Austria: A pupil from Pakistan brought firearm to his class

The conditions in our classrooms seem to get worse and worse: During school lessons, a 13-year-old pupil from Pakistan dropped a firearm out of his schoolbag at the NMS 2 school in Ried in the Inn district. It was a “soft gun pistol”. It was Tuesday morning, during English lessons, when the student’s schoolbag fell over and the alleged firearm came to light. The two teachers, who were teaching together, informed the headmistress. The police have been called. The 23 pupils were taken to a neighbouring class, and then the headmistress confronted the 13-year-old, who has been constantly causing problems for two years, and talked to him. The boy from Pakistan denied, however, that the gun belonged to him and even claimed that a classmate had put it there. The father had to pick up his child, who is not allowed to go back to school for the time being. A care teacher took care of his classmates.

Rape by migrants is apparently no longer punishable in Germany

The Bielefeld Regional Court on Wednesday acquitted nine young men of accusations of raping a 14-year-old girl in Harsewinkel in the Gütersloh district. However, two of the nine defendants have to work eight community service hours each because of the distribution of pornographic juvenile literature and sexual assault – they had touched the girl against her will. They had filmed the sexual acts of the other young men in the party cellar in November 2017 and posted them on the Internet. The behaviour of the accused was morally not acceptable, but not punishable, the court justified the verdict. The girl had not been able to explain whether she had not initially voluntarily participated. At first, everything seemed very clear. The 14-year-old had arranged to meet one of the suspects at the end of 2017. In a private house, five more boys were added, all between the ages of 14 and 19. The minor was presumably the victim of serious sexual assaults in the basement of the house. They drank together, then five of the group allegedly raped the girl and recorded the incident on film. Then they would have accompanied the heavily drunk girl to a park and then called an ambulance. The paramedics had also informed the police. At first the authorities had not gone public to conduct initial investigations for reasons of the protection of minors. At first the authorities had not gone public to conduct initial investigations for reasons of the protection of minors. After a right-wing populist Internet blog had reported about the crime, details became public. Among the young men are three Syrian citizens.

German Diplomat Included in ‘Worst Outbreaks of Antisemitism’ List

Germany’s U.N. Ambassador Christoph Heusgen will be included in the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s ‘list of worst outbreaks of antisemitism’ this year. In March, he had compared Hamas’ attacks on Israelis to the destruction of terrorists’ homes. For the first time ever, a German diplomat will be included in the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s top ten list of ‘worst outbreaks of antisemitism and anti-Israel incidents’. The Jerusalem Post reported this first. Christoph Heusgen, who will make this year’s list, is Germany’s U.N. Ambassador. He has been known for his anti-Israeli stance for a long time. In the past years, he mostly voted against Israel, in resolutions brought in by Arab states. Those single out the predominantly Jewish state as an aggressor and occupation force and are usually based on conspiracy theories and hatred. In March of 2019, Heusgen compared rockets fired at Israel by the terror organization Hamas to Israel’s destruction of homes owned by terrorists. “We believe that international law is the best way to protect civilians and allow them to live in peace and security”, Heusgen had said, “and without fear of Israeli bulldozers or Hamas rockets.” This quote got him onto the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s list. When the Human Rights organization announced Heusgen might hit the list a few days ago, the Foreign Ministry in Berlin firmly rejected the accusation of antisemitism. According to The Jerusalem Post, the Simon Wiesenthal Center quoted the German ‘Bild’ tabloid in its justification. In an opinion piece, the daily had accused Heusgen of “pure malice” against Israel. The NGO also noted Heusgen’s voting record. In 2018, he voted against Israel 16 times and abstained once. This year, he voted in favor of nine U.N. resolutions against Israel, abstained three times and voted against one of them. The small Jewish community in Germany and some conservative and liberal politicians have criticized Berlin’s anti-Israeli stance harshly during the past years. U.N. Ambassadors usually do not take their decisions alone. Heusgen’s superior, Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, keeps on condemning antisemitism in speeches, but has not stopped the latter at his own United Nations mission. The definition of antisemitism includes singling out the only Jewish state in the world. This is the case at some U.N. bodies which pass more resolutions against Israel than against all other countries combined. Spreading conspiracy theories and false accusations against Israel, which anti-Israeli U.N. resolutions usually do, is also antisemitic, while fair criticism based on facts is not. In its justification for adding Heusgen to its list of worst outbreaks of antisemitism, the Simon Wiesenthal Center also quotes Chanellor Angela Merkel. In 2008, she had said this in front of the Knesset: “The security of Israel is never negotiable for me as German Chancellor.” Back then, Merkel also stated support for Israel was raison d’etat. “It seems Heusgen never got the memo”, the Wiesenthal Center added to its justification for putting him on the list, the Jerusalem Post reported.Christoph Heusgen is the first German diplomat to be added to the list. The German publisher Jakob Augstein was on it in 2012. Over the years, antisemites like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the former Iranian president, have been part of the list too. Great Britain’s Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn is on it this time. “No one has done more to mainstream antisemitism into the political and social life of a democracy than the Jeremy Corbyn-led Labour Party”, the Simon Wiesenthal Center said. Christoph Heusgen entered Germany’s foreign service in 1980. He worked at the consulate in Chicago and the embassy in Paris before returning to Bonn and Berlin. More recently, starting in 2005, he was Chancellor Angela Merkel’s foreign policy adviser.

Syrian known to the police threatens family father and his children as well as the employees of a hospital with a knife – After being chased across town by the police, he was arrested

Yesterday evening, a man threatened several people with a knife and then robbed a car in Krefeld. Police arrested the allegedly mentally ill man after a short escape. Around 06:30 p.m. the man threatened several employees of a hospital on the street Dießemer Bruch with a knife. Since he was in a closed section of the hospital, he used the knife to escape. He went to the parking lot of a nearby hospital and forced a man to hand over the car while the knife was in front of him as he was fastening the seat belts to his children. He quickly pulled the two children out of the vehicle and handed it over to the obviously confused man. The latter broke through the closed barrier of the parking lot and fled at high speed towards Gath. Meanwhile, police patrol cars had arrived and chased him. When he stopped, the police officers overpowered him. They used pepper spray. The man is a 23-year-old Syrian who lives in Krefeld. He is already known to the police and is now back in hospital. Germany: Iraqi arrested for raping 13-year-old girl

The public prosecutor’s office in Tübingen and the criminal investigation department in Tübingen are investigating a 28-year-old man who is suspected of having committed several robberies and sexual crimes to the detriment of minors since December 2018.The suspect is already in custody. According to previous criminal investigations, the suspect had probably lured a 13-year-old girl into his apartment in Tübingen last December. There, he is said to have performed sexual acts on the dressed child. Approximately four weeks later, he is also said to have made alcohol and narcotics available to a 16-year-old girl in his apartment at the time of the crime and then raped her. In addition, the 28-year-old is suspected of having kicked a 14-year-old on the evening of 24.08.2019 in the area of the Blaue Bridge in Tübingen. At the defendant’s demand, the victim handed him his baseball cap. According to the current state of investigations, he is said to have snatched the Bluetooth box from the hands of the teenager’s twelve-year-old companion immediately afterwards. The two boys were only acquainted with the suspect. Both the sexual and robbery offences were not reported to the police by the victims until several weeks later. The subsequent investigations by the criminal investigation department led to an urgent suspicion of the 28-year-old. The public prosecutor’s office in Tübingen then issued an arrest warrant against the accused, who had already left his home address at that time and had apparently been without a fixed address ever since. Last Thursday, however, he was arrested at Rottenburg station. At his current location in Rottenburg, the officers also found and confiscated the 14-year-old boy’s  baseball cap.Last Thursday, however, he was arrested at Rottenburg station. The Commentary: The Murder of Augsburg and Merkel’s Failure

Translation

Mrs. Merkel,

what else can one say? A few weeks before the silent night, it has become a fatal fact in Augsburg that a 49-year-old German firefighter can no longer spend Christmas with his loved ones. And again a person dies in your country, is taken from his family, robbed of his future, becomes a victim of so-called environmental violence. This time a fireman, a man who risked his life to serve his fellow citizens, an idealist, a knight in shining armour. In the presence of his wife, he was beaten to death in the bloodlust of perpetrators known to the police. The news of his death is spreading through the media and social networks, hundreds of thousands of people are touched by his fate and have every right to ask why this innocent man died? Because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time, is the rather simple answer. Because in December 2019, on his way home from a Christmas market, he walked freely on German streets, felt safe in the streets of your country. According to initial findings, it was a “chance encounter” between the victim and his murderers. Coincidence, Mrs. Merkel, no longer happens in view of the recurring individual cases. How far has your own Germany degenerated in the meantime to the point that as a righteous person one is no longer safe on the streets of your cities? And the perpetrators’ motive? Quite simple: violence, brutality, lack of empathy, cruelty. Perhaps a public prosecutor or an expert of your judicial system will be available who might find verbose a psychological disorder of the perpetrators already known to the police, in order not to have to admit the manifold problems of your immigration and security policy. And what do you do, Mrs. Merkel? You are keeping quiet! And what do you do, Mrs. Merkel? You are keeping quiet! When your minister (Altmaier, Ed.) Humpty Dumpty fell over the stairs, your recovery wishes were sooner in the hospital than the injured patient himself. When one of your fellow countrymen is one of the hundreds of dead in your catastrophic social and security policy, you keep quiet. In lack of empathy and sympathy, you are probably closer to the perpetrators in your stubbornness than you think. You not only fail politically, but also humanly.

Merry Christmas 2019!
