Last Saturday evening, a 32-year-old Nigerian citizen was arrested by the police. According to previous investigations, the asylum seeker is suspected of having lured a 41-year-old female German citizen into his room under a pretext in an accommodation for asylum seekers in Teningen and raped her. The woman was injured. Immediately after the crime, she filed a complaint with the police. According to the current investigations of the detective agency Emmendingen, the two had met shortly before. A magistrate issued an arrest warrant against the 32-year-old African, who was taken into custody, at the request of the Freiburg public prosecutor’s office. The investigations are continuing.
