Two police officers attempt to arrest a migrant in the Berlin district of Neukölln. The policeman shows some initiative, although he cannot get a grip on the migrant even with pepper spray. He probably has the female colleague with him just for fun, at least she is just watching the embarrassing scuffle. In the end the migrant escapes.
