Already on Thursday, 14th of March, between 5 p.m. and 6.15 p.m. there was a sexual assault in Bavaria on the upper parking deck of the so-called “Tengelmann Center” in Murnau.A 25-year-old stock boy harassed a 13-year-old girl and kept her at the scene of the crime for a long time. The 13-year-old finally managed to escape and get away. 
Over an hour, that’s how long an Afghan held the 13-year-old girl. Again and again she tried to leave. Again and again he grabbed her by the arm, held her back. He grabbed her, “touched her indecently”, as the police put it.The Garmisch-Partenkirchen Criminal Investigation Department under the supervision of the Munich II Public Prosecutor’s Office then took over the investigation and was able to identify a 25-year-old Afghan national as a suspect. The man was provisionally arrested on the 20th of March 2019.
The question remains, why was the crime only now made known?
