The prosecution made serious accusations against a 54-year-old Turk. The man allegedly sexually abused a 14-year-old girl in his car and then simply abandoned her in a field near St. Pölten. The young schoolgirl was drunk after a party in May 2019. She was lured into his car by a Turkish man who already had several criminal convictions (including sexual offences). In court he claimed that the girl had told him in English language that she was willing to have oral sex with him for money. She then grabbed his steering wheel several times and finally jumped out of the car at Markersdorf, where she was later found lying in a field. The prosecution accused him of shamelessly exploiting the situation. The man was arrested months after traces of semen were discovered on the student’s jacket. On Thursday, the verdict was eight years imprisonment.
