Sidney Powell released the Kraken in Georgia

By Andrea Widburg

Sidney Powell promised to release the Kraken and show Americans the scope of election fraud on November 3, 2020. Shortly before midnight on Wednesday, she filed a 104-page complaint detailing everything she asserts took place in Georgia. This post will give you a very brief overview of the allegations.

You can view the complaint here. The narrative bounces around, so I’ve organized it by chronology and subject matter. The causes of action arise under Georgia election law, federal law, and the Constitution.

The complaint repeats what Powell has said before about Dominion and Smartmatic voting machines being created to help Hugo Chavez win elections. (You can learn more about Dominion’s history here.)

Powell quotes a Venezuelan whistleblower’s direct testimony about the two systems, including Chavez’s requirements that the software would hide vote manipulation from audits. The computers were designed to enable virtually endless vote manipulation throughout the voting process, whether printing ballots, feeding them into the counting machine, or actually counting them.

The computers were also connected to the internet, so that, when it came to data manipulation, no one had to be physically present with the computers. The systems have been associated with election fraud in various countries.

The fraud began when defendant Governor Kemp, defendant Secretary of State Raffensberger, and the Georgia Board of Elections (members of which are also defendants) hastily bought Dominion Voting Systems software and hardware. Kemp and Raffensberger disregarded all the evidence from Texas and others showing that the machines were vulnerable to fraud and impossible to audit. Ironically, it was Democrats who were initially worried about the systems’ fraud potential.

Earlier this year (presumably in response to the Wuhan virus) Raffensberger illegally entered into a settlement agreement with various Georgia Democrat organization by which he agreed to ignore the state’s strong, specific statutory voting safeguards for absentee ballots. This opened the door to massive fraud, as well as violating recount safeguards. (Justice Kavanaugh’s warning to federal courts not to alter with election statutes clearly applies to Raffensperger as well.)

With Raffensberger’s guidance, election officials and poll workers refused to observe statutory safeguards. Among other things, numerous eyewitnesses testified that they didn’t verify signatures, check security envelopes, or allow challengers to observe the count.

They also allegedly destroyed documentary evidence that the law required them to retain in connection with mail-in voting. (This matters because the legal doctrine of spoliation – deliberately destroying documents that can be used as evidence in a possible case — means that the missing documents will be presumed to have shown evidence adverse to the party that destroyed them.)

The complaint also offers voluminous eyewitness and expert testimony about the Dominion System’s vulnerability to fraud. As noted above, both eyewitness and expert evidence shows that the machines were designed to offer every available avenue for fraud, including taking advantage of voter errors.

To optimize the fraud, late at night on November 3, Georgia’s election workers stated a lie about a massive leak at the State Farm Arena that required them to shut down the count. In fact, after the arena was closed, there’s eyewitness testimony several election workers spent approximately three unsupervised hours working at the computers.

As a matter of law, the pervasive pattern of fraud is so overwhelming it precludes the “mistake” defense. This pattern is shown through expert reports and statistical analyses proving hundreds of thousands of votes for Trump were either lost or transferred to Biden. Republican candidates in Georgia’s 6th and 7th districts were also affected.

Along the way, the complaint also alleges

1. China and Iran spied on the election (and possibly manipulated it),

2. Trump-hating Eric Coomer helped develop Dominion,

3. Almost 100,000 absentee ballots in Georgia were recorded as requested and were included in the vote count – except that there’s no record they were ever returned to county election boards, and

4. Agents of China and Iran accessed the computers.

For those of us who have been following closely Ms. Powell’s statements during various television and radio interviews, we’re familiar with the factual outlines. What’s different is that (a) the complaint actually identifies and summarizes the specific witness statements and (b) it details the specific acts of fraud and how they violate state and federal law, as well as the Constitution. Instead, of snippets, we now have the entire package of all the things that went wrong in Georgia.

Biden allegedly won the state by 12,670 votes. If proven, the allegations in the complaint show that, at minimum, Trump lost almost 100,000 votes due to the alleged fraud. Because this number exceeds Biden’s alleged margin of victory, it requires that the election be put aside.

Please check out the complaint yourself. Reducing a 104-page complaint to 700 words means that I gave you the chapter headings without any details.

France: Migrant sentenced to four years for drugging and raping his young landlady

A young migrant was sentenced to four years in prison on Friday for drugging and abusing the young woman hosting him in the village of Douarnenez in the northwestern French region of Brittany, regional news portal Le Télégramme reports.

The unnamed victim insisted that the hearing take place behind closed doors on Nov. 20 at the Quimper court. The first hearing on Oct. 20 was public because of the defendant’s request for referrals and to carry out expert evaluations, including a psychiatric one.

For three hours, behind the closed doors of the courtroom, the magistrates of the bench, the prosecution, the lawyers, but also the victim and the defendant, named as Plamedi Odinga Mbala Mungadi, recounted the events of Sept. 12, 2020, in Douarnenez inside the home ofthe young woman.

That evening, the young man prepared the meal for him and the young woman but added a pellet of cannabis resin. He is accused of having subsequently undressed the young woman and sexually assaulting her.

“He remembers having put the ball of resin in the dish to have led his landlady on the sofa but, afterwards, it is all a blackout,” explained Me Yann Le Roux, the young man’s lawyer. He pleaded for the alteration of the charges, but eventually prosecutor Béatrice Nectoux requested four years in prison with continued detention and a permanent ban on staying on French territory.

At 6 p.m., the Quimper court condemned the man to four years in prison and adding a final ban on stay in Finistère and Morbihan in addition to the ban on staying in France. Plamedi Odinga Mbala Mungadi will also have his name entered in the Automated Judicial File of Perpetrators of Sexual and Violent Offenses (Fijais) and will have to pay €4,200 in damages to his victim.

German government agrees on one billion euros to ‘fight the right’

The German government agreed on Wednesday on a package totaling one billion euros in the “fight against the right”. The project will focus on “learning to better understand the causes of right-wing extremism and racism, give a strong state response to the actions of right-wing extremists and strengthen the promotion of democratic civil society”.

The funds, an average of 250 million euros per year, are planned for the period 2021 to 2024.

According to the SPD parliamentary group in the Bundestag, the cabinet committee against right-wing extremism and racism has also decided to appoint a federal commissioner against racism, to delete the term “race” in Basic Law and to criminalize anti-Semitic and racist insults.

Federal Family Minister Franziska Giffey (SPD) announced that this has paved the way for a “defensive democracy promotion law”.

The government justified the initiative because “a greater awareness of racism as a general social phenomenon was necessary”. Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) agreed with the ministers involved that “the fight against right-wing extremism and racism must be stepped up”.

“Right-wing extremism and racism, anti-Semitism, hostility towards Muslims and all other forms of group-related enmity have no place in Germany,” said Foreign Minister Heiko Maas (SPD). “This strengthens everyone who struggles so tirelessly to ensure that right-wing extremism has no place in our democracy,” he wrote on Twitter.

In the run-up to the committee meeting, around 60 mostly left-wing associations and organizations had written an open letter to the committee. Among other things, the Amadeu Antonio Foundation had demanded continued financial support for attacking German patriots.

“Let us be clear: The current form of support for civil society democracy work is demotivating, and without a legal basis the agreed government compromise remains without substance.” Therefore, a “democracy promotion law” was needed as soon as possible.

At the beginning of the year, several organizations complained about insufficient support from the federal government. As a result, some jobs, mostly those in left-wing clubs, were in danger.

PA Judge Blocks Certification Over Illegal Absentee Ballots

The biggest legal case against the election remains Democrat governors and secretaries of state making up election law on the fly. This stuff might seem less sexy than voting machine and algorithms, but it’s going to be the battleground for the foreseeable future because the Democrat endgame is universal voting. By which they mean universal mail-in voting, ballot harvesting, and the end of any kind of meaningful elections that aren’t hijacked by total fraud.

Tie in plans to add D.C. and Puerto Rico as states, pack the Senate, House, and Supreme Court, and America becomes California.

This election is, among other things, a test case for using a pandemic to not only shut down the Bill of Rights, but transform how elections are run. And this is going to be the crucial election test.

Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough ordered the state to not go through with the certification of the presidential election that it announced on Tuesday and she blocked all other election certification results at least until she can conduct a hearing the day after Thanksgiving.

“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election for the offices of President and Vice President of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday,” the judge wrote in her order.

“Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from certifying the remaining results of the election, pending the evidentiary hearing,” Judge McCullough added.

The lawsuit the judge is considering is from Republican state lawmakers against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Gov. Tom Wolf (D), Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and the Pennsylvania General Assembly. The suit alleges that Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail stature—Act 77—is in violation of the state’s constitution.

In Pennsylvania, unlike some states, secretary of state is an appointed, not an election position, and Wolf appointed Kathy Boockvar.

Judge Patricia McCullough is Republican and conservative. And this is obviously just the beginning of this fight. But it’s also the first meaningful legal foothold in the battle for the election.

“To the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 general election … for the offices of president and vice president of the United States of America, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing to be held on Friday, November 27, 2020,” the judge’s order said. “Inasmuch as respondents, based on their press release and briefs, have not undertaken certification of any of the other results of the election, respondents are preliminarily enjoined from certifying the remaining results of the election, pending the evidentiary hearing.”

Now this goes to the PA Supreme Court and we already know how that decision will turn out, but that’s not the endgame. This is a chess match, or at least it should be, in which both sides carefully calculate legal strategies in preparation for a potential Supreme Court showdown.

Germany: Jewish pupils pretend to be Muslims in order to avoid being attacked by Muslim classmates at school

After two attacks on the Jewish synagogue in Essen on November the 14th and 20th, in which stones and concrete slabs were thrown at the building, a suspect has now been apprehended: The suspect is a 37-year-old Iranian man who is already known to the police.

Last Friday, the man had thrown a stone slab into a window of the synagogue. Afterwards, images from the surveillance cameras were evaluated and it was found that the same perpetrator had already damaged another window on November the 14th.The arrested Iranian is said to have confessed, but he does not indicate a motive for the crime. He was remanded in custody on Tuesday. The chairman of the Jewish Religious Community in Essen, Schalwa Chemsurashvili, expressed his shock after the attack: “If the bulletproof glass had not withstood the attack, people could have been seriously injured.”The incident has unsettled my sense of security. I once felt safe in Essen,” he told the magazine “DER WESTEN”. Anti-Semitism had increased considerably in Germany – and there were problems at schools in particular: his own niece, for example, had only been able to go to school in peace after she had declared that she was a Muslim after changing schools.

Germany: Afghan stabs woman to death and hides her body under the cot

Photos: The fugitive suspect Abdul Mohammad Tukhi

In the evening hours of Tuesday, November 17, 2020, family members of a 34-year-old woman from Munich reported a missing person to the police. According to the report, her 41-year-old husband had informed the family members by telephone on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, that both would go shopping around lunchtime. Both had disappeared since then and could not be reached by phone.A search of the flats as well as extensive search measures and initial investigations remained without result.

When blood applications were found in the flat during another flat search on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, the entire flat was examined for traces of blood on Thursday, November 19, 2020. During this examination, numerous other traces of blood could be detected, among other things by using chemical procedures, which indicated that an act of violence had taken place.

On Friday, November 20, 2020, further investigations on suspicion of a homicide were taken over by the homicide squad of the Munich police headquarters. At the request of the Homicide Department of the Munich Public Prosecutor’s Office I, the responsible investigating judge issued an arrest warrant for manslaughter against the fugitive 41-year-old Afghan husband on Friday, November 20, 2020.

In the afternoon of Friday, November 20, 2020, a thorough search of the flat led to the discovery of the body of the 34-year-old woman from Munich hidden under a cot. The subsequent autopsy at the Institute for Forensic Medicine at the University of Munich confirmed that the 34-year-old was killed by stabs in her upper body.

Extensive search measures for the fugitive suspect are ongoing by search teams of the Police Munich.Persons who can provide relevant information, in particular on the whereabouts of the suspect and the person of the witness, are requested to contact the Munich Police Headquarters, Department 11 by calling 089/2910-0, or any other police station.

Migrant-smuggling German NGOs are trying to silence free press

The silencing of independent media critical of NGOs based in Germany is raising fears about freedom of the press in the country.

The censorship case has to do with dozens of NGO volunteers and employees who were arrested by Greek authorities in September, which were accused of espionage, ties to organized crime and people smuggling networks. As Remix New previously reported, the NGOs, some of them based in Germany and Norway, have allegedly co-ordinated their operations with Turkish people-smuggling gangs to bring over 3,000 illegal migrants to European shores, mostly to Greek and Italian ports.

Members of the pro-migrant NGOs were reportedly illegally monitoring the radio traffic of Frontex and Greek coastguard ships in order to avoid detection. In critical moments, they may have also flooded Coast Guard ship radios with false signals in order to confuse authorities. These messages must have either come from a ship or from the Island of Lesbos. There are also accusations that Greek Coast Guard communications were monitored.

The arrests have been reported by a small number of lesser-known media outlets but have gone largely undisclosed by the mainstream media. One of those media outlets detailing the arrests was the German independent online publication Tichys Einblick (TE), which has also published a number of other articles in the past detailing ties among radical left-wing NGOs and organized, people-smuggling networks.

Now, one of the NGOs affected by the arrests has taken legal steps to silence the press reporting about their allegedly illegal activities. The legal team of Mare Liberum, a German-based NGO involved in “sea rescue” is demanding that TE sign a cease-and-desist obligation declaration that would in practice prevent them from reporting about the criminal investigation against the NGO.

Mare Liberum is the operator of the migrant rescue ship Sea Watch, which has ferried a large number of mainly African migrants to European destinations. Some of the female passengers they have brought ashore have reportedly been identified as kidnap victims from Nigeria who were destined for European brothels, and the kidnapping gangs have reportedly used the NGO ships to get their victims into the European Union where they were met by handlers from human trafficking networks. The German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees has reported that in 2017, 5,425 Nigerian women have arrived in Italy via sea routes. The International Organization for Migration in Italy estimated that 80 percent of these women were potential victims of human trafficking.

If Mare Liberum were to win the court case, TE and other German media outlets would effectively be denied the right to report on similar cases. Such a gag order would prevent independent media outlets not only from reporting on the ongoing criminal investigation against NGOs accused of human trafficking, but of NGO activism and illegal migration in general. TE expects the legal costs of the court case to run into five-digit numbers, which would be a crippling sum for a small media outlet supported by subscriptions and small donations, as opposed to a large, well-funded NGO that receives money from tax-contributions, from church organizations, chief among them the German Lutheran Church. Some reports also indicate that the NGOs receive partial financing from the German embassy in Athens.

TE also alleges that witnesses that they have interviewed regarding the NGO’s activities have reported being pressured and intimidated by lawyers. TE writes that “police officers, farmers and fishermen on Lesbos, who were questioned by TE, were in turn sued by dubious NGOs. Witnesses are silenced in order to cover up the grievances, including arson in “refugee camps” on Lesbos. The fires in the camps were intended to force Germany in particular to take in even more migrants referred to as “refugees”. There is a risk that these witnesses will be silenced and TE will have to cease these reports”.

TE’s claim that migrants have set fires to their own camps in order to be released onto the European mainland is not a new allegation. In fact, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis indicated that migrants were using such a strategy, labeling it the “Moria tactic”. Migrants burned camps down on several occasions, including the massive Moria camp fire earlier this year that destroyed the entire facility

TE is asking for donations to help cover its legal fees, yet it is clear that regardless of who wins the dispute, the proceedings could bankrupt one of the last independent media voices in Germany, while it would have little effect on the finances of one of the best-funded NGOs. Since 2015, over €6.2 million in various grants have been paid out to a number of Mediterranean Sea rescue projects by the EU. And although George Soros’ Open Society Foundation claims on its website that they “do not and have never funded the important direct humanitarian response of NGOs, such as the operation of search and rescue vessels in the Mediterranean”, they finance a number of migrant-related projects on shore, such as SolidarityNow, that are an indispensable link in the migration route from Turkey or Africa.

‘Italians, we will cut your throats’

North African immigrants in a reception center in Sardinia sing, dance, make music videos, and threaten to cut the throats of Italians.

And leftists will most likely find ways to defend them by invoking “cultural difference” or perhaps, linguistic specificity of street hip hop, the Milan daily Libero Quotidiano reported.

The video of these immigrants awaiting recognition of their status, has been making the rounds on the internet, posted also on Radio Savana on Twitter.

The radio station riled against the “illegal Africans” who evade, rob, harass, fight, get drunk, attack police, and the list continues. Strong words, which, however, express the sense of anger and frustration felt by many Italians. In a word, injustice.

The worrying security situation in Italy has prompted League leader Matteo Salvini to remark on Twitter: “Doing good is the evil of this country.”
