Allegedly “family disputes” led to yet another mass brawl in the Halle district of Neustadt – this time apparently among Syrians. As usual, “striking tools” were used, eleven people were injured and cars were damaged in the vicinity. According to the newspaper MZ, two immigrant groups had quarreled in the street Matthias-Grünewald-Straße on Saturday around 6 pm. Eleven suspects were injured, nine of them were admitted to hospitals. Two victims had been admitted to hospital because of various head injuries.During the brawl, the cars around were also damaged. The police arrested more than ten suspects, but they are all at large again. They are said to be twelve Syrians between the ages of 15 and 35 who are known by name.
