An 18-year-old suspected jihadist has been arrested in Cologne, Germany, on suspicion of terrorism. Apart from the Holy War, however, he apparently had other – more secular – preferences.

Yesterday, Thursday, at about 6 a. m., State Security officials, in possession of an arrest warrant, rang the doorbell of the 18-year-old’s flat in the Cologne district of Poll to arrest him. The perpetrator is accused of having used internet chats to urge young girls to blow themselves up in the name of the IS (Islamic State). He is also alleged to have advertised in social networks for other members of the “Caliphate Brigades”.The magazine “Focus” reports that in the course of the house search, the officers confiscated a knife and a machete as well as computers and data carriers.It is further reported that the suspect’s mobile phone was also found containing data indicating child pornography. For example, the Islamist perpetrator is said to have persuaded schoolgirls, some of whom were only 12 years old, to perform sexual acts and to send him the recordings. He then threatened to publish the recordings on the Internet if the police were involved. Therefore, the investigators are apparently not yet really sure to what extent they are dealing with a jihadist or a criminal pedophile.

In Munich, a man kicked a bicycle trailer in which a four-year-old child was sitting. The 35-year-old mother was riding her bicycle with her two children and was watching a horse-drawn carriage when the stranger suddenly approached, the police reported on Thursday.

The man kicked the trailer with full force on Sunday and then ran away. The child sitting in the trailer fell onto the road and, according to the police, suffered abrasions and back injuries.

Hamid Zafar has long been celebrated in Sweden as a prime example of successful integration. The native Afghan was even named “Sweden of the Year”. But on the net, the Muslim showed his true colours.The unanimous reputation of Hamid Zafar, who was named ” Swede of the Year” in 2018, seems to have dimmed. For years, the Afghan, celebrated as a symbol of integration, is said to have used the Internet to incite hatred against Jews and homosexuals.The reports of Zafar’s alleged double life have since caused consternation in the Swedish media. The Afghan is known nationwide and has been working for the integration of young people with a migration background at various levels for several years. Hamid Zafar was also appointed as an expert on extremist Islam, while Zafar showed his true colours under the supposed protection of anonymity. “Zionist donkey” or “Zionist dog” were expressions he had used on a Twitter account.When he argued with a former member of the Social Democratic Party in the Swedish Parliament about the attack committed by Breivik, he is said to have written to the politician: “Will we see you begging and praying on your poor Jewish knees?To spread his crude theories on the net, the “Swede of the Year” used several pseudonyms. The Muslim is also said to have run his own blogs, in which against Jews and homosexuals were incited. He also accused the Swedish church there of being steeped in ” sodomy”. Strangely enough, Zafar himself used to work as a teacher of religion.The revealings of the Swedish media were not without consequences for Hamid Zafar. Facebook and Twitter sacrificed the final shreds of their integrity to try to censor the N.Y. Post article revealing the existence of Hunter Biden’s laptop.  But in their rush to throw themselves in the path of the bullet to save Joe, there was a big problem.  They forgot that Rudy Giuliani has the evidence.

The N.Y. Post article was an exclusive.  That means all “fact checkers” that Facebook and Twitter will unleash to fact-check the article will be based on speculation, not fact.  Because they don’t have the laptop.

And, judging from a new video from Giuliani, things may be about to explode in the social media giants’ faces.

If just a quarter of what Rudy Giuliani alleges is true, the evidence contained on the laptop is, finally, the true smoking gun.  This isn’t some salacious accusations bundled by a hired spy relying on Russian disinformation and gossip.  It’s Hunter’s own laptop.  That fact alone could be an enormous blow to the Biden campaign.

Giuliani released bombshell after bombshell in a video released Wednesday evening after the media did their best to censor the N.Y. Post article — making the social media censorship even more damning to those who tried to hide it from the public.  Since receiving the copy of the hard drive, Giuliani has been poring through it, carefully documenting and preparing his prosecution.  What he says he found is the actual evidence of payments, the money-laundering scheme they used, “illegal money for bribes,” and how “some of that money from Ukraine … went to Joe Biden.”

Like a prosecutor laying out the case, Giuliani leads off the video with this: “In future days, you will see texts, emails, and photos that demonstrate crimes committed by the Biden crime family — in China (probably most of all), Russia, and several other countries.”

The use of “the Biden crime family” is no mere hyperbole.  Before Rudy Giuliani was “America’s Mayor,” he was one of America’s top prosecutors, which included bringing down mafia crime families.  And he has evidence — from Hunter — that implicates not only Hunter and Joe Biden, but also James (Joe’s brother) and Sara (James’s wife).  One set of payments from China went to a triad of Bidens: James, Hunter, and Sara.  Don’t worry, Giuliani says — you’re going to see it in the texts, not making it up.

The fact he was one of America’s top prosecutors makes the ending of the video even more damning: “I’ve been in this business a long time.  This is the biggest cover-up I have ever seen.  And it is the biggest government scandal, I’ve ever heard of.”

Getting back to the beginning, Giuliani continued his introduction, saying, “China has all of the photos that we have — which means [Hunter] is, really, a massive national security threat to the United States.  Since his father lies — about all of this — it’s an easy area of extortion.”

Believe it or not, it gets worse from there for Joe Biden.

Laying out the case further, Giuliani points right at the defendant, accusing Joe of “certainly [committing] a crime.  Because some of that money from Ukraine, illegal money for bribes, went to Joe Biden.”

Remember: these are all accusations after Giuliani has read through the emails, the texts, and the contents of the hard drive.  Unlike the Facebook/Twitter “fact-checker” minions, Giuliani has seen the evidence.

In one of the more damning statements, he says, “China has so many different transactions, it’s going to take a couple of days, if not a week, for us to sort all through them.  But we have them.  … And, basically, this is money that goes to Hunter Biden, James Biden, Sara Biden…and the Biden family.”

He also has evidence of how the money flowed — thanks to a text from Hunter Biden to his daughter, Naomi, that was found on the hard drive.  Giuliani says the text was discussing money, “but in it, [Hunter] makes a very big mistake.  He explains the distribution scheme that the Biden crime family has used for years.”

The text reads, “I love you all, but I don’t receive any respect.  And that’s fine, I guess.  Works for you apparently.  I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years.”

Giuliani interrupts his reading of the text to wonder why Hunter was paying for everything for the family.  Because, Giuliani speculates, Hunter was getting the money, and they were keeping it, from Joe, so he wouldn’t have to report it.  But he paid, for example, for his half-sister’s entire college education.

Giuliani then returns to the text for the coup de grâce: “It’s really hard.  But don’t worry unlike Pop, I won’t make you give me half your salary.”

“Pop” is Hunter’s name for his dad, Joe Biden.

All of this is really just Rudy’s opening statement.  If the evidence about to be rolled out is even remotely on par with his opening statement, it will be beyond explosive, given the source: Hunter’s own laptop.

Will the censorship hit new heights?  Or will the media do what they should have been doing for the last four years — investigate the real crime that has been in plain sight all this time?

The man suspected of murdering 18-year-old Victorine Dartois has allegedly confessed to having strangled the young girl to death before attempting to rape her in the commune of Villefontaine, not far from Lyon, at the end of September.

The 25-year-old suspect, identified as Ludovic Bertin, who has ten previous convictions and happens to be the father of a family, was arrested by the Intervention Group of the National Gendarmerie (GIGN) on Tuesday afternoon as a part of the investigation into the murder of teenage girl, Le Point reports.

According to the deputy prosecutor of Grenoble, Bertin has been charged with kidnapping, murder and attempted rape.

Victorine Dartois went missing on the evening of Saturday, Sept. 26, after an afternoon of shopping with her friends, while she had been walking back to her family’s home. She’s believed to have disappeared near a stadium next to a wooded area sometime shortly after she phoned her family at 6:50pm, telling them that she would be back home in 20 minutes.

Two days later, the young girl’s lifeless body was discovered in a stream in Villefontaine, in the French department of Isère. In the three weeks that followed, 47 investigators heard from 130 witnesses and contacted 662 people before they were finally able to identify the alleged perpetrator of the horrific crime. Once identified, Bertin was subsequently arrested at his home in the Fougères district of Villefontaine – approximately five minutes by car from the home of Victorine’s parents.

During a press conference on Wednesday afternoon, Kelly Monteiro, the lawyer for the young girl’s family, said that the suspect was “not close to the victim and that his identity was not yet known.

According to Le Parisien, police say that Bertin confessed that he murdered Victorine after they became involved in a heated argument while he saw her out jogging. While he denies a sexual motive, police say there is evidence he attempted to rape her before her murder.

The autopsy showed that Victorine died by drowning, but there were bruises that were tied to direct strangulation. Bertin, who has been indicted, confessed to having “grabbed” the victim twice by the neck during her murder.

On Bertin’s Facebook page, which features a pseudonym, he says he is the “chief executive officer” at Louis Vuitton and claims to have studied at Harvard.

The suspect is due to appear in court on Thursday over the charges in the case. He has previous convictions for possession of a weapon, theft, and property destruction. He was convicted twice for breaking into homes in Lyon in 2017 and 2018.

The case has drawn widespread media attention in France and featured 6,000 people marching to protest violence against women in France on Oct. 4. The march reportedly passed past Bertin’s house, although the marchers were unaware of it at the time. 

Violent crime statistics, which were collected by the France’s Interior Ministry’s statistics service SSMI and released earlier this year, revealed a marked increase in violent crimes across all French regions in 2019, with a 12 percent rise in sex crimes and an 8.5 percent in murders, the French newspaper Le Figaro reported.

In its report the SSMI stated: “All French regions have experienced increases in the number of rapes, assaults, and sexual harassment recorded by the security forces in 2019, notably Corsica, Centre-Val-de-Loire, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, and Nouvelle-Aquitaine.”

Since the migrant crisis of 2015, the female population in France and other western European countries have become increasingly unsafe. Under Emmanuel Macron’s presidency, the situation in France has become even worse.

On Wednesday, Remix News reported on a French women who, in late September, used her mobile phone to record video footage of a foreign man sexually assaulting her on a train. The victim, who then posted the video recording to Facebook along with a message where she urged the French state to “take care of its girls”, then had her video censored by Facebook for supposedly violating the Community Standards for Sexual Acts.

Late last month, a 23-year-old Strasbourg student had sexual insults hurled at her and was punched in the face by three men in their twenties for wearing a skirt. After posting a video of her injuries to social media, the case garnered worldwide attention, as it highlighted the worsening problem of sexual harassment and violence against women in France.

The surest way to convince people that they ought to pay attention to something is to tell them they shouldn’t be allowed to see it. About a century ago, when Boston had a municipal movie censor, producers vied to be “banned in Boston” as a way of convincing the public to flock to their flicks.  This century’s version of the same lesson is called “the Streisand effect,” after the singer drew attention to her lavish seaside estate in California by attempting to suppress aerial pictures taken of it.

Nobody ever said Joe Biden was a quick learner.

The Biden campaign has already badly blundered in its handling of the scandal unearthed when a computer repair store took legal ownership of a MacBook left with it more than 90 days and discovered thousands of emails as well as images and videos, some of them pornographic, showing Hunter Biden.  The store owner turned the laptop over to the FBI late last year, which has taken no public action and, out of frustration with the story being buried, released a copy of the hard drive to Rudy Giuliani, through an intermediary.

From Rudy to the New York Post, the story is finally becoming public through stories yesterday and today in the Gotham tabloid with a national following online.  Twitter has gone full Pravda, censoring distribution of yesterday’s story, adding a “banned in cyberspace” label to a tale of a Ukrainian official of Bursima thanking Hunter for arranging a meeting his father, the vice president.  Joe Biden had previously adamantly denied that he knew anything about his son’s business dealings.  Today’s Post story is just breaking but cannot be distributed via Twitter because the Post’s account is suspended, as well as that of the White House press secretary.  Its revelations are very damaging to the Bidens:

Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company — including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family,” emails obtained by The Post show.

One email sent to Biden on May 13, 2017, with the subject line “Expectations,” included details of “remuneration packages” for six people involved in an unspecified business venture.

Biden was identified as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,” an apparent reference to the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co.

His pay was pegged at “850” and the email also noted that “Hunter has some office expectations he will elaborate.”

In addition, the email outlined a “provisional agreement” under which 80 percent of the “equity,” or shares in the new company, would be split equally among four people whose initials correspond to the sender and three recipients, with “H” apparently referring to Biden.

The deal also listed “10 Jim” and “10 held by H for the big guy?”

Neither Jim nor the “big guy” was identified further.

Who, other than the V.P., could be the “big guy”?

The campaign has not contested the authenticity of the emails. Given the claim that there are pictures of Hunter smoking crack and having sex with an unidentified female (apparently not his baby mama former stripper), contesting the authenticity could well lead to release of those pictures.  But the campaign stupidly tried to get tricky with a “non-denial denial,” claiming that the meeting with the Burisma official was not on Biden’s official schedule.  As if shady meetings on a pay-for-play basis would ever be officially noted.

And as Peter Schweizer’s investigation showed, on the dates when the meeting could have taken place, there was ample time for other meetings.  Moreover, there are other instances of Biden’s meetings not being noted on his official schedule. Mark Levin aptly drew comparison to the most damning feature of President Nixon’s handling of his own Watergate scandal:

The Alphabet networks followed the lead of Twitter and had not one second of coverage of the scandal on their evening newscasts yesterday.  Facebook has taken a slightly less thorough approach to censorship by allowing posts but limiting their distribution, what was called during the Watergate scandal the “modified limited hangout” strategy.  (It backfired then.)

Tonight, ABC will host a town hall discussion with ex-V.P. Biden that will serve as a test of its integrity.  Will it try to pretend that the scandal is a non-event?  George Stephanopoulos, a former Clinton administration official, has his reputation on the line.  Meanwhile, on NBC, President Trump is certain to hammer the scandal in a town hall broadcast at the same time.

Guiliani presents a text message, allegedly from Hunter Biden to Naomi Biden, his daughter.   In the text, Hunter says that he has been paying for everything for 30 years and it has been tough, but that he won’t take 50% of her salary as “Pop” did.

“I love you all but I don’t receive any respect and that’s fine I guess. Works for you apparently. I hope you all can do what I did, and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years.  It’s really hard but don’t worry, unlike Pop,  I won’t make you give me half your salary.”

Also in the video, Biden describes contracts that his brother James, who was woefully unqualified, received simply because of his association with Biden as Vice President. Biden also allegedly used his influence to help James’ wife, Sara.

If these texts are accurate and mean what they seem to mean at first look, then Hunter was acting as a bagman for bribes paid to his father.

It doesn’t get any more scandalous than a drug-addicted, skank-banging adult child acting a bagman for a vice president who is his father.

Unless, that is, the president of the United States is also involved.

In a strong-worded seven-part Twitter entry, German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas singles out “right-wing extremism” as the greatest danger that his country is currently facing, but the way Germany records hate crime data is so misleading that it calls into question the veracity of Maas’ claims. 

His tweets come at the first anniversary of the Halle synagogue attack in which two people have been killed. In his tweet, Maas writes:

‘…There is now a right-wing extremist crime every 24 minutes in Germany. These are not isolated cases, but bitter right-wing extremist reality in Germany.

Right-wing terror has structures. It has networks. Right-wing terror is the greatest threat to our country. The perpetrators do not act alone…

Right-wing terror is globalized. Extremists feel strong because they find like-minded people in the darkest corners of the Internet, at demos and also in parliaments…

It is up to the state to ensure that everyone who lives here is protected. For this we need security services that are at the forefront in the fight against right-wing extremism and anti-Semitism…’

Maas refers to ‘right-wing’ extremism or terrorism exactly eight times in his tweets. It is worth pointing out that Maas’ is not using the term ‘far-right’, instead he associates a mainstream political ideology with violence and destruction.

On such solemn occasions, leaders are undoubtedly expected to condemn all forms of extremism, but Maas’ decision to single out the word ‘right-wing’ in his post raises suspicions that the primary goal was not to honor the victims, but instead appeared to be chance to exploit the occasion for political ends. 

The fact that Maas is able to identify right-wing extremism as the main threat to German national security points to the obsolete and wholly inadequate way criminal statistics are collected by the German police. The laws dating back to times when the only threat to identity groups and minorities originated from home-grown neo-Nazi or skinhead groups mislabels all anti-Semitic incidents as far-right by default.

Furthermore, in Germany all crimes against minority or ethnic groups where the perpetrators are not identified are automatically logged as ‘far-right’. This is how, among others, Interior Minister Horst Seehofer could make the astonishing but undoubtedly false claim that in 2018 far-right groups were responsible for about 90 percent of the 1.800 anti-Semitic incidents in Germany.

The wording of the above legislation has conveniently been left untouched by German lawmakers and is regularly used by the media to conceal news and statistics pointing at rampant anti-Semitism among migrants from Islamic cultures. For instance, the infamous Al-Quds demonstration in June 2019 held in Berlin, where symbols of Palestinian terrorist groups were openly brandished and extremely offensive anti-Jewish slogans were chanted by pro-Palestinian protesters was also labelled deceptively as a ‘far-right’ demonstration by the media and authorities.

Both Maas’ and Seehoffer’s observations are in stark contrast with extremism statistics of other European countries, such as the Netherlands where reportedly 70 percent of anti-Semitic incidents are perpetrated by Muslim attackers. In Sweden, Muslim attacks against Jews are rampant, leading Jews to flee cities like Malmö. 

According to another survey, Jewish victims of such attacks in Germany have said that in 57 percent of cases, the attacker was either of a Middle-Eastern appearance or have belonged to a far-left group, while only in 20 percent of cases did they claim that the perpetrators belonged to a far-right group. Even the German justice system seems to be affected by this distortion. An example for this is the Wuppertal synagogue arson in 2014, where the courts have refused to classify the attack by the three convicted Palestinians as anti-Semitic.

Even in rare instances where an attack is positively identified by authorities as one motivated by Islamic radicalism, the discussion of such incidents is in most cases politicized and fingers are pointed at critics who are not willing to conform to the government-advocated narrative. For instance, the 2016 Berlin Christmas market truck attack, perpetrated by failed Tunisian asylum seeker Anis Amri is currently being used to discredit Hans-Georg Maaßen, former President of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, who has been a vocal critic of the German government’s active refusal to discuss links between their immigration policies and Islamist terrorism.

Despite Maas’ claim that right-wing extremism is the biggest threat in Germany, Islamic terror is arguably the bigger threat despite Muslims making up a relatively small part of Germany’s population. Data from the German Federal Public Prosecutor (GBA) for 2019 that 400 of the total of 663 terrorist proceedings were related to Islamic terrorism, representing 60.3 percent of all cases, a finding that was also similar to previous years. The GBA data also demonstrated that Syrians, Afghans and Iraqis make up a significant number of terrorist suspects from the overall total. 

The desperate rhetoric by which the political right is blamed for the rise of extremism, anti-Semitism and crime in the country is increasingly viewed as a diversion from the fact that every such attack points back directly to policy decisions made by the Merkel government. As is detectable from Maas’ tweets themselves, the German government is fighting to regain its shaky grip on a country that is irrevocably drifting away from its control.
