopped, but only if the leadership has the will to stop it. Establishment Republicans are not fighters; their natural tendency is to make amends and move on. But weak attempts at reconciliation have not worked in the past; each new election has brought increased partisan animosity and electoral corruption. And such tepid efforts will work even less in the future. We can no longer afford to buy peace in the short run by allowing further erosion of the civil order; as this election shows, we are already at the brink.
A nation must have the confidence to preserve itself, or it will inevitably fail. The rift will not be solved with kindness, but with strength. Two standards must be restored immediately. One is the rule of law; the government must come down hard on those initiating, promoting, and funding political violence. We have the laws on the books, but they must be enforced.
The other standard concerns our electoral process; the normalization of electoral corruption must end. The people caught participating in the fraud must be frog-marched to jail and prosecuted. The investigations must dig deep, getting at the high officials who are behind the corruption. The Constitution does not say that, once you gain political pull, you are exempt from the law. And the courts should not give “conciliatory” wrist slaps, but real punishments. People must once again realize that violating our election laws is a serious matter with serious repercussions; only then will confidence in the vote be restored, and only then will we be able to move forward as a single nation.
There is another possible outcome of this election to be considered. Although there is reason to be positive, we cannot be certain that our legal safeguards will work; strange things happen around Democrats. What if the corruption goes so deep that we cannot prevent Biden from actually taking office? Furthermore, proving the existence of electoral corruption is a low bar and easily accomplished, but finding enough evidence to prove that Trump actually received more votes will be much harder to verify.
Without absolute proof, events may turn dark. For, if we cannot win through the array of legal means at our disposal, we must seriously consider whether we have reached the end of our social contract. If we yield and the Democrats take over, we can be assured that there will never again be an honest election. After all, the cheating will have worked; why would they stop when they control all the levers?
We may still have a narrow Senate majority to fend off the worst of the Democratic agenda. But that majority hinges on two runoff elections in Georgia. Why will they not be stolen as well? Georgia was one of the worst offenders in the main election and Georgia law permits people to move to the state only a short time before the election and cast their votes. And even if we manage to hold onto those seats, we can expect additional cheating in 2022 to paint the Senate blue.
Once in total control, Democrats will assuredly act to make their majorities permanent. The rights that support our liberty will be reduced or eliminated. They will grab our guns and silence our speech. Property rights will become a privilege granted by government, not a God-given right; only government-aligned businesses will be allowed to profit. For the Democrats are liberals no more; it is now the party of Bernie and “The Squad,” with Biden a mere figurehead.
The Supreme Court will be packed to create a permanent left-wing majority. Our borders will be wide open for all to enter without even minimal vetting, and those who enter illegally will be given voting rights. We will not be a nation, but a decaying carcass for the rest of the world to pick. Perhaps Democrats will even act on comments made by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and others about acquiringlists of those who oppose them. It is not hard to figure out what such lists will be used for.
In other words, we will become Venezuela-North, caught in a vicious downward spiral of disenfranchisement, tyranny, and impoverishment. With only one option left to restore the nation. A horrible one, one that I am hesitant to state publicly. Let’s hope it never comes to that. Yet, my friend and I agreed that, if the worst is necessary, let it happen soon, before they grab our guns, disrupt our communications, and drag the strongest of us off to some 21st-century gulag. We should all pray for peaceful resolution, but there can be no peaceful resolution with corrupt radicals in charge. We can only make them submit to the rules or be reduced to serfdom.
A few weeks ago, that perspective was best left unspoken. Now, we must speak of it, as it has unfortunately entered the realm of the possible. The electoral theft was so audacious that our opponents seem capable of anything.
Still, my friend and I red-keller (pixabay.com)minded each other before parting, there are lots of legal means to exhaust before then. Be positive, do what you can to help, but be ready.

France: Moroccan migrant with 19 convictions banned from Paris neighborhood for repeated violence against women
A Moroccan migrant living in Paris with a history of violence against women has been sentenced to prison and was banned from the department of Charente-Maritime after he was convicted of physically abusing his ex-partner.
The District Court of La Rochelle late last month sentenced the perpetrator, Hamza, who has nineteen prior criminal convictions —including two prior domestic violence convictions — to ten months in prison, four of which will be a suspended sentence. He is also banned from entering the department of Charente-Maritime for two years, French news outlet Actu La Rochelle reports.
The perpetrator’s convictions and prison sentence comes as a result of physical and sexual violence he inflicted on a woman named Marie between September and October in the commune of Périgny.
The couple first met each other near the end of the summer at a campsite in Vendée. Immediately after meeting, Hamza returned to Périgny with Marie after she offered to help him with the papers he needed for his residence permit. The young woman told the court that instantly, upon entering her home, “he [Hamza] put down his bag and settled in with me”. From there, the situation escalated.
Marie told the court that she noticed and was troubled by Hamza’s regular alcohol and cocaine consumption, as well as what she described as three strange men from Cognac — friends of Hamza — that would regularly visit her home. After repeated failed attempts to make the Moroccan leave her home, and after suffering physical and sexual violence at his hands, Marie, on Oct. 23, filed a formal complaint with the police where she outlined the crimes committed against her. Days later, police arrested the 29-year-old Moroccan migrant.
During the court hearing, Hamza denied any wrongdoing. At one point during the proceedings, he yelled, “I couldn’t get out of the house. I was only allowed to see her. In fact, she is jealous. She was the one who wanted this relationship. Frankly, good luck.”
The public prosecutor, Caroline Fernandez, taking into account Hamza’s extensive criminal record and repeated violence against women, slapped him with an eight-month prison sentence, which was later increased to ten months, four of which were suspended, by the presiding justice.
The judge also banned Hamza from entering the department of Charente-Maritime for two years.
During sentencing, the judge presiding over the case ordered the perpetrator to take the very first TGV train out of the department upon his release.
