At the beginning of January 2019, a 16-year-old Syrian ” asylum seeker ” stabbed a 17-year-old German and seriously injured him. Now the now 17-year-old Syrian was tried by the district court of Leipzig and was sentenced under exclusion of the public to two years on probation, the intention for the Syrian to kill was not to be proven, or one probably did not intend to recognize it, although the “refugee” threatened already in December 2018 to stab the German boy,in order to eliminate the rival.An almost fatal knife attack allegedly shows no intention to kill and is apparently harmless ? This is a devastating message that the judiciary is issuing. Does a German who severely injures a Syrian and in addition a “traumatised asylum seeker” with knife wounds also have such good luck in court?
