More accounts contradicting the ‘official’ account of the mass killings at shish bar in Hanau

Below, the complete text and video of our previous post on this issue with another video. Thank you MissPiggy for keeping an eye on this story and translating the mounting evidence of what looks like yet another in the Merkel deceptions and misrepresentations of tragic events to crush all attempts at a counter-revolution against the Menshevik communists now running the West in most ways.

Those of you who follow European politics might have heard about the “far right wing racist” guy who shot up a club killing many Kurdish people for some reason.

While this atrocity remains an atrocity, we did not publish anything about it because we spotted the pattern of Merkel and the leftist government media complex either using or even ORCHESTRATING events in order to demonize, marginalize and now, even an attempt to criminalize the classically liberal, AfD party. It is freakish how these events happen before regional elections and also no surprise at this point how the event is used.

We saw it first in Chemnitz which was busted by Merkel’s own director of Intel, who was then moved to another portfolio right away. He would have been fired if not for the coalition partner who made sure he got an even better job, but outside of Intel.

There have been other instances, but the next one that seems clear was the abuse of an event where a nutty fellow who was not even right wing, went and attempted an attack on a small city Synagogue which failed but he killed two unrelated persons in the process. All information on this attack was banned and controlled just as was this new case. Manifestos and videos taken off line and especially in Germany as the facts and motives were reformatted to fit Merkel’s Neo-Marxist narrative.

We did not want to publish anything while the Neo-Marxist machine had control of the narrative.

Information about the killer of the Kurds is now beginning to seep out here and there and now it has become worth posting about. Here is the first couple of items stitched together into one video:

The woman in the second video is co-chair of Germany’s federal AfD.

US slams French failure to try killer of Jewish French woman

The U.S. special envoy to monitor and combat anti-Semitism implicitly criticized the decision in France not to try a man who killed his Jewish neighbor.

Elan Carr referenced the decision on the killer of Sarah Halimi during a conference Monday on anti-Semitism organized by the European Jewish Association in Paris.

In December, a judge decided not to try Kobili Traore of killing Halimi in 2017 while shouting about Allah. The judge cited psychiatric evaluations saying Traore’s consumption of marijuana before the incident led to a “delirious episode” that made him not legally responsible for his actions. But the judge also said that Traore, who is in his 30s, killed Halimi because he is an anti-Semite.

The ruling provoked outrage by French Jews. Last month, President Emmanuel Macron said that “there is a need for a trial” for Traore.

“You don’t dismiss hate crime charges for issues like the consumption of marijuana,” Carr said, referencing his credentials as a former prosecutor in Los Angeles. “It doesn’t explain away hate crimes that need to be prosecuted to the utmost severity of the law.”

The conference, titled “Jews in Europe: United for a Better Future,” was held at the European Center for Judaism, a $17 million community center opened in October.

Menachem Margolin, chairman of the European Jewish Association, said the building and growing engagement with Judaism by many European Jews is making him “hopeful of the future of Jews here” despite the challenges.

Germany carnival terror attack: Car slams into crowd, several injured

A car drove into a crowd at a Carnival procession in a German town on Monday, injuring several people, police said.

A large number of police are at the scene in Volkmarsen, about 175 miles southwest of Berlin, and the driver was arrested, Northern Hesse police said.

Local media reported at least a dozen injuries, including children, but police couldn’t immediately confirm the information. Video from the scene showed a silver Mercedes station wagon with local license plates and its hazard lights blinking on the sidewalk, while emergency crews walked by.

The crash came amid the height of Germany’s celebration of Carnival, with the biggest parades in Cologne, Duesseldorf and Mainz. Volkmarsen, a town of about 7,000, is east of Duesseldorf, near Kassel.

Police shut down the area to allow emergency crews to deal with the crash.

Police said they couldn’t immediately provide further details and urged people not to spread “unconfirmed reports” about the crash.

Police say they haven’t received any reports of any deaths, and don’t have a specific number of injuries yet. They say it is too early to say what caused the car to crash into the crowd.

The regional Frankfurter Rundschau newspaper reported that witnesses said the driver drove around a barrier blocking off traffic from the parade, but that it wasn’t yet clear whether he intentionally headed toward the crowd.

Controversial Liking and Sharing Now Illegal in Switzerland

Switzerland was once a bastion of relative liberty. Then moonbattery crept up into the mountains. Now, due to a Swiss Federal Court ruling, clicking Facebook like or share buttons could constitute a crime if authorities disapprove of the content.

Via Gizmodo:

The defendant in the case had liked posts that accused animal rights activist Erwin Kessler of being an anti-Semite and a neo-Nazi, the Local reported, with a Zurich court ruling in 2017 that he must pay a fine for helping spread defamatory content. (Kessler was convicted of racial discrimination in 1998.) According to Bloomberg, the Federal Court upheld the Zurich court’s ruling that liking and sharing content can constitute defamation, writing that “activating both ‘like’ and ‘share’ buttons in Facebook can improve visibility and thereby contribute to the dissemination within the social network of marked content.”

That means you cannot safely like or share anything without being able to prove in court that it is accurate. This would soon put an end to liking and sharing anything that could be construed as even remotely controversial from the point of view of the leftist ruling class. The point is to reduce the Internet to uninteresting politically correct pabulum, like public broadcasting.

Kessler has not yet been given a chance to prove that his accusations are true. But since few people have the time or money to justify to a hostile court that everything they like or share is factually correct, accuracy is not the issue. Not being offensive to liberals is the issue.

Germany: An Iraqi arrested for the murder of a woman

In the early morning hours of today, a 30-year-old Iraqi woman was found dead in an apartment in downtown Dortmund. Due to the circumstances of the discovery and the first results of the investigation, a homicide is suspected. The 41-year-old Iraqi husband, who had himself called the emergency call of the fire brigade, is highly suspect. Police officers arrested him. A homicide squad has been set up. The exact cause of death is to be clarified in an autopsy, which can only take place tomorrow morning.

Merkel’s CDU posts worst election loss ever in Hamburg

Chancellor Angela Merkel’s embattled Christian-Democrats (CDU) suffered its worst loss ever in the left-leaning German city of Hamburg, sliding to third place behind the Greens during Sunday’s election.

According to a tally of regional public-service broadcasters ARD, the Social-Democrats (SPD) remained the strongest party in Hamburg with a 39.1 percent share of the votes, despite losing 8 percentage points.

Merkel’s CDU only garnered 11.2 percent of the vote, representing a drop of 4.7 percentage points from the last election. CDU conceded second place in the city to the Greens, who seem to have grabbed the combined losses of the aforementioned two parties, almost doubling their share of the vote to 24.2 percent in the city-state.

The CDU’s losses indicate that the recent resignation from the party presidency of Merkel’s protégée, Annegret Kremp-Karrenbauer (nicknamed AKK), only plunged the party into a deeper crisis. She was pressured into resigning after a scandal in the eastern state of Thuringia had damaged the party.

The CDU there caused consternation by voting with the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) to elect a regional leader, a move Merkel described as “unforgivable” and against the CDU’s values.

The AfD managed to remain in parliament by scoring 5.3 percent of the vote, which is just above the bare minimum of 5 percent they needed to stay in government.

CDU general secretary Paul Ziemiak said it was a “bitter day” for the party.

The Hansa city is one of the SPD’s staunchest strongholds in Germany, having been under Social-Democrat leadership for the most part since the end of World War II except for four years in the 1950s and the first decade of the 2000s.

During the latter period it was led by a Black-Green coalition of the CDU and the Green Party.

Analysts point out that the Green Party’s major victory could have been facilitated by climate activist Greta Thunberg who attended a rally there on Friday. The party has also been extremely pro-migrant, even advocating that Germany accept 150 million “climate refugees” over the coming years.

Despite its losses, the SPD, Merkel’s coalition partners at the federal level, will likely remain in power with the Greens, meaning that 54-year-old physician Peter Tschentscher will in the mayor’s seat he won in 2018, after his predecessor, Olaf Scholz left state politics to become federal minister of finance and vice chancellor of Germany in the fourth Merkel-government.

Deport George Soros as a Nazi Collaborator

The deportation of a Nazi death camp guard from his residence in Queens, New York, in 2018 by ICE was described as the removal of the “last known Nazi collaborator from the United States.”

That’s not quite true.

There’s another Nazi collaborator living on Fifth Avenue. He’s a billionaire and untouchable because his dubious fortune has been used to finance the Democrat Party, radical leftists, assorted anti-Semites, and opponents of ICE: the agency that should step in to remove the aged Hungarian from the United States.

The legal basis for removing Soros is quite clear.

The Holtzman Amendment states that “Any alien… under the direction of, or in association with…  (II) any government in any area occupied by the military forces of the Nazi government of Germany, (III) any government established with the assistance or cooperation of the Nazi government of Germany, or (IV) any government which was an ally of the Nazi government of Germany, ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the persecution of any person because of race, religion, national origin, or political opinion is inadmissible.” It provides grounds for deportation even retroactively.

On 60 Minutes, Soros had admitted working with a Hungarian Nazi collaborator to confiscate Jewish property. While he and his flacks have since tried to spin that admission, the interviewis quite clear.

“My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson, went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews,” Steve Kroft asked the radical billionaire.

“Yes, that’s right. Yes,” Soros admitted, nodding his head.

In his biography, Soros’ father described his son working with a Hungarian Nazi official to inventory the property of a Jewish person. Soros has made that same claim elsewhere. The official, variously named as Baumbach or Baumflass by Soros and his father, both probably fake names, worked for the Hungarian government. This would have been under the Quisling regime of Döme Sztójay.

Horthy, the leader of Hungary for most of WW2, had been an ally of Nazi Germany, but once he saw which way the war was headed, tried to reach a deal with the allies. In response, Hitler occupied Hungary, removed Horthy, and had him replaced with Sztójay. While Hungarian Jews had been persecuted under Horthy, the Holocaust really began in Hungary under Sztójay. An official of a government under Sztójay would qualify under II, III and IV of the Holtzman Amendment.

Soros told Adam Smith’s Money World, a PBS series, “I actually went with him and we took possession of these large estates.”

When Soros originally made these admissions in the nineties, there was little interest in him outside the financial world. As he began using his massive fortune to buy elections, and fund lefty groups hostile to America, Europe, and Israel, there was renewed interest in his wartime activities. His political allies in the media have vociferously condemned any mention of his collaboration and have worked to rewrite history, claiming that these admissions by Soros were poorly worded or taken out of context.

Innumerable fact checks have claimed that Soros was only a frightened little boy hiding out for his life.

These fact checks ignore the simple fact that Soros was not “hiding” by going off to participate in the confiscation of the estate of a Jewish industrialist. Hiding out meant staying out of sight. Soros never actually stayed out of sight while with the Nazi collaborator, he hiked and chatted with friends.

Why did George Soros actually go to the Kornfeld estate?

Tivadar Soros, the billionaire’s father, revealed that, “The following week the kind-hearted Baufluss, in an effort to cheer the unhappy lad up, took him off with him to the provinces. At the time he was working in Transdanubia, west of Budapest, on the model estate of a Jewish aristocrat, Baron Moric Kornfeld. There they were wined and dined by what was left of the staff. George also met several other ministry officials, who immediately took a liking to the young man, the alleged godson of Mr Baufluss. He even helped with the inventory. Surrounded by good company, he quickly regained his spirits.”

Soros did not go to the Kornfeld estate to hide out, but because a Nazi collaborator paid by the Soros family thought that it would cheer him up. He was not a frightened child. And he was not hiding out. Instead, he voluntarily went to the worst possible place that an actual Jew hiding out could possibly be, hanging out with officials dispatched to identify and persecute Jews, because he was having fun.

This matches Soros’ description elsewhere of the period as the “most exciting time of my life”.

Or as he stated elsewhere, “1944 was the happiest year of my life. This is a strange, almost offensive thing to say because 1944 was the year of the Holocaust, but it is true.”

The fact checks claiming that George Soros was a teenager who only did what he had to are false. The account by his father and the circumstances of his collaboration show that he did it for fun.

The claims that Soros collaborated because he was hiding out were disproven by his father’s words.

Soros was a teenager at the time. But the Holtzman Amendment does not set an age limit. And, as an adult, Soros has remained unrepentant, expressing a lack of guilt in the 60 Minutes interview.

There might be a debate about whether a teenager should be punished for his actions during the war. But no one is putting Soros on trial. Courts have held that deportation is not a punishment. As an unrepentant adult, he is eligible to be deported from the United States for his voluntary collaboration in the persecution of Jews because his past renders him inadmissible to remain on American soil.

Since the relevant crime was committed on Hungarian soil, Hungary’s government can request his extradition to face justice. Soros still holds Hungarian citizenship and that is his motherland.

Or he can be deported back to England, where he emigrated to the United States from.

George Soros came to the United States in 1956. At some point, he became a citizen of this country. It is unknown whether he was ever asked about what he did during the war. Such questions often weren’t asked at the time and this allowed many Nazi war criminals to penetrate the United States.

But we do know that Soros had trouble obtaining a visa to originally enter the United States.

Soros obtained his visa under the skilled worker quotas of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. While the bill makes no specific mention of Nazi war crimes, it declares visa applicants affiliated with totalitarian movements ineligible. Arguably, Soros illegitimately procured his visa. And, having done so, he can be denaturalized, and then treated as a deportable alien under the Holtzman Amendment.

Aliens can be deported from the United States, not based on current deportability rules, but those under which they were admitted. In Soros’ case, those would be the 1952 rules of the INA.

If denaturalizing Soros for improperly receiving a visa under INA’s totalitarian alien exclusion seems too challenging, we also know that he was initially turned down for a visa because he was too young to be considered a specialist. He was allowed in only because of an affidavit filed on his behalf by a currency analyst which misrepresented the state of the industry in order to overcome that barrier. A visa based on misrepresentation is invalid. The invalid visa provides grounds for denaturalizing Soros. And his collaboration provides a basis for treating him as a deportable alien and expelling him from America.

Last year, Soros’ Open Society Foundation began taking on denaturalization. Perhaps its founder is worried. He ought to be. His campaign for open borders and his war against immigration laws has backfired and put into place an administration that is determined to end open borders.

And it would only be fitting for the open borders billionaire to end up on the wrong side of the border.

George Soros never paid for a lifetime of misdeeds. And it would also be fitting to start with what may be his oldest crime. The Holtzman Amendment leaves no room for Nazi collaborators in America.

Not even when their billions have funded politicians, judges, organizations, and the Democrat Party.

Scotland to Allow Refugees to Vote and Run for Office

Visit Scotland

Scotland, as I noted in the past, under the lefty SNP is even more pro-migrant than the rest of the UK.

By the summer of last year, Glasgow had the highest number of housed refugees in the UK with almost 10% of the “asylum seekers” setting up shop in the Scottish city. The overflow of refugees, many of them from Pakistan, Iraq, and Afghanistan, has brought in government money, but also violence and crime. By the 2011 census, a fifth of Glasgow’s population was non-Scottish.

In 2007, Bashir Ahmad became the first Muslim member of the Scottish Parliament for the SNP from Glasgow. He was followed by Humza Yousaf, his former assistant, who became the first Muslim cabinet minister holding down the justice portfolio and took his oath of allegiance in the Scottish Parliament in Urdu. Jahangir Hanif, a Glasgow SNP councilor, was caught teaching his children to fire an AK-47 at a training camp in Pakistan, near Kashmir.

The SNP’s Islamic squad came through the Muslim Brotherhood’s local outlet, the Scottish Islamic Foundation. And the SNP generously funneled money to the SIF in recognition of their support.

The SIF’s boss, Osama Saeed, who has cheered a return of the Caliphate, was an adviser to former First Minister Alex Salmond, the SNP’s dirty leader, who ran Scotland into the ground.

Salmond is currently on trial for assaulting 10 women.

Meanwhile the SNP’s next prospective leader is off track for sending inappropriate messages to an underage boy, but the migrant agenda continues unabated with the Scottish Parliament moving to allow refugees to vote.

The Scottish Parliament has passed a bill extending the right to vote to all foreign nationals with permanent residency, including those granted refugee status. They can now vote in local elections as well as the national Scottish Parliament (in the U.K., Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland hold some amount of autonomy through devolved legislatures, not too dissimilar from federalism in the U.S.). They will also be able to stand for election themselves.

Scottish Cabinet Secretary Michael Russell said “This Bill (…) reflects the reality of modern Scotland: a nation committed to robustly meeting our duties to the treaties that safeguard our human rights, that welcomes those who seek to join our society, and gives a democratic voice to the most marginalised in our communities.”

You can guess yourself who the refugees are and whom this will benefit. Aside from the SNP.

This makes the political agenda behind bringing vast numbers of Muslim refugees to Scotland manifest. Soliciting the votes of refugees now becomes an open goal. It’s no longer a conspiracy theory. It’s policy.

As refugees become open political players, their key demand, aside from more benefits, will be more refugees, and their ability to vote will leverage the political pressure needed to more drastically transform Scotland in an even shorter time.
