If I had a nickel for every time I’ve heard a leftist pundit or Democrat shill say Hunter Biden’s laptop is “disinformation” or “not verified,” I’d be a millionaire. The reality that the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Justice, and the Director of National Intelligence all say there is absolutely no evidence Russia is involved in the Hunter Biden laptop scandal seems to be of no effect on these accessories after the fact to what appears to be the greatest criminal corruption scandal in the history of the United States.

Additionally, the fact that a Navy Officer veteran has not only verified many of the emails, but also said Joe Biden was personally involved in many of the transactions seems to cut no ice with the lame-stream media.

But the real key to understanding how Joe Biden is likely guilty of federal criminal bribery is carefully parsing Biden’s Oct. 22, 2020 debate statement that “I have not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life.” This statement is vital because while Joe Biden said that personally, he hasn’t taken “a penny from any foreign source,” if his son Hunter has taken “a penny” from foreign sources and Joe Biden knew about it, it is just as much of a crime as if Joe Biden had taken the “penny” personally.

Hunter Biden receiving money from companies and governments that specifically benefitted from Joe Biden’s official decisions as Vice President explicitly invokes the Federal criminal bribery law, specifically 18 USC Sec. 201.

Under 18 USC Sec. 201, “Bribery of public officials and witnesses,” the mere fact that Joe Biden knew that Hunter Biden, with no experience in these areas, was receiving huge sums of money from companies and entities regarding which Joe Biden was making favorable decisions would, at a minimum, be a predicate for a full scale criminal investigation, if not a likely federal bribery crime in, and of, itself.

Firstly, 18 USC Sec. 201, states in pertinent part:

“(b)Whoever—

(1) directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any public official or person who has been selected to be a public official, or offers or promises anypublic official or any person who has been selected to be a public official to give anything of value to any other person or entity, with intent—

(A) to influence any official act; or

(B) to influence such public official or person who has been selected to be a public official to commit or aid in committing, or collude in, or allow, any fraud, or make opportunity for the commission of any fraud, on the United States; or

(C) to induce such public official or such person who has been selected to be a public official to do or omit to do any act in violation of the lawful duty of such official or person;

(2)being a public official or person selected to be a public official, directly or indirectly, corruptly demands, seeks, receives, accepts, or agrees to receive or accept anything of value personally or for any other person or entity, in return for:

(A) being influenced in the performance of any official act;

(B) being influenced to commit or aid in committing, or to collude in, or allow, any fraud, or make opportunity for the commission of any fraud, on the United States; or

(C) being induced to do or omit to do any act in violation of the official duty of such official or person;”

Section “1” covers the “briber” crime and section “2” covers the “brib-ee” or elected “public official’s” crime. The key to understanding how Hunter Biden’s receiving bribes for Vice President Joe Biden’s official actions is a crime is focusing on the language at the tail of sub paragraphs “(1)” and “(2).” The key language in sub-paragraph 1 says it’s a crime if the briber gives or offers to “give anything of value to any other person or entity,” It is irrelevant for this federal criminal bribery statute whetherJoe Biden personally didn’t receive a penny.”

The question is “Did Hunter Biden receive millions for Joe Biden’s favorable official decisions.”

Similarly, sub-paragraph 2, or the “brib-ee” “public official” part explicitly states that being a “public official” or person selected to be a public official, directly or indirectly, corruptly demands, seeks, receives, accepts, or agrees to receive or accept anything of value personally or for any other person or entity, in return for:” The key phrase: “to receive or accept anything of value personally or for any other person or entity,.” Again, Hunter Biden is “any other person or entity.” And, Hunter’s receiving bribe money is every bit as much of a crime as if Joe Biden received the money personally.

Hence, Biden’s debate-night carefully parsed statement that “I have not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life.” looks suspect when viewed through the lens of 18 USC Sec 201 where it is every bit as much of a direct crime if Hunter took foreign source or any source money in return for a favorable official act by Vice President Joe Biden.

It is beyond any doubt that Hunter Biden received huge sums of money from the Ukrainian Burisma and others solely because Hunter was the Vice President’s son.

It is also clear that Joe Biden knew the only reason these companies, (specifically Burisma when Joe was Vice President) were giving Joe Biden huge sums of money was because Hunter was Joe’s Biden’s son.

Did Joe Biden expect these companies to give his son millions of dollars with nothing for Joe Biden to do in return? Of, course not.

Joe Biden’s actions with respect to directly protecting Burisma by demanding the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor who was criminally investigating Burisma is, at a minimum, a red flag predicate act to start a major criminal investigation of Joe Biden, if not prima facie explicit evidence of gross bribery.

But tragically, the failure of the relevant US government agencies to properly investigate Joe Biden’s suspicious acts, and either clear him or indict him, has allowed a possibly suspect person to be a candidate for the office of the next president of the United States.

The American government agencies’ failure to properly investigate Joe Biden is, perhaps, an even greater crime than the one Joe Biden may have committed. Joe Biden may be personally corrupt, but the American government investigative agencies’ failure to even investigate Biden’s Burisma actions proves conclusively that these branches of the American government itself are hopelessly corrupt.

Najeeb Moussa Michaeel, the archbishop of Mosul, Iraq, said in an interview with the European Post that he fears more for Europe than for his native Iraq as Europe is “naive in the face of terrorism and uncontrolled and unattended immigration,” 

“Europe is becoming the sick child of the modern world, because it is moving away from its faith and its cultural and religious roots. By dint of turning away from the Church and its heritage, it falls in love with the worst fundamentalist, lax or individualistic ideologies, as long as they are opposed to those who built it. This is an immense sorrow for those who love Europe. A pain that will be repaired only through education and culture, through knowledge and the coming out of a false vision of secularism, which must not be instrumentalized to oppose God and spiritual values,” Archbishop Michaeel shared his view on the current state of affairs in Europe.

When asked about his advice for Europe on how to deal with terrorism and fundamental Islamists, Archbishop Michaeel said that Europeans should first and foremost keep their faith.

“In the East, we often look at Europe with envious eyes. But we have retained natural values: the defense and promotion of the family, living faith, pride in our identities, and our roots. All things that I see slowly disappearing in Europe,” said the Iraqi archbishop, repeating that he is more afraid for Europe than for Iraq as Europeans neglect the importance of their treasures, cultures, and the civilization as a whole.

“And you sometimes give way to fundamentalist or Salafist movements that gradually impose their ideologies on those around them, to become bearers of hatred and disrespect for the countries that welcome them,” he continued.

Najeeb Moussa Michaeel also warned Europe against being naive about migration.

“One would have to be short-sighted not to see that Europe is naive in the face of terrorism and uncontrolled and unattended immigration,” he pointed out.

“Not all these people come to love you or to serve the countries that welcome them. If you do not control and fight the outlaws, and those who refuse the values of your country and human rights, and impose their own laws, you will lose your way of life, your culture, your peace. For Catholics, naivety is not charity, prudence is. It is indispensable to have an eye for love, and an eye for prudence, this is how you are invited to look at migration,” the archbishop said.

“As for terrorism, if you do not make it disappear by law and firmness, it is you and your children who are exposed to the danger of kneeling,” he added.

“We must fear false gods, slavers, violence and the sword, and not turn away from the God of love and peace,” continued Michaeel, stressing that Christians all over the world are undergoing a serious ordeal. Christians as a whole are the most persecuted religious group in the world, and 2019 saw a record amount of anti-Christian attacks in Europe. 

“Unfortunately, you also have your martyrs murdered by the same ideology and by the same fanatical groups. All over Europe, people are falling because of the expansionist Islamist ideology,” said the Archibishop Michaeel, calling on Europe to wake up.

Numerous people were indignant about the alleged child abusers at the day care centre. But what was true about the accusations? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

The mother claimed that her daughter (and other children) had to take a shower and she was given new underwear. Fact-check: This statement is purely fictional. The day care centre in Koblenz does not keep any replacement underwear in stock.

Her child is said to have been taken to a room with cots and numerous lamps. Fact check: It has been proven that this room does not exist.The alleged victim was then taken to a man who allegedly raped her vaginally and anally. It is said that the staff of the day care centre stood by and filmed everything. The girl would have had to watch the crime on video at the same time. Fact check: The child was already gynaecologically examined on the alleged day of the crime. In the case of sexual abuse, the child would have shown massive injuries. Haematomas would also have been visible. The alleged victim had no injuries. The alleged act could never have taken place in this way.

After weeks of intensive investigations under the file number 2070 UJs 28477/20, the public prosecutor’s office had to drop the investigation as there were no indications of possible child abuse. The mother’s statements were simply a lie.

After the preliminary proceedings were discontinued, the mother published a video where she massively attacked the judiciary in Koblenz. In this video (above) she often contradicts herself. The contradictions are obvious to any layperson. Nevertheless, this was gratefully shared in the social media. Freely according to the motto: “There must be something to the whole story”. And the same was argued again. Defamatory, slanderous, hateful and inciting attacks on the judiciary and the staff of the Catholic day-care centre. And of course again all this without a check on the facts.

The vast majority of French are becoming increasingly hostile to accepting more migrants and believe they make the country less secure, according to a new exclusive survey carried out by the Ifop agency.

According to the survey, almost three-quarters of respondents believe that immigration costs France more than it earns from it, while seven out of 10 further claim that the country no longer has the means to welcome immigrants. The impact of immigrants on the public sphere is perceived as negative by 64 percent of respondents.

A clear majority of French people, representing 60 percent, believe that welcoming foreigners is no longer possible because of differences in values ​​and problems of cohabitation. An almost identical share believes that massive immigration plays a negative role in defining French identity and the cohesion of society. These identity fears go hand in hand with negative assumptions about the impact of immigration on secularism, as 61 percent of people see adverse effects of immigration on respect for this principle.

A large majority of French also believe there is a link between insecurity and immigration. Two-thirds of French people consider that immigration has a negative effect in terms of overall security and crime, and 53 percent of the French believes it maximizes the risk of terrorism. 

Following recent high-profile terrorist attacks, including the beheading of French history teacher Samuel Paty by an 18-year-old Chechen Islamist and a second attack directed at the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, public sentiment regarding the topic of immigration is expected to sour further. Over 250 French people have lost their lives due to Islamic terrorist attacks since 2015.

The survey also looked at different components of the “immigration phenomenon” perceived by the French were evaluated. For a majority, the priority issues concern the fight against illegal immigration (53 percent) and the cost of immigration (52 percent). These two dimensions precede the integration of foreigners (41 percent) or the reception of migrants (36 percent). The beneficial contribution, whether it is cultural, human, or economic, emerges in the last position.

Previous surveys show that the French are becoming increasingly negative towards migration compared to previous years. 

“In 2018, 64 percent of people thought that our country already has too many foreigners and welcoming more immigrants is not desirable and 60 percent that we cannot welcome more migrants because our values are too different and this brings problems in coexistence,” commented senior opinion analyst from Ifop, Paul Cébille, on Twitter.

According to almost half of the respondents (49 percent), immigration leads to a lesser degree of gender equality or respect for minorities, for example, homosexuals, and Jews.

The point of view on immigration is vastly different for those supporters of the left and the right, with differences of more than 40 or 50 points. And the supporters of the French President Emmanuel Macron’s Republicans and those of Marine Le Pen’s National Rally express similar judgments that immigration has a negative impact in general and that it costs more than it earns. 

Sympathizers of the Republicans often appear at a point of equilibrium, while drawing closer to the people of the left, on questions of cost, the right to vote of foreigners, or the terrorist risk linked to immigration.

The survey was conducted on a sample of 1,015 people, representative of the French population aged 18 and over.
