At a gas station on the streets Paul-Seydel-Straße/Albertstraße in Limbach-Oberfrohna, an argument broke out on last Monday evening in the course of which a 36-year-old man was seriously injured.
According to initial findings, a 23-year-old hit a 26-year-old woman in the face after an initially verbal argument. The 23-year-old then ran away and was pursued by a 36-year-old. Subsequently, the younger of the two men severely injured the older one with a knife, so that the 36-year-old had to be admitted to hospital as an in-patient. The 23-year-old Pakistani was provisionally arrested and taken to prison. Further investigations will follow.
