Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien said on a call with reporters that “We are declaring victory in Pennsylvania.”

At the same time, Trump Campaign advisor Jason Miller says there are 605,000 outstanding day-of ballots in Arizona. Miller says Trump needs 57.73% of remaining day-of vote – far less than he has been getting. The Trump campaign predicts they will declare victory in Arizona by Friday.

Joe Biden currently leads Trump by about 100,000 votes in Arizona. Fox Newscontroversially called Arizona for Biden early Tuesday evening.

This follows the campaign’s announcement that it had filed a motion to end ballot counting in Pennsylvania citing alleged illegal activities corrupting the counting process.

“This is the most important election of our lifetime, and President Trump made clear our path forward last night: ensure the integrity of this election for the good of the nation. Bad things are happening in Pennsylvania. Democrats are scheming to disenfranchise and dilute Republican votes. President Trump and his team are fighting to put a stop to it,” Justin Clark, Trump 2020 Deputy Campaign Manager, said in a statement.

“Pennsylvania’s unhinged, radical left Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar has tried her hardest to bake in a backdoor to victory for Joe Biden with late, illegal ballots in collusion with the partisan state supreme court. The United States Constitution is clear on this issue: the legislature sets the time, place, and manner of elections in America, not state courts or executive officials. As the President has rightly said, the Supreme Court must resolve this crucial contested legal question, so President Trump’s Campaign is moving to intervene in the existing Supreme Court litigation over the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s unlawful extension of the mail-in ballot receipt deadline,” he said.

Trump currently leads Biden by 6.3% in the Keystone state. However, there are many ballots which have yet to be counted.

Earlier, the Trump campaign demanded a halt to the counting of votes in Michigan.

“President Trump’s campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law,” Trump campaign manager Bill Stepien said.

“We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted. We also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access.

“President Trump is committed to ensuring that all legal votes are counted in Michigan and everywhere else.”

The Trump campaign had already asked for a recount in Wisconsin, citing report of irregularities “which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results.”

CNN called a Biden win for the state.

Earlier on Wednesday, Trump suggested in a series of Tweets that election fraud was underway.

“Last night I was leading, often solidly, in many key States, in almost all instances Democrat run & controlled. Then, one by one, they started to magically disappear as surprise ballot dumps were counted. VERY STRANGE, and the “pollsters” got it completely & historically wrong!”

The Tweet was later flagged by Twitter for allegedly containing “disputed” and potentially “misleading” content.

Trump later tweeted, “They are finding Biden votes all over the place — in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. So bad for our Country!”

Trump added in another Tweet, “They are working hard to make up 500,000 vote advantage in Pennsylvania disappear — ASAP. Likewise, Michigan and others!” This Tweet was likewise flagged by Twitter.

In a knife attack in a park in Berlin-Mitte on Saturday night, a 13-year-old was killed and a 22-year-old was seriously injured. The ethnicity of the attacker was not initially revealed, but witnesses described him as being bald “with a full beard”

The attack occurred around 10:40 pm between James-Simon-Park and Monbijoupark, the police said on Sunday. The attacker was a Turk.

The two victims were part of a group of seven people that consisted of children and young people, except for the 22-year-old. The group got into an argument with a man “about 45 years old”. There was a scuffle in which the Turk pulled a knife and wounded the 13-year-old and the 22-year-old.

Despite attempts at resuscitation, the 13-year-old died on site. His 22-year-old companion was seriously injured and is currently being treated in hospital.

Unknown witnesses followed the suspect in the direction of the Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station, and also took photos. A 41-year-old man of Turkish nationality was arrested by the murder squad. The suspect is currently being questioned by the police. So far there is no information on the cause of the dispute, and “no evidence of a possible racist motive” police said in their statement.

A major scandal has erupted in Austria after information came to light that the 20-year-old terrorist Kujtim Fejzulai, who shot dead four people and wounded 22 others in Vienna on Monday night, was released from prison in early December because he joined a deradicalization program and fooled officials.
