Germany: Because her daughter resisted being stalked by the Turk Mustafa, he shot her mother in the stairwell

Around 3.35 p.m. shots are heard in the stairwell at Karl-Arnold-Ring in Hamburg. Minutes later, rescuers are fighting for the life of Shakir B. (53)!

The crime: According to information from the newspaper BILD, the woman had returned home with her son. There Mustafa D. (23) was already lying in wait for them.

On the way to the family’s flat, D. allegedly fired three times with a pistol at Shakir B..

She collapsed, the alleged perpetrator fled!

The 53-year-old woman was taken to a hospital in an ambulance, seriously injured. Heavily armed police immediately started the search. They stationed their unit around the street Wittestraße, 2.4 kilometres away from the crime scene. There they arrested Mustafa D. at 5.03 p.m. and took him in handcuffs to a police car. Afterwards, the officers searched his flat in the street Keindorffstraße.

A girlfriend of the victim told BILD: “The man had been stalking the daughter of the injured woman almost every day, following her. But the daughter wanted him to leave her alone.”

But Mustafa D. apparently did not abide by this. Liddy Oechtering, spokeswoman for the public prosecutor’s office: “We are checking whether there has been an attempted homicide.”

Brothers of Italy party submits bill for mass deportation of illegal immigrants

Italy’s Brothers of Italy (FdI) party has submitted a bill to parliament which, if approved, would allow the mass deportation of migrants flooding the country, Hungarian daily Magyar Nemzet reports.

While the government is struggling to curb the epidemic and procure the vaccine, it is forgetting border protection while immigrants arrive en masse, Meloni said. The center-right party plans to fight immigration with tough measures — such as setting up a naval blockade — but that would still leave the matter of what to do with the substantial illegal immigrant population already in the country.

The reality is that the immigration restrictionist legislation is likely to be blocked by Italy’s left-wing government. Last year, Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte’s government granted mass amnesty to the country’s estimated 600,000 illegal immigrants.

Epidemiological indicators are deteriorating in Italy, the opening of the country and the start-up of the economy have come into perspective, and immigration pressures are mounting. There is also a desperate struggle around vaccine procurement and production. Meloni added that while the pandemic has diverted attention from the issue of immigration to the health emergency, Italian policy will eventually be forced to face the facts.

Compared to recent years, the number of immigrants arriving on the southern Italian coast has jumped. Since the beginning of the year, nearly 6,000 illegal immigrants have arrived in Italy. NGOs are free to travel in the waters of the Mediterranean and then transport migrants to Europe, but the practice has resulted in prosecutors claiming that some of them are participating in human trafficking, resulting in the arrest of a number of activists this month.

Provisions put in place to curb the epidemic are not always accepted by migrant newcomers, with many rebelling against the conditions of their accommodations. In many cases, hundreds of migrants have escaped from quarantines, and locals are following such events with concern. Just this week, seven migrants escaped from the Pozzallo reception center in Sicily without undergoing medical examinations.

Local communities are outraged that despite they have been subjected to bitter lockdowns at the same time a substantial number of migrants flow int the country, with many disregarding quarantines. Polling reflects these sentiments, with a strong majority of Italians — 65 percent — saying they feel threatened by migration in a survey of September last year.

In addition to the right-wing League, Meloni’s FdI also made a number of proposals to curb illegal immigration. In addition to the naval blockade, Meloni’s party, which has been protesting the issue for months, proposes that those who are not eligible for refugee status should even be subject to the possibility of mass deportation

Italy would not be the first European member state to use mass expulsions of immigrants, as such mass expulsions are permitted in Spain.

“If the government does not accept the proposal, it means that it is not just supporting refugees, but the occupation of the continent by mass illegal immigration,” FdI MP and representative for external relations Andrea Delmastro delle Vedove said.

Confusion about Covid-19 deaths is intentional says German doctor

The health policy spokeswoman for the AfD delegation in the EU Parliament and a member of the AfD’s federal board, Sylvia Limmer, believes the confusion about Corona cases has been intentional.

“Even after a year of Corona and many months in the so-called lockdown, which brought massive restrictions on fundamental rights for everyone and still means the destruction of economic existence for quite a few, there is chaos in the numbers around Corona. Or should I better say deliberate lack of transparency?”

The current statistics of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) do not contain information on mortality, said Limmer. “Probably for good reason… Corona almost exclusively affects the older population groups over 70 years of age. Some 89 percent of Coronavirus-related deaths are 70 years and older. In other words, of the 70 251 deaths reported by March 2, 2021 since the start of the pandemic, only 7691 deaths were recorded in the age group from 0 to 69 years. That is in the group of children, schoolchildren, adolescents and workers. Just for comparison: In 2018 around 345 000 people died of heart and circulatory diseases.”

“In view of this data, it is difficult to find a reasonable justification for the fact that there has been no regular classroom teaching in schools for almost a year, that retail, catering and many other businesses have been brought to the brink of destruction… Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of those people who think Corona is completely harmless. But it makes a big difference whether you are 35, 75 or even older.”

Limmer continues: “Overloading the intensive care beds with Covid-19 patients was never a real danger either. The main problem is not a lack of intensive care beds, but sufficient nursing staff, which was known long before the Corona. Currently, 2700 of the slightly more than 24 000 intensive care beds in Germany are occupied with Covid-19 patients.

“In all free societies, people have civil rights. These are not assigned to you by a generous state, but you simply have them. The state must not exploit the Corona epidemic to undermine these civil rights. Nor should it lead to the state dividing people into different classes with different rights. Under this guise, all possible restrictions can be expanded at will. Corona precaution today, the alleged climate precaution tomorrow. The door and gate are open to the state’s arbitrariness.”

Limmer opposes the indirect vaccination requirement: “It is unclear how far immune protection actually goes. Due to the shortened approval process, the safety and effectiveness of possible Corona vaccines may be impaired. In such circumstances, demanding government-controlled proof of immunity is dangerous. Incidentally, the German Ethics Council has also advised against a Covid-19 immunity certificate.”

On Facebook, Limmer noted that the vaccines that have been used so far are a completely new technology, the so-called mRNA vaccine. “There is no approved vaccine for use in the human area with this technology…. This week in plenary there were again two motions to ban the import of genetically modified maize and cotton into the EU. Presumably, these requests will be approved as usual. One is afraid of a protein in corn that is not normally found there, and is fed to cattle and how please, would something harm us after digestion in the cattle intestines? At the same time you happily let genetically engineered vaccines or genetically modified viruses be injected into you…?”

The Council of Europe (PACE) also called on its member states to counteract political pressure and discrimination if people do not want to be vaccinated against Corona. Council of Europe resolutions are not laws, however.

The initiative in the Committee for Social Order, Health and Sustainable Development of the Council of Europe came largely from AfD member of the Bundestag Ulrich Oehme , whose passage on the voluntary nature and the prohibition of discrimination against non-vaccinated/unwilling found its way into the resolution.

German Social Democratic Party (SPD) Federal Minister appointed a Muslim woman from an organisation close to the Muslim Brotherhood to moderate a youth hearing

The German Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth Franziska Giffey appointed Ouassima Laabich-Mansour ( also known as Quassima Laabich), who is a member of the board of directors of the Muslim Youth of Germany (MJD), to moderate the Federal Government’s Youth Hearing? The MJD is considered the youth organisation of the German Muslim Community of Germany (DMG), which is the largest organisation in this country in which Muslim Brotherhood members organise themselves. Why does the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BFSFJ) repeatedly promote Islamist organisations and activists, among other things via the “Live Democracy” campaign? Why are such activists presented to uninformed young people as ordinary Muslims? What is the point? Who is profiting? What is the profit and motivation of the decision-makers there in the ministry? Why are Muslim brothers and sisters promoted, supported, protected and secretly passed off as ordinary Muslims?

Only one year living in Austria as an asylum seeker and already he is on trial for supporting the terrorist group Islamic State, for spreading Nazi propaganda and for possessing child pornographic material

Heavily armed and hooded police officers are already deployed in front of the entrance to the Judicial Centre on Thursday morning. The reason for the increased security precautions is a trial that has started in the large jury courtroom of the regional court in the morning.

A 22-year-old Chechen is in the dock, accused of being a member of a terrorist organisation and a criminal organisation. In addition, the 22-year-old is accused of re-offending in the National Socialist sense, as well as of possessing pornographic images of minors and of forging an identity card.

The accused had arrived in Austria in March 2019, where he was accommodated in refugee accommodation. Until a house search had taken place in November of the previous year, the man had allegedly participated as a member of a terrorist organisation, according to the indictment.

In his accommodation in Eisenstadt, the 22-year-old, who has since received a rejected asylum decision, is alleged to have sung Islamic fight songs and voiced that jihad was good. About 600 files on IS, including propaganda and torture videos, were found on his mobile phone, according to the accusation. Among them were videos showing brutal atrocities against people.

The man is also said to have been active in the National Socialist sense: Among other things, the Chechen is said to have collected and possessed pictures of Adolf Hitler and other relevant visual material. During the house search in the accused’s accommodation, more than 30 files were found showing pornographic images of minors.

The accused showed partial confession in court. According to his lawyer, Andreas Schweitzer, his client had joined a Whats-App group where the propaganda has been sent. “What he got, many others also received,” said the defence lawyer.

Some of the files were sent on by his client. It was only stored on his mobile phone because photos were automatically saved by Whats-App.

“Are you now addicted to Islam or to National Socialism?” the defence lawyer had asked his client. His client answered: “I got these, I didn’t think anything of it. He had nothing to do with National Socialism.

He also thinks his client has nothing to do with National Socialism, says lawyer Schweitzer. “My client is still young, he can still change his mind.” The accused himself confessed in part.

He described how he had been imprisoned and tortured in his home country because a friend had sent him a video with content critical of the system. For this reason, and also because one of his brothers lives in Austria, he had also come to Austria. The fact that another brother had fought for the IS in Syria had not been a role model for him, the accused said. “Of course I love my brother, but not as a fighter.

When asked why he had possessed pornographic material of minors, tears come to his eyes. “I am terribly sorry, I am ashamed of it.”

Witnesses are to be heard in the afternoon, a verdict is expected in the evening.
