A part of a Turkish wedding konvoy, about 10 to 15 vehicles, drove in the afternoon of today the Scherlebecker street in Herten, whereby the individual vehicles overtook each other, under constant use of the horn. Because of the way of driving, an 18 year old Bochum cyclist had to brake hard. This caused him to fall and hurt himself slightly (abrasions, headaches, shoulder pain).The person who caused the accident fled the scene. No other convoy vehicle remained at the scene of the accident. In the further course of the accident, another shot was fired from the convoy of the wedding party on the street Westerholter Weg.By search measures with massive police forces the wedding convoy could be found in Herten district Langenbochum, on the street Glückauf-Ring. The leading convoy vehicle as well as the car of the person responsible for the accident could be determined.
