By smashing a window, intruders got inside Cranger Church (Photo above). The police are looking for witnesses. The burglary in the church took place between Saturday, August 17, 4.30 pm and Monday, August 19, 12.30 pm. The perpetrators searched the premises and stole a chalice and cash from the offertory box.The Herne Criminal Investigation Department (KK 35) has started the investigation and is requesting information from witnesses by calling 02323 / 950 8510 (-4441 outside office hours).
