After a suspected sexual offence in downtown Cologne, the police are investigating an unknown man via photos. He is suspected of having grabbed a young woman (19 years old) in a discotheque on the Hohenzollernring under her skirt and panties in the genital area on Tuesday the 16th of July at about 10.30 pm. The 19-year-old later recognized the wanted person on photos of the party on the Internet and reported him to the police. Information on his identity can be obtained from the Criminal Investigation Department 12 by calling 0221 229-0 or sending an e-mail to poststelle.koeln@polizei.nrw.de .
