In Germany, migrants are now increasingly attacking the homeless and the crippled

They used kicks and sticks to drive him out of his tent and set it on fire: A homeless man was brutally attacked by youths in a Britz park in Berlin. After the attack, the three perpetrators set fire to his belongings and the tent of another victim!

The attack happened around 8 p.m. in a green area on Gutschmidtstraße behind the Britz-Süd underground station. The 59-year-old Latvian was first kicked out of his tent and then beaten with sticks. He then fled the scene.

When he returned to his tent some time later, it was ablaze. The fire brigade, which had been alerted in the meantime, was able to put it out, but all that remained of the victim’s belongings were a few charred remains.

The man was injured but did not want to be taken to hospital. The police are investigating for dangerous bodily harm and damage to property, but rule out a right-wing extremist background. The perpetrators are described as being of Mediterranean descent.

Only two hours later, they set fire to the next dwelling of a homeless man behind the underground station. Again the fire brigade was called in. At least the man (49) escaped the blows of the attackers. He was not present when his tent was set on fire.

After the cruel attack on a wheelchair user on Tuesday evening in Hamburg’s Wilhelmsburg district, police are searching for two so far unknown perpetrators. The Department for Robbery of the State Criminal Police Office (LKA 184), which is responsible for the Harburg region, has taken over the investigation.

As reported, two unknown persons stopped the disabled man at 9.13 p.m. at the Inselpark. “The 32-year-old was about to leave the Wilhelmsburg Inselpark in the direction of Kuckuckshorn when he was suddenly grabbed from behind by a man,” said police spokesman Daniel Ritterskamp. Then they pressed a burning cigarette into his face. Then one of the men snatched a sports bag from him, which was said to contain a mobile phone and a large amount of money. The duo escaped with the loot in an unknown direction. The man was taken to hospital by ambulance and hospitalised. An immediate search for the perpetrators was unsuccessful.

French news photographer lynched in Reims by Muslim youths

It is an attempted murder of a photo-journalist of the regional French newspaper L’Union l’ardennais. At around 2:30 pm, the photographer went to the Red Cross district when suspicions of tensions had been raised a little earlier. Present alongside the police, he was attacked by a group of young Muslims, according to our colleagues, and suffered blows from paving stones being hurled at him. When the police and other journalists arrived at the scene, they had to face a Muslim mob armed with iron bars, golf clubs and fire extinguishers.

Picked up by the ambulance emergency services, the SAMU, the photographer is currently in a critical condition. He was transferred to the University Hospital of Reims. The public prosecutor opened an investigation for “attempted murder”. According to Matthieu Bourrette, he was probably there “to cover a gathering of youths – the rest of the circumstances remain unknown and deserve to be clarified,” he added.

Additional police forces were called in to secure the scene. The Minister of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, reacted to this violent attack and gave his support to the photo-journalist “seriously injured in the course of his work”. He recalled that the national police were fully mobilized to “identify and question the perpetrators”.

This district of the Red Cross is classified as “sensitive” which already suggests that it has become a no-go zone. “A year ago, just before confinement, a series of clashes between young people from this district and another” took place, recalled the prefect of Marne, Pierre N’Gahane.

The Minister of Culture, Roselyne Bachelot, denounced “a cowardly aggression”. For his part, the mayor of Reims lamented on social networks about “the ignominy of such an act”. Arnaud Robinet said: “I want to express indignation with this collection of scoundrels who are ruining the life of our neighbourhoods.” No suspect has so far been arrested.
