Dangerous Islamist is allowed to stay in Germany, although even the court that prevented his deportation confirmed that he is a dangerous person
For almost a year, the German state of Lower Saxony has been trying to get rid of a suspected terrorist. But Ahmet K. (30 years old) from Göttingen has defeated the authorities one after the other. Recently, the Göttingen Administrative Court stopped the deportation.
The list of failures:
Ahmet K. has been living in Göttingen since summer 2018. Because he apparently became radicalised, sympathised with Salafists and wanted to buy a weapon, he was wiretapped. In the course of a police operation, he threatened the officers: “I can kill you too.” Arrested, transferred to the deportation prison in Langenhagen.
Ahmet K. is released and immediately ordered to leave the country, this time by the city of Göttingen. New justification: his allegedly extensive criminal record and criminal dangerousness. K. sues again, the next defeat for Lower Saxony.
The Administrative Court of Göttingen stops the expulsion already at the end of December.
The court said that there is a risk that K. will continue to commit crimes in the future. But: “The applicant has so far only been sentenced to a suspended prison sentence (…) and fines.” Moreover, K. is rooted in Germany. His family lives here, he has a three-year-old son.
The municipality could not confirm yesterday whether Göttingen will appeal against the decision at the Higher Administrative Court of Lüneburg. In that case, the departure wrangling would go into the next round…
The riot in Vienna’s Favoriten district on New Year’s Eve had an Islamist background – The Muslim perpetrators of violence told police: “Christmas tree has no business in Muslim district”
The police report now shows how violent the night of riots in Vienna’s Favoriten district was. A suspect testified why a Christmas tree should burn.
Shortly after midnight, about 40 youths had gathered, used massive amounts of pyrotechnics and tried to break open a jewellery shop. The shock waves from the pyrotechnics were so strong that several windows were broken. A diesel petrol mixture was also poured over the Christmas tree, several rubbish bins were thrown through the air and/or against windows of shops on Reumannplatz square.The fire brigade, police and ambulance quickly arrived at the scene and the tree was sprayed with fire-fighting foam. “One of the rioters said that a Christmas tree had no place in a Muslim district. Several officers were pelted with missiles and “Allahu Akbar” shouts by the rioting mob, and nine arrests were made at short notice.
Investigations into serious damage to property, theft by burglary, attempted grievous bodily harm and under the law on the use of narcotic substances are ongoing.
Police Commissioner Gerhard Pürstl therefore now wants to invite to a summit regarding matters of security, while the Social Democratic Party (SP) demands concrete solutions. The Freedom Party warns against a “wishy-washy” summit.
Raid on German-Turkish cultural association due to money laundering and illegal gambling
On Sunday, there were exceptionally more Germans than Turks at a German-Turkish cultural association in the Hamburg district of St. Georg.Because the police stormed the place with a large number of police officers and arrested 20 Turks who were apparently gambling for large sums of money.No, the Turks in Hamburg St. Georg do not have the state licence to rip off, and so it happened as it had to happen: their Corona party ended abruptly. In addition to a preliminary investigation on suspicion of illegal gambling, they now face administrative offence proceedings for an apparent violation of the Corona Containment Ordinance.The broadcaster RTL reports, based on a report by the news agency dpa, that one of the suspects was carrying a large sum of cash and is therefore suspected of money laundering. The search was carried out on the basis of an anonymous information, according to the report. The multi-cultural background of the cultural association is not mentioned by dpa and RTL.This was remedied by the tabloid portal hamburg24.de, whose editor Fabian Raddatz obviously is familiar with the club and consequently added useful information to the selective information provided by dpa.

The election will not stand

This election isn’t going to stand.
It will not stand up to the facts pouring in from every quarter that a fraud of unprecedented magnitude has been perpetrated on the American people — or, at any rate, on those who may still be considered, and who consider themselves, as loyal Americans.
It will not stand against an unmitigated force of a million or more American patriots flooding the streets of Washington, DC in a massive display of support for a legitimate president and a threatened Republic.
It will not stand against the raw determination, the Jacksonian character, and the astute and resourceful intelligence of a president like none in modern American history, despite the orchestrated campaign of unrelenting media slander launched against him
Licit resistance against a pervasive electoral hoax will, of course, be contested by a veritable army of those either too invested in pulling of a swindle that dwarfs anything ever seen before — not excluding the 1824 “corrupt bargain” that cheated Andrew Jackson of the presidency — or those too cowardly, fearful, indifferent and morally invertebrate to oppose the “Olympian” machinations of the elite classes or to face down the specter of mob violence.
Licit resistance is also potentially undermined by many well-meaning, ostensible “pragmatists” who have already conceded victory to a flagrant impostor in the belief that it is inevitable and that various subsequent “workarounds” may be possible to dilute or parry the political repression of a Democratic administration. The delusion persists. But in the last analysis loyal Americans in their multitudes will not be daunted by domestic enemies or confounded by ideological fissures in their own ranks.
If the word “American” is to mean anything at all, including the pledge to defend the Constitution against enemies both domestic and foreign as per the Oath of Office, to contribute to the nation’s prosperity and maintain its traditions, to preserve its history, to defend its borders, and to love the ideal of greatness which is its patrimony, then the word does not apply to those who practice treachery or who are too timid and abject to rise to the defence of the nation in its time of trial and turbulence, wherever such tergiversators may be found.
This election will not stand. It is too corrupt to withstand scrutiny. Many may regard it as too big to fail. But it is not big enough to stand against the will of those who still consider themselves American.
