Last Thursday, an asylum seeker from the Congo caused a police operation in a larger supermarket on Schlierseer Street in Miesbach.According to Tegernseerstimme.de, the 36-year-old woman was initially at the supermarket checkout.Completely unexpectedly, she hit a saleswoman in the face with her elbow. The saleswoman was slightly injured by the blow and suffered a minor laceration on her lip.When a police patrol arrived, the 36-year-old could no longer be calmed down. She spat in the face of a policeman. In the course of her arrest, she even bit a policewoman in the hand. The 36-year-old is being investigated for assault, resistance to law enforcement officers, assault on police officers and insult.The responsible public prosecutor’s office made a request for detention against the 36-year-old and she is brought before the responsible judge, who will decide on a possible admission to the prison.
