Syrian murders 82-year-old pensioner and is acquitted by German judiciary

A Syrian asylum seeker who murdered an 82-year-old pensioner in Cottbus in cold blood does not have to go to prison. He was acquitted without any further ado.

A new justice scandal unsettles everyone in Germany. Once again the murder of a German woman goes unpunished. The victim: Gerda K. (82 years old). Tied up and with a bag over her head, her brother found the pensioner in her Cottbus apartment at the end of 2016. The old lady was apparently suffocated, all cupboards and drawers had been rummaged through. A gruesome robbery and murder. Three months later, the police arrested a young Syrian (allegedly 17 at the time) on strong suspicion! The whole community was upset. At that time, Lord Mayor Holger Kelch ( Christian Democratic Union) had nothing better to do than to stand by the Syrian murderer. He strongly condemned protests in the city and apparently wanted to make it clear that as a German citizen you have to keep your mouth shut when a pensioner is murdered by an illegal immigrant. The citizens in Cottbus, however, made it clear to him in over 500 letters to the editor how they assessed his antisocial behaviour. In 2019, the judges at the Cottbus Regional Court had a great deal of sympathy for the Syrian murderer even during the ongoing investigations and released him without further ado. The Regional Court had released him from custody on the grounds that further imprisonment would be disproportionate in view of the age of the accused and the fact that a conclusion of the trial at short notice was not foreseeable. Now the accused was also finally acquitted of the murder of Gerda K. Although a clear DNA trace of the Syrian was found on the clothes of the murdered woman, the court did not consider it proven that the young man had sent the senior citizen into the great beyond in cold blood. Thanks to the help of the unscrupulous Cottbus lawyer Christian Nordhausen, the immigrant now left the court as a free man.According to court spokeswoman Susanne Becker, the public prosecutor’s office had asked for a conviction for murder in a crime unit with robbery with fatal consequences. The public prosecutor’s office pleads for a prison sentence of ten years – the highest sentence provided for under juvenile criminal law. That alone would have been a mild sentence for the Syrian, who, strangely enough, like almost all immigrants, is said to have been under age. In his home country he would hardly have been given a few years with PlayStation and flat screen TV and full board for such a cruel murder. But now the Syrian even won the jackpot and went completely unpunished for the brutal robbery and murder of Gerda K. In Angela Merkel’s Federal Republic of Germany today, all you seem to need is the right skin colour and you can do whatever you want without having to fear any real consequences. The bereaved of the murdered pensioner are understandably completely shocked by this scandalous judgement from Cottbus.

Malta Ambassador Says Merkel Has ‘Fulfilled Hitler’s Dream to Control Europe’

Malta’s ambassador to Finland has had to resign his post after saying that Germany’s Angela Merkel had  “fulfilled Hitler’s dream” to “control Europe” on social media.

“75 years ago we stopped Hitler,” wrote Michael Zammit Tabona in a Facebook post commemorating Victory in Europe Day.

“Who will stop Angela Merkel? She has fulfilled Hitler’s dream! To control Europe,” he added.

Malta, as a former Crown Colony of the British Empire, was the lynchpin of the Allied presence in the Mediterranean for much of the war, and its population was bestowed with a collective George Cross — which still adorns the national flag today — for the long siege it suffered at the hands of the Axis powers.

The modern-day ambassador’s remarks, however, were not well received either in Berlin or the Maltese capital of Valetta, with foreign minister Evarist Bartolo telling the Times of Malta that he had been told to take down the post and promising the Germans would receive an apology for its “insensitive” nature.

Despite the florid terms in which they were expressed, the sentiments of the ambassador — now confirmed to have stepped down — are not unique in Europe, with commentators such as Britain’s Peter Hitchens having suggested that the European Union, in particular, is “the continuation of Germany by other means”.

Germany does indeed appear to have an outsize influence within the EU, with Chancellor Merkel — currently enjoying her fourth consecutive term in office, albeit with her party forced into a so-called “grand coalition” with its traditional Social Democratic Party rivals — having made a particularly large impact on the bloc with her unilateral decision to let in an unlimited number of supposed refugees in 2015.

While her invitation was, technically speaking, only to Germany, the move had an enormous impact on the EU’s border states and the states standing between them and Germany — many of which ended up stuck with large numbers of illegal migrants when the crisis grew out of control and Berlin closed the floodgates somewhat.

Merkel’s proposed solution to this crisis was to force compulsory migrant redistribution quotas on other EU member-states at the European Council, even if they had completely opposed her decision to open the borders in the first place — a move which is still being fought out in the EU courts to this day.

37 Jewish scholars call to fire Germany’s anti-Semitism commissioner over BDS opposition

Thirty-seven Israeli and Jewish scholars have called for the firing of Germany’s anti-Semitism commissioner, Dr. Felix Klein, over his opposition to the participation of a pro-BDS professor at a publicly-funded German cultural event.

In April, Klein cancelled the appearance of pro-BDS Cameroonian professor Achille Mbembe who was slated to speak in August at the popular Ruhrtriennale festival in Germany, asserting that Mbembe’s anti-Israel views were tantamount to anti-Semitism.

Mbembe, an outspoken anti-Israel critic, has charged that Israel is worse than the former apartheid regime in South Africa and should be “globally isolated.”

In the letter sent to the Germany’s Chancellor, Interior Minister, and Foreign Minister on April 30th, the 37 Jewish scholars, including 29 Israelis, called to fire Klein “following his shameful attack on Prof. Achille Mbembe.”

They accused Klein of “the ‘weaponization’ of antisemitism against critics…[who] protest Israel’s violations of basic rights of the Palestinians,” and of being “clearly obsessed by the BDS campaign.”

“It is deplorable but unsurprising that the Israeli government is waging war against BDS,” continued the academics, who asserted that “this anti-BDS crusade is undeniably contributing to the marginalization of non-white voices and minorities in Germany.”

“Our views on BDS differ, but it is entirely clear: BDS as such is not antisemitic and is essentially protected by freedom of speech and freedom of assembly,” added the academics.

Signatories of the letter included nine academics from Tel Aviv University, eight from Hebrew University, and three from Ben-Gurion University.

Matan Peleg, CEO of the Zionist watchdog group Im Tirtzu that revealed the letter, said: “This is yet another unfortunate example of how damaging the ‘BDS from within’ phenomenon is to Israel.”

“While tremendous amounts of resources are invested in Israel and throughout the world to combat the international BDS movement, these radical Israeli professors are undermining these efforts by promoting BDS from within Israel.”

“Israeli academia must immediately work to root out this severe phenomenon. The writing is on the wall,” Peleg added.

In June 2019, 240 Jewish academics, including some 80 Israelis urged the German government to reject its law defining BDS as anti-Semitic.

“We all reject the deceitful allegation that BDS as such is anti-Semitic and maintain that boycotts are a legitimate and non-violent tool of resistance,” the academics said.

Top German court slams EU in historic decision, finds EU Court of Justice lacks authority over national law

Germany’s top court decision last week to put national law above European law is “one of the most important [decisions] in the EU’s history”, said Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.

The recent decision from Germany’s Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe German Constitutional Court may have had to do with bond purchasing, but it is sending waves through the European Union and may, over the long-term, significantly alter the power of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) to influence affairs within member states.

Morawiecki issued high praise for the German Constitutional Court’s verdict on European Central Bank (ECB) where it put state law above European law when determining the legality of ECB purchases of government bonds, according to polskieradio24.pl.

The court’s judges ruled that the European Court of Justice (ECJ) exceeded its competencies. This verdict is being heavily questioned by the German opposition and the European Commission (EC).

In a statement, the European Commission wrote, “Notwithstanding the analysis of the detail of the German Constitutional Court decision today, we reaffirm the primacy of the EU law, and the fact that the rulings of the European Court of Justice are binding on all national courts.”

The Polish prime minister believes that the verdict of the German court is one of the most important ones in the EU’s history because it fundamentally changes the relationship of member states to the EU.

German Constitutional Court decision may have major consequences for Hungary and Poland

“The Federal Constitutional Court, just like the Polish Constitutional Court, took the position that the ECJ does not possess unlimited authority,” the prime minister said in an interview for Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

The head of the Polish government emphasized that in his view, member states should draw out the limits of the competencies of EU institutions, including the ECJ. The German court case appears to reaffirm Morawiecki’s view.

The Polish prime minister hopes that the verdict of the German court will initiate a real debate concerning a democratic and mature separation of powers, as well as how to control that separation within the EU.

The German opposition is a staunch opponent of the verdict, claiming that it is a bad example for countries such as Poland and Hungary.

The European Commission has warned that it will initiate procedures against Germany for infringement of a member state’s obligations.

The Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe ruling means that the ECB had illegally purchased government bonds since 2015 without much intervention from the German government and parliament.

In 2018, the ECJ ruled in favor of the process. Last week, the Federal Constitutional Court ruled that such actions were illegal – placing state law above European law.

The case might have serious consequences for the EU’s legal campaigns against both Hungary and Poland. In the case of Poland, the country argues that the ECJ has no authority to influence Poland’s judicial system. Currently, the EU is accusing both countries of violations of rule of law. The countries contend that the attacks are politically motivated and supported by pro-migration forces that are determined to bring down the conservative governments in Hungary and Poland.

EU Central Bank’s program jeopardizes monetary union

The German court decision dates back to 2015 when a group of Euroskeptic German politicians and activists brought a case before the German Constitutional Court. They argued that the European Central Bank’s huge purchase of government bonds to prop up the euro currency and poorer Eurozone countries was unlawful.

These politicians and activists demanded that the German government and the Bundestag cease partaking in the ECB’s activities, claiming it violated German sovereignty and amounted to a transfer in German taxpayer money to other countries. They also wanted an end to the Bundesbank’s participation in the Public Sector Purchase Programme (PSPP), which involves purchasing bonds for other EU countries.

Germany’s top court agreed with the plaintiffs on Tuesday of last week, arguing that the bond purchases were unlawful. The German judges gave the EU three months to issue an appeal.

In many ways the decision is unsurprising, as the German Constitutional Court has never recognized as the ECJ’s authority over German law, which would be a violation of Germany’s Basic Law (Grundgesetz), a law created in 1949 to ensure no authoritarian power such as the Nazi regime could ever regain power in the country.

The Constitutional Court argues that the EU’s Public Sector Purchase Program (PSPP) has a dramatic effect on citizens and companies, and threatens financial stability within Europe and for its companies.

The German Constitutional Court’s final quote in its verdict states that the PSPP “affects the commercial banking sector by transferring large quantities of high-risk government bonds to the balance sheets of the Eurosystem, which significantly improves the economic situation of the relevant banks and increases their credit rating. The economic policy effects of the PSPP furthermore include its economic and social impact on virtually all citizens, who are at least indirectly affected, inter alia as shareholders, tenants, real estate owners, savers or insurance policy holders. For instance, there are considerable losses for private savings. Moreover, as the PSPP lowers general interest rates, it allows economically unviable companies to stay on the market. Finally, the longer the program continues and the more its total volume increases, the greater the risk that the Eurosystem becomes dependent on Member State politics as it can no longer simply terminate and undo the program without jeopardizing the stability of the monetary union.”

“The Federal Government and the German Bundestag have a duty to take active steps against the PSPP in its current form,” the German Constitutional Court concluded.

British Court Blocks Deporting Criminals to Countries With Poor Healthcare

The ivory tower moonbats who control the courts are waging war against their own countries. In Britain, judicial oligarchs have ruled that dangerous foreign criminals cannot be deported if the healthcare system back in the savage hellholes that spawned them are not up to NHS standards.

Via the Daily Mail:

The ruling came in the case of a 33-year-old Zimbabwean father of one who arrived in the UK in 2000 and was later granted indefinite leave to remain.

The Zimbabwean contributed to British society with a string of crimes too long to list here. Now they can’t deport him, because he has AIDS. Zimbabwe can’t afford to finance his extravagantly expensive treatment for a disease that is almost always contracted by indulging in degeneracy. Supposedly, British taxpayers can.

The landmark judgment – which risks throwing the Government’s deportation policy into chaos – has already delayed the case of gang rapist Yaqub Ahmed…

Ahmed, who hails from Somalia, took part in the gang rape of a 16-year-old girl. He says he has mental health problems. This makes it the duty of British society to care for him. Or so liberal elite judges are likely to rule.

On the whole, the French Revolution was one of the worst things that ever happened. But these days the appeal of sending an entire ruling class to the guillotine is undeniable.

German Intelligence: China’s Xi Asked the WHO to Cover Up Coronavirus

If you’ve lost a loved one to coronavirus, if you’re suffering from it yourself, or you’ve lost a job to this virus, you have China to thank for getting the World Health Organization to delay the world’s response.

Taiwan News reports German intelligence has determined the awful truth.

During a conversation on Jan. 21, (China’s communist dictator) Xi reportedly asked (WHO Director-General) Tedros not to announce that the virus could be transmitted between humans and to delay any declaration of a coronavirus pandemic.

It took until the end of January before the WHO declared that the coronavirus outbreak needed to receive international attention. Because of China’s delay, the world wasted four to six weeks it could have used better to counter the virus from spreading, the BND concluded.

There’s more in the brief story at the link.

Four to six weeks of delay allowed the virus to spread worldwide. The superspreader event at the European soccer game in Italy in February falls into that window. That pushed the outbreak into both Spain and Italy. The outbreak in New York also falls into that window. The world’s economy is on the brink of collapse because of communist China’s behavior.

The WHO did not have to comply with Xi’s request. Why did it? Tedros must be hauled in and questioned.

Der Spiegel supports Turkish propaganda against Greece, but there are major ‘holes’ in their narrative

“The Killing of a Migrant at the Greek-Turkish Border.” This was the title of Germany’s Der Spiegel article that had many ‘holes’ in its narrative, despite the insistence by one of its authors, Giorgos Christidis, that there is “little doubt he was killed by a Greek bullet.”

Little doubt? I would say that there is a big doubt.

So what is the claim?

On March 4 at the peak of Turkish dictator Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s attempt to asymmetrically invade Greece with illegal immigrants, Muhammad Gulzar, a Pakistani who had previously lived in Greece and was told by his boss Nikolaos Tzokanis to not re-enter illegally, was shot and killed at Evros on the Greek-Turkish border. Der Spiegel claims the “evidence overwhelmingly suggests that the bullet came from a Greek firearm.”

So what is their evidence? Testimonials from immigrants from the Turkish side of the border and extremely blurry photos of Greek soldiers holding guns.

This is what Der Spiegel, in partnership with Light House Reports, Forenseic Architecture, and Bellingcat, which billionaire open borders advocate George Soros partially funds via the Open Society Foundation, could muster for “evidence.”

They used Turkish state-funded TRT World as part of their evidence. How could we forget that TRT World were already exposed for fake news and their claims debunked during the migrant crisis in February and March. This is the very same TRT World who published old photos from November 2019 and reported they were from March; released videos of illegal migrants laughing when TRT World reporter Semir Sejfovic pretended to be shot at by Greek police; and, who claimed illegal immigrants were stripped by Greek authorities, which later photos proved was a lie.

We remind our readers that Turkey is one of the lowest ranked countries for media freedoms in the world, is the second most susceptible country surveyed in Europe and the surrounding region to fake news, has the most journalists jailed in the whole world, and 90% of media is government controlled. But these facts went beyond the German media agency.

Der Spiegel uses testimonies from illegal immigrants, but even this must be questioned for an agenda.

For example, some illegal immigrants do not hide their disdain for Greece. One example is Ali Muhammad from Afghanistan, who proudly boasted “We love Turkey. We do not like Greece at all,” despite trying to enter Greece.

Let’s not forget that in the 1990’s, the then president of Turkey, Turgut Özal provocatively said: “We do not need to make war with Greece. We just need to send them a few million immigrants and finish with them.”

Some illegal immigrants did not know they were being used by Erdoğan to pressurise Greece. Just a day before the Der Spiegel article, The Guardian spoke with other migrants trying to enter Greece illegally. Rima, a 45-year-old Syrian, said that she “understood we were being used” by Turkey the moment she saw migrants were refused entry into Greece.

Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu, an MP from the People’s Democratic Party and a member of the Human Rights Commission in Turkey, told the Guardian that refugees at Pazarkule had been used as political pawns.

However it must be kept in mind that while some migrants did not know they were political pawns, others were actively participating and were caught engaging in anti-Greek hoaxes with Semir Sejfovic and TRT World. Therefore the validity of testimonies collected by Der Spiegel, needs to be scrutinised since fake news has been well documented by TRT World and from the migrants.

Let’s move to the next issue.

Der Speigel says images from Greek television station Skai TV, show Greek soldiers near where Gulzar was shot and killed carrying an FN Minimi, M4 and/or M16 semi-automatic weapons, which fire 5.56-millimetre caliber bullets. The German news agency claims that  5.56-millimetre bullets were found inside Gulzar’s body.

The proof that Greek soldiers were carrying 5.56-millimetre bullet weapons? Extremely grainy and pixelated footage. Let’s examine the first one.

Der Spiegel supports Turkish propaganda against Greece, but there are major 'holes' in their narrative 5

You can barely make out that this might be an M4 or M16 Rifle with 5.56-millimetre caliber.

Did Der Spiegel not consider that the rifle being held by the Greek soldier in their “evidence” is most likely a Heckler & Koch G3?

Der Spiegel supports Turkish propaganda against Greece, but there are major 'holes' in their narrative 6

It is more probable that the soldier they took a screen grab of, is carrying the G3 – why?

Greek infantry were the overwhelming majority of Greek Army forces at the Evros border, and as the Greek Army website shows, the infantry do not use 5.56-millimetre caliber M4’s or M16’s, but use the 7.62-millimetre caliber G3 that is locally produced in Greece.

In fact, it is the main weapon used by the Greek Army.

The second screen grab that Der Spiegel uses is of a soldier supposedly holding an FN Minimi, which they had to acknowledge could also be a 7.62-millimetre caliber.

Der Spiegel supports Turkish propaganda against Greece, but there are major 'holes' in their narrative 7

In addition, the gun could also be an FN MAG, an extremely similar looking gun to the FN Minimi, that is 7.62-millimetre caliber and also used by the Greek military.

Der Spiegel supports Turkish propaganda against Greece, but there are major 'holes' in their narrative 8

Der Spiegel claimed that an M16 was held by the soldier in the screen grab based off an extremely blurry image, and did not consider that it is likely the Greek infantry standard Heckler & Koch G3 that is locally produced, was in fact being held.

They also claimed, again from an extremely blurry image, that a Greek soldier was holding an FN Minimi, which they had to acknowledge could also be a 7.62-millimetre caliber, but did not consider it could have also been an FN MAG 7.62-millimetre caliber.

What else did Der Spiegel not consider?

They did not consider the possibility that it could have been a Turkish soldier who shot Gulzar.

Why was this never considered?

Both Der Spiegel and Bellingcat insisted that a 5.56-millimetre bullet killed the Pakistani national. It is well known that the Gendarmerie (Jandarma) were the main Turkish force at the Evros border during the migrant crisis.

Turkey’s Gendarmerie mostly use the Heckler & Koch G41 and a locally produced Heckler & Koch HK33, among others, that use 5.56-millimetre bullets.

This makes a mockery of Der Spiegel’s claim that the “evidence overwhelmingly suggests that the bullet came from a Greek firearm.”

As Gergerlioğlu told The Guardian, “Those people who died, [were] wounded, became miserable, lost their belongings, are just casualties for Erdoğan. He can construct such a game again.”

Why did Der Spiegel not pursue this possibility? It appears they have an anti-Greek agenda.

It also raises the question, why did Der Spiegel not contact the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex)?

Two days before the death of Gulzar, Frontex announced in a statement that it “has already increased surveillance capacity at the Greek borders.”

It would be assumed that any investigation into the death of Gulzar would also include Frontex’s account of that day.

When Greek City Times reached out to Frontex, they responded saying “We are not in a position to comment on this incident, we suggest to contact the Greek authorities directly.”

Although Frontex were unwilling to speak about the alleged shooting by Greek forces and felt confident enough to direct us to Greek authorities instead, it still raises the question on why Der Spiegel did not reach out to the European Border and Coast Guard Agency operating on the Greek-Turkish border region – one would imagine this would be a critical part of their evidence gathering.

Greek City Times reached out to Greek authorities, but at the time of publication they had not responded back – we will however report back if they do contact us.

The Greek government did release a statement though.

The Deputy Prime Minister and government spokesperson, Stelios Petsas, said “No new evidence is being presented today. So why is all this being replicated, two months later? Waging disinformation campaigns is nothing new for Turkey. Thankfully the international community understands the full extent of Turkey’s methods and practices.”

Corroborating Petsas’ account and as mentioned earlier in this article, TRT World were already exposed for producing fake news in regards to the migrant crisis.

There are of course the famous examples of the 1955 Thessaloniki bombing hoax that led to Turkey’s Istanbul pogrom against the Greek minority and the 1958 bomb hoax blamed on Greek Cypriots – among many, many others.

This article by Der Spiegel comes at a time when Frontex expects a number of illegal immigrants to soon head towards Greece again from Turkey, as reported by Greek City Times.

With this we can expect another disinformation by Turkey.

The question lingers though, will Der Spiegel, who already has a strong reputation for fake news, engage in another anti-Greek campaign that serves Turkey’s agenda of attempting to destabilise Greece with mass migration and omit critical questions, information and sources?

Let’s hope not, and also hope that their next investigation is much more carefully researched without such glaring inconsistencies and ‘holes’ in their narrative.
