A shooting broke out in Berlin Kreuzberg on the morning of Boxing Day. At least four people were injured, among other things by gunshots, according to official statements. The police reported four injured people. The fire department said that three seriously injured people had been brought to the hospital. A homicide squad has taken over the investigation.

According to the Bild newspaper, the shooting took place at around 4 am not far from the SPD headquarters, around the Möckernbrücke underground station, which is located directly on the Landwehr Canal.

The police searched the bushes on the bank with flashlights and blocked the surrounding areas. Heavily armed police officers appeared to be looking for other people involved in the shooting. A helicopter was also used. One of the injured had to be pulled from the Landwehr Canal.

So far the police have not disclosed any information about who fired the shots. The situation is currently unclear, a police spokeswoman told the news agency dpa. Information on how many people shot could not be given either. According to the police, there is no evidence of a political motive, the spokeswoman said. The crime scene is apparently in a gate entrance on Stresemannstrasse, as a photographer from the news agency dpa reported.

Berlin has experienced repeated violence between criminal Arab clans. Many belong to the Arabic Mhallami ethnic group from East Anatolia, Turkey. Scholar Ralph Ghadban, says for these Arab clans,  Germany is seen as simply a society to take from.

Recently there was an attack by about a dozen men on an apartment and a car in the Kreuzberg district after a 29-year-old was hit by bullets.

The documentation incriminating US officials, the whole US Embassy, and US banking houses, involved in the corruption and cover-up should be no surprise.

Here’s a high level gist of the Press Conference (and yes, they have witnesses – now in protective custody, documents, bank accounts, transfers, receipt, and yes recorded calls and video- they don’t share it all but give you an idea as to what they have):

First they outline the scheme used to launder money via Ukraine’s energy sector primarily Natural Gas (Burisma) and coal (another company). Poreshneko (corrupt Ukraine Pres, previous Pres) had an elaborate system of shadow businesses and accounts used to pass the money along (this is where the witnesses come from- they were involved in other countries and turned over computers). They, Burisma, used Hunter Biden and Devin Archers influence on the board to strong arm consolidation of the gas market in Ukraine. Used propaganda to sell to the Ukraine people that….wait for it…gas and coal from Pennsylvania, and two other non US entities were going to wipe them out. This allowed the to considerate and artificially raise prices. This then allowed Poreshenko to artificially raise energy tariffs. HIs people then took that extra money and moved it around. It eventually ended up in the pockets who helped them- for the US they mention Obama officials generically and explicitly with Hunter Biden and Devin Archer- they have the documents that track the money back to the 83,333.33 payments (which the protected informant shared caused him to come clean- he wants nothing to do with that- he thought he was just laundering Ukrainian / Russian stolen goods). They tie to three major US companies- Citibank (name the CEO directly in the chart), Morgan Stanley (not CEO), and Seneca Holdings (Joe and Hunter’s company). They lay it all out.

Next they outline the money laundering schemes involving US Foreign Aid- laundered similarly but with different players in different government agencies but the same actors outside that move the money. This includes the scheme to fire the prosecutor (remember Joey B- and damn it, they fired him). Well, we learn all about the involvement of George Kent, the women…I can’t remember her name, and the Charge de’Affairs. The US embassy via these people (and Mnchin believe it or not) were running the Ukrainian Prosecutors office via mandates and money pressure. They, the Obama Embassy people, then put the plan in place to ensure only those vetted through them were hired to replace those requested to be fired by Joey B- the individual presenting said- the US interfered in Ukrainian government operations including interfering in the investigation and prosecution of criminal activity in Ukraine- which violates international law. They mention George Kent specifically being an international criminal now, and tie in the old Charge de’Affairs and the new lady- they mention her name at the end but it slips my mind. Crazy….this is very high level and covered in more detail in the press conference.

They have Biden on the phone (they only share parts but its’ obvious they are talking about the laundering scheme). A few are from 2016 in November- Biden just craps all over Trump saying he and his transition team are a bunch of fools and thus he doesn’t need to brief them (i think purposely set up to prevent sharing info) and so he is still good, they continue with the plan. Then another call btwn Biden and Poreshenko in 2017 (yep, he’s no longer VP- one of several calls they state that happened after he was out of office) Joe Biden re-assures Poreshenko that he is still in and the operation is still good to continue (I’m paraphrasing)- along with Joey B giving himself fellatio and doing the same to Poreshenko- the self admiration is over the top btwn the two. Disgusting.

Oh and Biden calls then President-Elect Trump “a bad dog chasing cars down the road” and they giggle.

On Sunday, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) led a group of Republicans in suing Vice President Mike Pence in order to empower Pence to overturn the Electoral College vote in favor of Joe Biden and give President Donald Trump a second term. Gohmert’s lawsuit asks the court to strike down the 1887 Electoral Count Act as unconstitutional, enabling Pence to select which slate of electors he will count from each state. Some Republicans in contested swing states have formed their own slates of electors and claimed to cast Electoral College votes for Trump.

On January 6, 2021, Pence will meet before Congress to count the Electoral College votes and finalize Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election. While there are serious concerns about fraud and irregularities in the presidential election, team Trump’s lawsuits have failed to overturn the results and it seems unlikely that further efforts will conclusively prove that Trump won more legitimate votes than Biden in key swing states.

The lawsuit seeks to empower Pence to effectively overturn the election results by selecting alternate slates of electors and counting their votes instead of the votes cast by the state’s official electors based on the states’ certified election results.

In order to enable this switch, the lawsuit claims that the    1887 Electoral Count Act — which made the vice president’s role largely ceremonial — violates the Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution (ratified in 1804). The amendment merely states that “The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted.”

“Under the Twelfth Amendment, Defendant Pence alone has the exclusive authority and sole discretion to open and permit the counting of the electoral votes for a given state, and where there are competing slates of electors, or where there is objection to any single slate of electors, to determine which electors’ votes, or whether none, shall be counted,” the lawsuit argues.

The Electoral Count Act lays out the process by which Congress shall handle Electoral College disputes, should at least one member of both the House and the Senate contest the results. Gohmert’s lawsuit claims that this dispute resolution process violates the vice president’s authority to choose which set of electors to count.

The lawsuit claims that Pence will violate the Constitution if he follows the Electoral Count Act and therefore the court must explicitly judge the 1887 law unconstitutional, ruling that Pence “may exercise the exclusive authority and sole discretion in determining which electoral votes to count for a given State.” The lawsuit seeks an injunction preventing Pence from following the Electoral Count Act.

The lawsuit also asks for a declaration that “with respect to competing slates of electors from the State of Arizona or other Contested States, or with respect to objection to any single slate of electors, the Twelfth Amendment contains the exclusive dispute resolution mechanisms, that (i) Vice President Pence determines which slate of electors’ votes shall be counted, or if none be counted, for that State and (ii) if no person has a majority, then the House of Representatives (and only the House of Representatives) shall choose the President where ‘the votes [in the House of Representatives] shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote.’”

Gohmert filed the lawsuit on December 27, about a week and a half before the vote count on January 6, in the Eastern District Court of Texas. This lawsuit appears rather desperate, considering the time constraints.

While there are indeed serious concerns about the presidential election and some alternate slates of electors have declared themselves such, those alternate electors have considerably less credibility. If Pence were to choose them, or to choose not to open the electoral votes from certain disputed states, that decision would cause a constitutional crisis.

Republicans should demand election reform and states should investigate irregularities and claims of fraud, but this kind of desperate attempt to declare Trump the true winner of the 2020 election would arguably do more harm than good. While I firmly supported Trump in the 2020 election and while I fear that a Biden presidency will undermine America’s interests in important ways, I fear that a late reversal of the 2020 election in this way would exacerbate political tensions, encourage antifa street violence, and undermine Americans’ faith in elections.

When Sarrazin published his book “Germany is abolishing itself” a few years ago, there was great indignation in the left-green communities. The warning of the Islamisation or at least Arabisation of Germany within two generations was right-wing scaremongering. This alleged “Nazi lie”, however, has now been adopted by the former Spiegel columnist Ferda Ataman in the newspaper Tagesspiegel as a description of the current situation in order to call for a quota of migrants and blacks in German parliaments, federal, state and local authorities as well as TV and newspaper editorial offices.

Who will dare to contradict her? Certainly no allegedly decent, upright and flawlessly democratic member of civil society! Who will dare to point out that the predictions of Sarrazin and others are likely to come true after all, if the tendency continues unabated to ensure a fertile supply from Africa? A supply that is urgently needed because the biological Germans must remain as childless as possible and be available for the labour market so that the social system does not collapse.Surely no one will criticise Ataman, who is keen to keep his public office, make a career and/or perhaps one day be promoted to a public figure. Already today, the majority of children and young people come from immigrant families. That can’t be true. Such a claim is totally Nazi! Germany is not going to abolish itself! Is it? – It gets interesting when you look at who Ms Ataman calls “immigrants”. These are not only the classical guest workers, who are already living here in the fourth generation, but also all economic migrants from Africa, all asylum seekers, all people staying illegally in Germany. She adds all these up and states:

Our children will already make up the majority society in Germany in the next adult generation. Therefore, it is outrageous that in addition to quite exemplary public authorities, in which already today “a quarter of the employees have a migration background”, in numerous “ministries and offices … only white Germans work”.

Using the example of the administration of the state of Berlin, Ms Ataman shows that the ethnic Germans or Europeans still refuse to accept that they will soon be in the minority in what was once their own country: “Only three per cent of those interviewed in the managerial levels of the Berlin administration are people of colour or black people. Ninety-seven percent are white.” That’s a shame, isn’t it? Discrimination by a future white minority defending its racism in the bunker of the citizens until its last breath.”One can now see that German society is changing (once again),” Ferda Ataman triumphantly states. This is the same claptrap as: “Times are changing!” Because times never change. It always moves the same on the infinite time axis. It is people who bring about change. And that ideological minority that has been fighting for 30 years to allow everyone – and as many Muslims as possible – to come to Germany is now pretending that the change in society was something initiated by the times changing – something that cannot be controlled or influenced.But then the quota woman with a migration background finally talks about Sarrazin. Those who call this deliberate immigration of Islamic and Arab cultures and structures to Germany what it truly is, “worry that the latter will abolish itself. This last view is a nationalist view.” In other words, anyone who opposes this policy of the last decades is a Nazi.”Almost half of all under-18s in Berlin have a migration background. In Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, Hanover, Bremen, Wiesbaden it is already 50 to 60 per cent and in Frankfurt am Main more than 70 per cent.” Anyone who wants to stop this development is a racist. Because only the suppression of everything Caucasian guarantees a tolerant, diverse and democratic society.For the German-born journalist with Turkish parents, the implementation of the reform of Berlin’s “Participation and Integration Law” is a signal that should soon be applied throughout Germany if the nation wants to get rid of the stigma of being a country full of racists. There are lots of words to describe how we feel right now. And none of them are good. It seems the left has checkmated us at every turn.

But we must shake the victim mentality. It is the antithesis of what it means to be an American.

No matter how overwhelmed we feel and no matter how daunting or hopeless our options may seem, we must fight for this country. And we can do it en masse on January 6th.

And as a brief aside: For those who want to fight but only if victory is assured, I recommend disconnecting those two things. We can only fight onward, never knowing when, or if, we will be victorious.

If we don’t fight, then we have surrendered. Those are the options. Pick one.

If we don’t fight because we feel tired, discouraged, and hopeless, then we don’t do justice to all who came before us – to all who risked their lives to build and protect this nation and define what it means to be an American.

Please turn down the volume in your brain that wants to say something snarky and cynical. We don’t have the luxury of such thinking.

President Trump has been fighting for us for four years – fighting the left and the right, fighting here and abroad, and often fighting alone.

How dare any of us claim to be exhausted, worn out, or too discouraged to lift a finger when this man has almost single-handedly achieved so much for this country?

And now he is calling on all of us to join him in Washington DC on January 6th and we must answer his call.

If you “stand with Trump” and want to fight but don’t know what to do, go to Washington, DC and join the President and a sea of patriots.

Don’t indulge the voice that says that another protest won’t matter and that we need the President to do this or do that, as if any of us could possibly fathom what it’s like to be in his shoes.

He has asked us to come.

And if you plan to be a bystander and stay at home, then pose this question to yourself: On January 6th, will you be following news stories about the event? Will you be eager to see crowds overflowing block after block, street after street?

I bet you will.

So be one of those people to make that powerful image come to fruition. Be one of those people who contributes to an enormous swell of patriots standing with Trump, standing for honest elections, and standing in defiance of Congress to dare cross that Rubicon.

Patriots are reaching out to every single person they know to inform them of this event, light a fire under them, and help them organize. If you’re not doing so already, please join this effort.

People will be flying in from all across the country. Some will be driving. Others are coordinating carpools and caravans making pit stops in multiple cities.

First there were bad words, then shots, then hundreds of refugees lost their homes in the sea of ​​flames.

After a dispute between camp residents and a local clan family, a camp for Syrian refugees in Lebanon was set on fire. According to the UN refugee organization UNHCR, a large fire broke out in the camp in the Minijeh region on Saturday evening and several residents were injured.

After they fled the civil war in neighboring Syria, there are repeated conflicts between them and the Lebanese in the country, which is only around five times as many.

Since 2018, Lebanese authorities have been trying to send the refugees back to the “pacified” neighboring country Syria. But only a few thousand accepted the offer. Most would rather live on in tents in Lebanon than under the victorious one “Butcher of Damascus”, Dictator Bashar al-Assad.
