Germany: Man asked them to turn down the volume of their music, then he was threatened by Syrians, spat on and thrown at him with shards

When a 32-year-old man from Senftenberg asked his two Syrian neighbours (24 and 18 years old) to turn their music down a little, the two threatened and spat at the man, they destroyed their own furniture and then threw shards at the man and his dog.The fact that the immigrants often have a somewhat different awareness for volume than most locals is known. A citizen in Senftenberg (Oberspreewald-Lausitz) now had to learn that the request to put an end to disturbances of the peace can lead to a real excess of violence against the complainant. According to the responsible police station, a disturbance of the peace last Monday evening at 7 p.m. caused a police operation in Johannes-R. Becher Street:
“Two residents drunk with 1.27 and 1.39 alcohol per mil played music loudly, so that the neighbours felt disturbed and a 32-year-old addressed them.As a result, the 24 and 18 year old Syrians threatened, insulted and spat at the resident and destroyed their own furniture. Then they threw shards at the man and his dog.The 18-year-old Syrian injured himself in his violent actions and had to be medically treated in a hospital, both suspects were taken into custody. The 24-year-old had to be taken to hospital during the night due to a state of psychic discharge, and the men were investigated.”
