The Cologne police are searching for a Turkish-speaking man about 1.80 metres tall with a short brown mohawk haircut using images from a surveillance camera. The man is suspected of having sat down next to a 23-year-old woman from Cologne at the Köln-Deutz tram stop (line 4) on Saturday morning ( March 23) at around 6.20 a.m. and of having massaged his erected penis with his trousers unzipped. Shortly before the Severinstraße stop, the 20-30-year-old stranger grabbed the young woman’s hand and led her to his genital. The young woman broke away from the suspect, who was dressed in a striking white jacket and dark jeans, and left the train. The Criminal Investigation Department 12 receives information about the suspect by calling 0221 229-0 or sending an e-mail to poststelle.koeln@polizei.nrw.de .
